《计划》指出，目前，我国艾滋病流行形势依然严峻，防治工作中新老问题和难点问题并存，防治任务更加艰巨。尚有一定数量的感染者和病人未被检测发现，性传播成为最主要传播途径，男性同性性行为人群感染率持续升高，青年学生感染人数增加较快，卖淫嫖娼等违法犯罪活动、合成毒品滥用及不安全性行为在一定范围存在等诸多因素加大了艾滋病传播风险，社交新媒体的普遍使用增强了易感染艾滋病行为的隐蔽性，人口频繁流动增加了预防干预难度。部分地区和部门对防治工作重视不足，政策落实不到位，防治技术手段有限，防治能力尚不能满足工作需要，社会组织等社会力量参与防治的作用发挥还不够充分，仍需要长期不懈做好艾滋病防治各项工作。

对于工作目标，《计划》明确，最大限度发现感染者和病人，有效控制性传播，持续减少注射吸毒传播、输血传播和母婴传播，进一步降低病死率，逐步提高感染者和病人生存质量，不断减少社会歧视，将我国艾滋病疫情继续控制在低流行水平。

一、居民艾滋病防治知识知晓率达85%以上。流动人口、青年学生、监管场所被监管人员等重点人群以及易感染艾滋病危险行为人群防治知识知晓率均达90%以上。

二、男性同性性行为人群艾滋病相关危险行为减少10%以上，其他性传播危险行为人群感染率控制在0.5%以下。参加戒毒药物维持治疗人员年新发感染率控制在0.3%以下。

三、夫妻一方感染艾滋病家庭的配偶传播率下降到1%以下。艾滋病母婴传播率下降到4%以下。

四、经诊断发现并知晓自身感染状况的感染者和病人比例达90%以上。符合治疗条件的感染者和病人接受抗病毒治疗比例达90%以上，接受抗病毒治疗的感染者和病人治疗成功率达90%以上，累计接受中医药治疗的人数比2015年增加一倍。

If we don’t put much emphasis on the environment issue and excavate the natural resources blindly, our country will become a barren land sooner or later.

In a word, sustainable development is a reasonable strategy which should be implemented for a long time. The nature is providing us with plentiful resources generously, but it may punish us severely if we don’t care her.

I always hear about my friends complaining, they say their income is such low that they cant not make ends meet. At first, I would pity for them, but in the long run, I find their work is so easy, they just sit in the office from 9 am to 5 pm, they even don’t need to go out for business. While I see another friend, he works so hard, his working hour is very unstable, sometimes he even works until 9 pm. The fact is that he earns the most between my friends. It is true that no pain, no gain, if people want more, they need to pay out more. Comparing to be envy about other peoples great income, wed better to work hard to realize what we want. There is not short-cut for people to get successful, working hard is the only way.

With the increasing use of cell phones, spam message has become a heated problem. According to a survey, on average, people receive about 40 pieces of spam message per month. Spam message can disturb, confuse, or even threaten people at any time.

Generally, there are two tesons for the spam epidemic. On one hand, due to the face that text message is a comparatively cheap channel, many companies take advantage of it to advertise their products or servies. Whether people are willing to receive the message is neglected. On the other hand, those holding lots of imformation on cell phone users sell the information and make money our of it.

To solve the problem of spam message, people should make joint efforts. The government should set up laws to severely punish the illegal advertisers and those who disclose information. Cell phone researchers and developers should upgrade the products and enable them to delete the spam automatically. Should people ace together, they will be free from the spam message.

