Recently, I have been reading a book named Communication Arts. In this

book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

地球是万物生灵的母亲，她用自己的乳汁哺育着一代又一代的子孙，可现如今，地球却伤痕累累，可罪魁祸首却是我们人类。

从19世纪开始，因为人类的自私与贪婪，人类开始不顾后果地砍伐树木，破坏植被，工业污染，水资源的流失，捕杀珍稀动物······因为树木的砍伐，每年都有无数的土地因水土流失失去功能，因为工业污染，原本清澈见底的河水变成臭气熏天的污水河，空气和臭氧层也遭到严重的破坏，我们的生态环境也失去了平衡。这都是人类一手造成的。

接着地球母亲也从绝望变成了愤怒，人类不给自然留面子，自然也不给人类留面子这句话说的果然没错，20xx年的沙尘暴，因为没了树木的庇护，尘土掩埋了许多人的生命，5·12大地震，这都是大自然给人类发出的警告，人类总算悔改了，可现在的地球却是这副模样：沙丘吞噬了万亩良田，长江黄河仍在泛滥，空气依然浑浊，臭氧层的洞仍在扩大，全球变暖仍在持续，冰川在不断融化，海平面在不断上升，动植物在不断灭绝，我们人类又该怎么办，继续助纣为虐？还是行动起来保护环境？自然是后者，于是，人类发布了低碳环保。可又如何做到低碳，只是嘴上说说罢了。我想，只要勤动手动脑，将废纸盒稍加裁剪就可以制成笔筒或储物盒，喝过的茶叶可以晒干后当茶叶枕头，既有益睡眠，又能净化空气。

不过，低碳生活应该不只这些吧，外出尽量步行或骑自行车，我们还要节水节能节电，洗完手要关紧水龙头，家里的电灯，电扇，电视在无人的情况下要关闭，并要珍惜食物，杜绝使用一次性筷子，塑料盒，塑料袋。

要记住，地球只有一个，保护环境也是拯救自己，为了人类，也为了地球的明天，行动起来吧。

曾经，我是一只快乐的小白兔，有一个美丽的家。以前我生活在一片茂密的森林里，那里风景秀丽，鲜花盛开……我和伙伴们生活在这样一个无忧无虑的家园里，快乐极了。我们还常常聚集在一起举行盛大的聚会呢！我们一起唱歌，一起跳舞，多么惬意啊！

我拖着疲惫不堪的身体，来到了一座城市，见到了一个小男孩。他友善地把一把青菜放到我的跟前，对我说：“可怜的小兔子，来吧，你肯定饿坏了。”我不客气地饱餐了一顿，却听到那小男孩对妈妈说：“兔子肉我好久没吃了，难得来了一只兔子，把它养肥一点，好煮来吃。”我一听，吓坏了，拔腿就跑。

我战战兢兢地又上路了，正感到有点绝望的时候，我遇见了老朋友小百灵。从他的口中，我才知道：在曾经美丽的家乡，树木被人类砍光了，小河的水也被抽掉了，人类要在上游建什么发电厂、化工厂，工厂的烟囱里常常冒出让人难受的气味，到处乌烟瘴气的，我们的家也彻底被毁了。前几天，我经过前面的小河，看见几只小灰兔因为吃了河边的草，居然被毒死了！我突然觉得很悲哀：也许我会饿死的。

我疲惫极了，跌跌撞撞地，居然来到了一片沙漠，终于昏了过去……

过了半天，我醒了过来。眼前不再是茫茫的沙漠，而是一个洞穴。忽然，一个声音从我耳边响起：“你醒啦？”我定睛一看，原来是我的同胞——沙龙兔。我环视了四周，发现整个洞穴只剩下了我们两个，便奇怪地问道：“这里怎么只有你一个人呢？…‘我的家人都被人类捉去了，说我们比较稀有，能卖好多钱……”沙龙兔伤心地说，“我先出去找食物和水源，你在这儿不要动。”我目送沙龙兔远去。

过了两个昼夜，沙龙兔仍没有回来，我感觉不对劲，就去找沙龙兔，可刚出洞口，就看到了一个猎人正抓着沙龙兔远去了……

在这个荒无人烟的大沙漠里，我将悲哀地死去，在死神来临前的最后一刻，我只想呼吁：地球只有一个，请千万别破坏地球环境！

made into film,such as The True Story of AH Q and The New Years Sacrifice,which

deeply showed peoples suffering in the old days.

