中班共有幼儿36名，其中5名为转学期来的新生，教师两名。通过小班一学年的在园生活，幼儿在各方面都有了不同程度的提高，幼儿的一日生活常规也有了较大的进步。

1、本班幼儿特点及优点分析：

(1)基本掌握正确洗手方法和用茶水杯喝水情况较好。

2、薄弱环节分析：

(1)部分幼儿在学习活动过程中，思维不够集中，对于老师的提问，有的表现为一种“与我无关”的感觉，有的则是还停留在上一个问题上，有的就是答非所问;还有的孩子喜欢在下面做小动作，而且有时会影响到他人。

(2)在进餐方面，约有1/4的孩子速度较慢，而且经过了一个暑假，有部分孩子对于餐后的卫生工作(清理桌面、擦嘴、搬椅子等环节)，有所淡忘，在洗手环节上爱在盥洗室逗留，玩耍。

(3)幼儿在操作能力及操作常规上，有待提高。

(4)幼儿在户外运动时的自我保护能力需要提高，有的孩子在动作的协调上还存在着一定的困难。

(5)个别幼儿(新生)在与人交往上表现的较胆小，他们不敢主动地寻找同伴交往，而是坐在椅子上等待别人来和他交流，不能很好的表达自己的想法、意愿。

(6)当遇到困难时，幼儿的第一个反应就是叫老师，缺乏自己动脑筋解决的主动性。

(7)幼儿的任务意识较弱，任务不能及时、按时的完成。

二、本学期工作目标：

本学期我们两位老师将会团结协作，针对本班幼儿的实际情况，参照本年龄段幼儿的发展要求和幼儿存在的不足之处，在新《纲要》指导思想的引导下，进行行而有效的指导，用适时的家园沟通方法，达到家园共育的效果。促进每个幼儿富有个性的发展。

三、工作任务及措施

(一)加强班务管理，保证幼儿身心健康发展

1、班上两位老师要搞团结、讲合作，教育观念达成一致，坚持常规培养一贯性。

2、定期开展班级会议，找不足、定措施、认真实施。

3、以一日活动中的安全为重点开展安全活动。如：通过照片再现的形式或结合幼儿的游戏活动及生活中的具体事例，使幼儿对自己的安全提高警惕。

(二)培养幼儿良好的身体素质，重视常规指导和体育锻炼：

1、培养幼儿养成自我服务的自觉性，建立为他人服务意识。

2、在平常的教学中穿插一些健康方面的知识，教给幼儿一些增进健康的方法，使幼儿初步形成健康、安全的生活所需要的行为习惯和态度。

3、开展家园活动，双方面的促进幼儿体能和行为习惯的发展。

England is the best place I’ve ever been. Everything is so beautiful. I

lasted for more than 20 seconds at most. It seems that as long as I work hard, I

can do better. If there is a will, things will come true !

Last week, our teacher gave us a task. We needed to interview some people

and collect different opinions. At first, I felt it a difficult task, because I

was such a shy person that I dared not to talk to strangers. In order to finish

the task, I cooperated with my classmates. They helped me to ask people for a

second, then I started to talk with them in a comfortable way. I felt much eased

soon and no longer felt shy. Now I get over my fear and become stronger. This is

the good sign of growing up. I am so thankful to my classmates. Without their

help, I wont go that far.