探索精神与精彩发现

恐怕谁也没有想到，人迹罕至的洞穴里竟然会有一群色彩斑斓的蝴蝶，倘若这群冒险者继续深入前进，没准会有新的发现、新的惊喜，抑或会走进陶渊明笔下的桃花源也未可知。如果先入为主地认定这样的洞穴里什么也没有，没有兴趣和冲动实地看看，或者觉得神秘洞穴一定是个恐怖陷阱，没有胆量探个究竟，别有洞天的美妙风景或许永远是个谜，不会为世人所知。

善于探索、敢于冒险，是作为高等动物的人一种特有的精神，人类社会进步、发展的历程无不与探索、冒险、发现、创新如影随形，有探索精神才会有精彩发现，有冒险胆识才会创造奇迹，更多的情况下，人们尤其需要“明知山有虎，偏向虎山行”的胆略和果决。哥伦布当年的“漂泊”或许就没打算回头，但他的一往无前终于发现了着陆;伟大的科学家伽利略明知自己的研究与宗教信仰冲突的后果如何严重，毅然执着于自己的追求，才在力学、天文学和哲学领域创造了天才的建树……

探险的基本内涵是探索，探索的原动力在于创新、进步、突破、发展。反观我国几十年改革开放的伟大实践，又何尝不是一种具有非凡胆识的英明决断，做出这一选择不可避免地历经了种种艰难险阻考验。也正是这一集聚了中国人民勇气和智慧的“探险”行动，让我们摸索出一条不但中国历史上不曾有，而且世界历史上也不曾有，堪称前无古人、后无来者的中国特色社会主义道路，进而实现了经济社会翻天覆地的发展变化，日益以世界大国、强国的姿态屹立于全球舞台。

当然，探险不是单纯的冒险，更不是盲目的冒进，必须对风险成本和未来预期做出理性、科学的评估，同时还必须摒弃个人英雄主义，充分地依靠群体的智慧和力量。我们不妨设想一下，假如探险神秘洞穴的不是一群人而是一个人，点亮的不是数支蜡烛而只是一支蜡烛，呈现在眼前的或许又是另一番景象，可能要经历更多的摸索甚而走弯路才能发现洞穴里那群五彩斑斓的蝴蝶和更为神奇的风景，而这对于当下我们正执着追寻伟大中国梦的新探索同样不无启迪意义。

探险者与蝴蝶

我已经不记得蝴蝶长什么样子了，自从身边的花花草草越来越少、钢筋水泥越来越多，自从空气越来越臭、水越来越黑……蝴蝶就再也没有出现过。这么多年来，我一直在为物种的消失而痛心，直到今天我才知道，蝴蝶都躲进山洞了。是高考救我出泥潭，我永难忘却。

我不知道是探险家在装逼呢，还是出题老师在装。人类肆意破坏了整个地球，却强拉几只不会说话的蝴蝶来证明自己爱护环境。你看你看，我们发现洞里有蝴蝶就退出山洞了，多么伟大、多么圣洁。我要是蝴蝶，我一定不会放过你们，我躲进亿万年没人到达的山洞，还是躲不开你们，我一定要改改我的食谱，先咬你们几口再说。

写到这里，我不由得羡慕起蝴蝶来：它们的翅膀不大，飞不高飞不远，却可以飞到人迹罕至的地方去躲起来。可是我每天呼吸着有毒的空气、喝着致命的牛奶、吃着农药超标的大米，我却无处可躲。关键是，环保局每天说环境是合格的，尽管他明知落水的人还没溺死就先毒死了。统计局还替我说我对生活非常满意——貌似只有满意、很满意、非常满意可选，就这点可怜的选择权也没有给我。

小蝴蝶们很不容易，因为我知道蝴蝶年轻的时候是毛毛虫，它们要吃叶子长大。后来变成蝴蝶，它们要吃花粉。漆黑的山洞里有没有叶子和花粉，这个只有环保局和统计局知道，据我所知是没有的。蝴蝶们终究放弃了对鲜花的热爱，就为了寻找一片净土，而今年的高考作文恰恰说明蝴蝶白白做出了牺牲。