Because of his achievement to Chinese literature, Chairman Mao spoke highly

of him. Besides, some of his works were selected into the text books in high

school and university. I think youll gain a lot from reading his works.

As we all know， the environment around us is getting worse and worse /more and more seriously today。 Water is polluted， we have no clean water to drink。 Many trees are cutting down， some animals are getting less and less。 Some factories are pouring dirty air into the sky。 The population is increasing faster and faster， resources are getting less and less…etc。 Not only does it affect our lives and health， it also has a great affection in the future。 People’s health has been greatly affected by air， noise and water pollution。 Many people died of diseases。 In order to live a better life， something must be done to stop the pollution。 It’s our duty to protect our environment。 We shouldn’t throw away rubbish everywhere。 Trees are very helpful and important for us。 We should plant more and more trees in order to live better and more healthy in the future。

My grandparents came to visit me in the weekend. I was so happy because I

hadnt seen them for a long time. I missed my grandmas delicious food, because

she always knew what my stomach liked. My job was to take them to hang around

the city. I took them to the famous sites, where were so leisure and full of

local features. Walking on the old street with historical materials, they had so

much feelings, and thought about the old times and taught me to cherish the

things I had. I kept their words in mind. At night, I helped my grandma to cook

终于到了目的地，找到了一块小小的空地，爸爸铺好了一张长长的，蓝白相间的餐布，妈妈小心翼翼地拿出食物，把香蕉三明治，还有我最喜欢的鸡翅和鸡腿等等，放到餐布，我盯着我最喜欢的鸡翅，一把抢过来，闻了闻，舔了舔嘴巴，咽了咽口水，大力的撕开袋子，狼吞虎咽，然后一边吃一边说："妈妈，还有没有吃的啦！"妈妈转了身，理了理衣服，微笑的说："这里还有，小心点别噎着。”我吃完了鸡翅，留下了骨头，我都扔在草地上，骨头正好被茂盛的小草给掩盖住了，我看到了也不理睬。还继续吃，然后，吃完的垃圾袋被我一个一个的扔到的草地上，最后我四周到处都是垃圾。

忽然我看到穿着橘色的衣服的清洁工，正在那边弯着腰打扫边上的垃圾。满头大汗，伸出像树皮一样的手，走到我的旁边，先用钳子把垃圾放到垃圾箱，接着轻轻拿着扫把到处扫，然后，放进垃圾箱。最后就默默的走了。

后来我又看到一个小男孩手上提着一袋垃圾，走进垃圾箱，垫起了脚，把垃圾袋扔进去。我的脸顿时像红红的大苹果。想起老师说过，"保护环境，人人有责。”我就决定一定不能扔垃圾，要爱护环境。

人们常说城市是白色污染最严重的地方。可自从这次到爷爷家之后，我改变了这个看法，因为我发现农村的“白色污染”也很严重。 People often say that cities are the most white pollution.But since I arrived at Grandpas house this time, I changed this view because I found that the "white pollution" in the countryside was also very serious.

说干就干，我们沿着上山的小路前进。垃圾到处都有，一些是瓦片和碎砖块，一些是花花绿绿的农药瓶，还有一些是白花花的塑料袋。其中，“白色污染”最为严重。小路上到处都是，农田里也有它们的“倩影”，甚至小溪里石缝间也随处可见。这次收集垃圾，我深刻感受到了农村污染的严重。那条小路上捡到的垃圾不少于三篮，塑料袋最多。为什么农村会有这么多垃圾呢?仔细想来，那是因为农民们还没有形成一个良好的爱护环境的习惯，才让污染如此严重。

为了保护农村环境，我建议可以从以下几个方面着手：各个村委会给每户人家印发手册，向农民宣传爱护环境的好处与随手乱扔垃圾的后果。另外，村委会给每户人家分配一块卫生管理区，由每户人家负责管理这块区域。一月一评，评比出卫生之星并给予奖励，对于排名靠后的家庭进行提醒。

保护环境人人有责。作为一名光荣的小学生，应该做到爱护环境，亲近自然，提高保护环境意识，把“共创蓝天白云”这句话传播到每个宜昌人的心中。不爱护环境最终会受到自然的惩罚。我相信，只要我们共同努力，从点滴做起，从身边做起，我们的大宜昌一定会变得更美丽!

