开学后的一个星期，我们大学在校园里开始了为期五天的军训生活。

到了基地，大门里面有一条小河，河中央有一座小桥，桥对面就是我们的男生宿舍，男生宿舍右边是食堂，食堂的右边是女生宿舍，女生宿舍的右下角就是澡堂，大门左边就是操场和主席台。我们共有11个中队，我在10中队，教官叫周利军，老师叫万老师。万老师先给我们分小组，共有七个小组，我是一小组的组长，组员共8名。

每天早上都有起床号，晚上有关灯号，平时还有集合号。早上只要响起了起床号，同学们就必须马上穿好衣服到操场上排队站好;晚上响了关灯号，所有的灯都会熄灭;如果平时响起了集合号，不管你在做什么，都必须马上到操场上集合站好。

5月6日早上，我们正睡得香，突然响起了起床号，男生宿舍像炸开了锅一样热闹。只见同学们一个个像猴子一样从床上蹦了起来，手忙脚乱地穿着衣服。和我们同一间寝室的周教官也在提醒大家快点穿好衣服和鞋子，到操场集合。我是我们中队第一个操场的，可是其他中队却有好多人已经到了。等人全部到齐之后，教官说：“回去由老师教同学们折被子，学会之后，让学生自己折被子、收拾宿舍。”我们回去学习折被子了，刚开始我们都折得不怎么好，经过我们反复的刻苦训练，终于可以达到老师的基本要求了。看着一个个方方正正的“豆腐块”同学们自豪地笑了。

我们还开展了许多有趣的活动呢!

我印象最深的是重走长征路活动。5月7日下午，教官吹起了集合号，一转眼的功夫，全校的同学都迅速到操场集合站好，没有一个人乱动，刻苦的训练总算没有白费呀!考官说：“同学们，今天下午我们要去重走长征路，同学们敢不敢走?”“敢!”，同学们响亮地答道。出发了，我们首先看见的是辽阔的田野，像绿色的海浪。我们被深深地吸引住了，不想走下去了，可我们是全基地第一方队，并且是排头，只好恋恋不舍地继续往前走。走着走着，看见了一群洁白如雪的鸭子正准备下河洗澡呢!一只长得壮的鸭子首先跳进清澈的河水里，接着好几只鸭子也连续不断地跟着跳下了河，这群“白雪公主”就在水里戏耍开了。我觉得真可爱。经过30分钟的急行，终于到达目的地。那是一片已经枯萎了的树林，它们正准备发出新嫩芽。我们就坐在草坪上休息了。原路返回基地，我累得几乎失去了知觉，心想，才走了这么一小段“长征路”就累成了这样，红军走长征真辛苦呀!

我们还自己包饺子，体验做家务的乐趣;我们玩沙艺建长城，领略建长城的辛苦。陶艺、看电影、联欢晚会、跳兔子舞等活动也十分有趣!

大学的军训生活，为我们未来四年的大学开了个好头。

不知不觉四年大学生活快要走到终点了，一直没有好好总结过自己这四年来走的是怎样的一条路，现在好好回想一下，权当是给自己留点纪念，也算是给自己的大学生活圈上一个句号。

现在才体会到大学四年时光是如此的宝贵，后悔自己当初没有好好珍惜。很难说每个人应该怎样安排自己的时间，因为每个人的情况都是不同的，只能根据自身的具体情况进行安排。大学四年以来，我遇到了一批很好的老师，我觉得在大学四年里可以好好地和老师进行沟通是一件很有收获的事情，老师们可以为你指点方向，可以减少你走弯路的机会。在大学课程安排上，我觉得我们数学与统计学院的安排还是比较合适的，在大一大二集中了较多课程，大三大四的课程则相对较少，这样可以给考研和找工作的同学都腾出更多的时间准备自己的事情。

大学四年来，我从来都不是一个人在前进，身边一直有几个同学一起在努力，一起进步。无论是直接保送，还是经过自己的奋斗最终考取，现在我们几个都上了研究生。当然环境并不是自然就有的，如果没有这样环境，一定要努力尝试去营造这样一种气氛，因为有几个人一起努力的话，大家的动力才会起来，这样可以达到事半功倍的效果。

四年是怎么样的一个概念呢?对于生活在每一天的人来说，这是个不短的时间，但从生命的角度来说，它只是很短暂的一段时光。四年其实只是个固定的时间段，但不同的人却在不同的处境中，从不同的角度将四年人为的有了长和短的感受。记得刚上大学时还在感叹，“要在这里度过四年了，好漫长啊，怎么过呀……”，但如今就要离开这深爱的校园了，又不禁感叹，“四年就这样过去了，过的好快啊，面对熟悉的一切却是那么的不舍。”

Yet in our age, these are supposed to be the responsibility of young people.

With the development of communication technology, people in fact become alienated with friends and relatives since they could be so easily accessed via phone or email. Too often we feel that few of our friends are true friends, without the traditional feeling of mutual affection which could only be created by longtime apart. But several decades ago, people treasured their friends and maintained relatively close interpersonal relations, which is much more enjoyable than the estrangements we are experiencing.

The last factor that has made our age so uncomfortable is the abusive use of technology. Although it brings much convenience, it essentially changes human – we are no longer the master of tools, but instead the slaves of devices. We rush to metro station in order to catch an early train, sit in front of radioactive computers all day long in order to get our work done, and stay in air-conditioned rooms all summer without experiencing the natural changes outside thick cement walls. Several decades ago, people could still live closer to nature and make rational use of modern technology, which to me is the essence of human living experience.

However, the comparison between different times is itself ridiculous. The criteria could not be easily determined, and opinions are highly personal. Anyway, we have a longer life span, more advanced medical facilities, and easier traffic than our grandparent when they were children, and we should treasure the present experience. Imagination of the past might only be nostalgia – if I ask my grandparents the same question, they might as well say that our life is much better than the past generations. Who knows? 今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。