而人类最引以为豪的“壮举”就是去登山钻洞，美其名曰征服自然，以证明自己是地球的主宰。那些没办法上天入地的，就选择在寝室里杀害同学，同样证明了他的牛逼。探险家们大概也被当局忽悠瘸了，以为自己的所作所为对环境破坏得还不够，其实我们随时随地抬头看看天就知道我们的环境是什么样子。你们要真的珍惜环境，就给我好好呆在家里，别去那些属于动植物的家园。

写到这里，我突然想到：人类至少还有一个地方是干干净净、一尘不染的，那就是考试在线网。不管社会上发生了什么事情，比如安全生产事故，或者交通意外事故，常州宣传部那帮无知的猪头就开始“净化网络”，要求不得发表。至于为什么交通事故不可以发表，他们自己也不懂，只好装懂。于是“只发通稿”成了他们的口头禅，法律不是挡箭牌，只发通稿才是。在他们的不懈努力下，考试在线网成了人类社会最干净的场所。

我终于不需要去羡慕蝴蝶了，因为蝴蝶穷极一生去寻找净土依然不可得，而我却在常州宣传部帮我营造的净土里自由呼吸。我谢天谢地，阿门!蝴蝶们躲到了更深的洞穴，我则换个马甲躲进更深的考试在线网!

不及格的第一门社交课

马上就要毕业了，恰逢十八岁的门槛。终于可以喝酒、K歌、流泪，三年的高中生活即将画上一个句号。作为一个不合群、一直在高三(1)班处于游离状态的人，我羡慕地看着这一切。多数人既是好战友，也是竞争者，原以为走进高考的考场的那一刹那，一切已成云烟。

在同学之中，我无法忍受那一种人：狂妄自大、个体意识的膨胀，以至于伤害到他人也浑然不觉。可是，现在的学生当中，很多人都是这样。但人与人之间的事，古人已经云过：子所不欲，勿施于人。故而，善意换来的是善意，轻狂换来的是自取其辱。人与人之间的事，还如“刺猬理论”所说，两只刺猬离得太远不能取暖，离得太近又彼此扎伤。所以，现在看到了调查数据说，高中生对同学关系满意的只有60%，我并不诧异。

这是我们的第一门社交课，虽然我自己也不及格。但我相信，如果没有公共意识的掣肘，个体意识的过度膨胀对于一个人而言是有害的。可是，理论归理论，现实归现实。现实就是，高中这三年，我此前一直觉得没有什么朋友。

毕业晚会，是他们的舞台。我坐在靠门的位置，但并没有想着要提前离开，而是淡然地看着这一切，直到曲终人散。最后是班长走了过来，他一定是注意到了我是当晚唯一一个穿校服的人。他在我的校服上写下一句话，用手指写的，速度很快，没有留下印迹。但我知道，这一句话很重要：“时间走了，友情永在。”接着，王鸿尉、高志国、冯薇、司马平江……等等等等同学，也走了过来。

这三年，我希望是一个有朋友的人，以至于我一个朋友也没有。数的极小，恰是因为要质的极大。但最终我知道了，犬儒的朋友观，和功利的朋友观一样，让人无法用一种温暖的眼光看世界、看身边的人。同窗情谊，其实早已不是一片净土，但哪怕是一瞬间，只要是真诚的，就值得珍视，值得让一个人在寂静的时候，感念于最初的时光。

天空没有痕迹，鸟儿已经飞过。当一个班的同学，如蒲公英一样撒向各地，人生的路上千帆过尽、铅华洗尽，再回首这一段青涩的岁月，就会发现，沉淀在时光里的同窗情谊一直如一豆暗夜里的温暖烛光，真实且弥足珍贵，只是当时没有察觉。

When I am making mistakes, my parents will never be angry with me. I am so thankful to them for they are so tolerant with me. I learn many things from my parents, they show me how to be a tolerant person. They will not blame me for the small mistake that I make, instead, they will educate me in the gentle way. Unlike some parents who are strict to their kids, they will be very angry and said the hurting words, making the children feel sad. Being tolerant to other peoples mistakes is the best way to solve the problem. People will appreciate the kind act and make things goes on the easy way.