我们此刻的环境太差了：垃圾到处都这样，人们随地吐痰，随地大小便。在我们周围，空气不清新了，水变的不清澈了，沙尘暴越来越多了。

有一天，走在大街上看见形形色色的人，他们一个个戴着口罩，包着脑蛋行色匆匆，从他们的眼光中看出了对环境的无奈。他们为什么都这样这样的打扮呢？因为这都这样可怕的沙尘暴使人们生活在层层包裹之中。沙尘暴来袭这样令人可怕的，大风夹杂着尘土和沙砾肆无忌惮的刮风向人们生存的土地，哪怕这样小小的缝隙也不放过，沙尘刮向农田尘土附着在刚出生的小苗上能够导致农作物不能够进行正常的光合作用，最终导致农作物因营养不良使产量下降，沙尘也这样一些疾病的“传播者”尘土吸入人们的口腔中会造成许多呼吸道疾下方这样一个真实的例子。

黄河流域自古这样我们中华民族的摇篮，也这样世界古代礼貌的发扬地之一。黄河，作为中华民族的摇篮和母亲河，不仅仅传承着几千年的历史礼貌，而且也养育着祖国8。1%的人口。然而，目前黄河流域的生态危机正在日益加剧，并且面临着土地荒漠化，水资源短缺，水土流失面积增大，水污染严重，断流加剧，生存环境恶化等诸多问题交织的严峻形势，给我们发出了严重的警示。

仅仅这样一个例子，就这样这样的令人可怕，这一切都这样因为人类贪梦的向大自然过度的索取造成的，如果人类继续这样执迷不悟下去，那么，我们赖以生存的环境将一去不复返，到那个时候，这个世界除了钢筋混凝土将再也看不到一丝绿色。

所以，要让环境变好，就要从小事做起，植树造林、持续水土、防止污染、倡导和树立绿色礼貌意识，为国家的生态环境建设做自我的一点贡献，这样我们每个公民意不容辞的职责。

保护森林(Protecting the Forests)

Now in some places of our country, a number of people have been cutting down the trees in the forests because they need wood and more farmland. The areas of forests are getting smaller and smaller. Some scientists say that there will be no vast forests in 20 or 30 years. It is really a terrible thing. Where the forests disappear, dust storms will occur occasionally. The weather will get hot and dry. The whole earth will become a big desert. A lot of plants and animals will disappear.Crops will not grow anywhere. Life will be difficult for everyone. The human beings will be punished for their forest-destroying activities.

用:洗菜水、洗澡水循环利用、房间照明选择节能灯、购物使用环保袋、纸张双面打印、不使用一次性餐具、尽量购买包装简单的产品等等，既减少生产中消耗的能量，也减少了垃圾。

Tuesday is my birthday , my boyfriend spent with me . This birthday is the

My Views on Environmetal Protection

Nowadays, the world we live in is becoming more and more intolerable because of environmental destruction. Each day thousands of tons of gases come out of the exhausts of motor vehicles. Smoke from factories pollutes the air of industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside. Recently,haze weather has become a usual phenomenon here in large part of China. People are forced to wear the mask to avoid breathing poisonous air. Some people think it is impossible to solve the problem,however,from my opinion,if we find out the reason and take effective measures the environment can be better.

If we trace the cause for haze weather,the main points are as follows,first,our countrys air quality standards are rather lax and evaluation factors are limited,so you will see that current air appraisal system has defects. Second,some people just go for economic interests instead of turning out products according to relevant law and regulations. They tend to use obsolete equipment in which they are more likely to emit a great deal of wasted air. Third,across our society,the awareness of protecting the environment has not built up so that people havent formed a habit of using green product and saving energy as much as possible. If we dont take action to show respect to the environment, we will have to face an increasingly awful situation.

Therefore, effective measures should be taken and laws passed to conserve the environment. In my opinion, to protect the environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, people should be educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve our natural resources and recycle our products. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the policy of population into practice, because more people mean more pollution. Finally,laws concerning environmental protection should be put into effect and enforce strictly just as our government has been doing. To sum up,if we work together to take out such measures,our environment will get better and better and haze weather will vanish completely.
