我们招了一年多都没招到!

2015年12月，嵊州市教体局在官网上挂出了一个长期有效的招聘公告，其中一个招的就是学科竞赛教师。

公告要求，应聘者要在近5年直接辅导学生获得全国高中数学、物理、化学、生物和信息技术5大学科竞赛一等奖。

一旦应聘成功，他将享受12万元安家津贴、每年5万元(为期10年)的专家津贴和65万元购租房补贴。

尽管薪金待遇如此优厚，嵊州市教体局至今没有招到合适的竞赛教师，因为对口的老师太抢手了，各地都在招。

百万高薪

可就是招不到人

招聘公告虽然是嵊州市教体局发布的，但反映的是当地高中的诉求。

嵊州市几所比较好的高中对优秀竞赛教师有很大的需求，教体局了解情况后，统一发布了招聘信息。

徐老师说，嵊州相对来说是个小地方，招收顶尖教育人才有些困难，所以只能用优厚的条件来吸引一些有潜力的教师。

公告发布后，教体局迟迟没有等来应聘者的毛遂自荐。他们只好各方打听，挑选出十几个知名的竞赛教师，然后一一寄送了邀请函。

最后，只有一个北方城市的教师有点感兴趣。但他某次来杭州参加活动时发现，南方的饮食、语言跟老家差距太大，担心自己适应不了，最终不了了之。

徐老师强调说，他们现在真的是求贤若渴，希望符合条件的教师能主动联系他们。

教师招不进来，学校的需求就无法解决。

在嵊州中学，每门竞赛科目大约有十几到二十几名学生参加。从往年的情况来看，全国竞赛二、三等奖还有一些，但一等奖的数量就很少了。这样的成绩，自然比不上省内其他竞赛实力强劲的名校。

副校长叶利平说，竞赛教师主要的教学任务就是辅导学生的竞赛培训，可以不参加或者少参加日常教学。由于还没招到人，所以暂时没有具体的课程安排。

他坦言，引进人才就是希望突破现有的竞赛成绩，但不一定要求带出多少个一等奖，具体的考核目标还要看应聘者的具体情况。除了招聘公告上的条件，他还希望应聘者本科毕业于985、211工程高校。

同时，嵊州中学也在培养本校的竞赛教师。比如让他们单独带竞赛班，送他们到培训机构学习。叶利平说，校外引进和校内培养并不冲突，他们两方面都会抓紧。

赚得多也忙得多

在高薪聘请竞赛教师这件事上，萧山中学显然比嵊州中学运气好点。

本报2016年4月曾报道过，萧山中学开出优厚的条件招聘竞赛教师：

每月2000元~4000元生活津贴，40万~60万元安家补贴，每年1万元~3万元培养经费。

记者昨天从萧山中学了解到，他们已经成功引进了一位知名教师，同时表示，“如果有牛的数学教师，欢迎!”

在那次招聘前，萧山中学就已经用同样的方式招到了1名数学教师、2名化学教师和1名生物教师，分别来自安徽、江西和福建。

叶利平也知道萧山中学招到了牛人，为此羡慕不已。他认为，这是因为萧山比嵊州拥有更优的地理位置和经济条件。

方老师是省内某高中的竞赛教师。十几年前，因为带出了不少竞赛尖子生，他被现在的学校看中，从老东家“挖”了过来。

方老师说，竞赛教师确实赚得比其他教师多一些，但也比他们忙得多，赚的都是辛苦钱。

拿他自己来说，每周除了要上8节学校的常规课，还要在周末和晚上辅导十几个竞赛生，一周加起来也要十多个小时。

现在，其他教师还在享受寒假呢，他大年初四就已经开始上班，因为要辅导学生参加国家队的选拔赛。

回头看，学校当时“挖人”的决定还是很明智的。自从方老师来了，学校就培养出了一支实力雄厚的竞赛团队，在全国竞赛上屡获佳绩。

裸分进顶尖高校越来越难

参加学科竞赛成了必由之路

嵊州市教体局、萧山中学高薪聘请竞赛教练的做法并不是个例，记者发现，近几年省内各中学都贴出过类似的招聘启事：

永康市古丽高级中学开出60～100万的年薪，招聘全国一级金牌教练;

苍南中学公开招聘高中奥赛金牌教练，由县政府提供90平方米左右的人才公寓居住;

临安中学表示，欢迎高中学科奥赛金牌教练来校兼职……

为何顶级学科竞赛教练成了各个中学争相抢夺的“香馍馍”?

这跟新高考改革以来，名牌高校在浙江的招生制度分不开。

2016年北大、清华在浙江的录取榜单显示，2016年浙江省共有347名考生被北大、清华录取，其中裸分(即高考没有任何加分)考上北大、清华的仅39人，其余都是通过“三位一体”、自主招生等形式。

对于顶尖高校的“三位一体”、自主招生来说，学科竞赛是一道绕不过去的门槛。

一般来说，这些高校的自主招生会对学科竞赛的成绩提出明确要求。

比如，北大2016年自主招生简章显示，申请者要在高中阶段参加全国中学生学科奥林匹克竞赛全国决赛，并获得优异成绩。

北大、清华、复旦、上海交大、浙大等高校的“三位一体”招生虽然不会把竞赛列为硬性条件，但从往年的经验来看，有竞赛成绩在手的考生更容易通过申请，获得考试机会。

Ordinary Is Beautiful

When we are very small, we dream to be the great person in the future, such

as the scientist, the policeman and so on.

It is good for the children to own the big dream, so that they will study

hard and fight for their future. But the fact is that not all the persons can

become the great person, and most people are doing the ordinary jobs. In my

opinion, ordinary is beautiful, too. Though they are not doing the fine jobs,

they find their own place and make a contribution to the world. Take the cleaner

for example. They wake up early and do the cleaning work. People dare not to do

the job because it is so dirty, but the cleaners decorate the city with their

hard work.

The cleaners are the ordinary people while doing the great job.

孩子有伟大的梦想是好的，这样他们就会努力学习，为他们的将来奋斗。但是事实上，并不是所有的人都能成为伟大的人，大部分人都是做着普通的工作。在我看来，平凡也是美丽的。虽然他们没有做着体面的工作，但是他们找到了自己的位置，为社会做贡献。就拿清洁工来说。他们早早起来做清洁。人们不敢做这份工作，因为脏，但是清洁工通过努力工作去装饰了这个城市。

清洁工虽然普通，但是他们却做着伟大的工作。

our shool, wuhan heping middle school, lies in the center of wuhan city. it was just built and has the perfect size. the school yard is two hundred meters long, one hundred meters wide, and is surrounded by trees.

when you walk throught the front gate, there is a huge garden that greets you with every kind of natural things. to the left is the school library in which there are more than 100, 000 books. to the right is the eperiment building. in the very middle of the school yard stands the teaching building that stretches for one hundred and fifty meters. this teaching building has four floors with the teachers offices at either end of each floor. standing on the top of the teaching building, you can see a flower bed. behind the teaching building is a large playground on the right side. the students often do sports here after class. to the left lies the dining hall which can hold 500 people. this is our school, a beautiful one.
