think it is high time for us to travel with parents.

In the first place, we should spend more time with parents. According to

research, if we come home 5 days a year, spend 4 hours a day with parents, it

would be less than 300 hours of 30 years, which means 25 days. We could see it

now that there is not much time for us to spend with our parents after we go to

work or have our own family. Hence, we should travel with our parents.

In the second place, parents used to took us to travel when we were young,

why don’t we take them as return when we are capable to do that. It is not the

matter of we are set free from parents, we are not a traitorous teenager

anymore, and we have time and money, of course we should take a trip with

parents. Holiday would be a good time for us to travel with parents, just like

the old time.

To summarize, we should make a plan for parents in holiday. Holiday is a

great gift for us and our parents.

skills of life and work, which can make people live a good life or have

achievements in career. Finally, education brings people ability of learning and

The main function of public libraries is to provide books for people to

read.In a library,there are books on different subjects,such as Chinese

history,fine art,science,English literature,and so on.There are also works fo

fiction.

The public libraries are crowded with people on weekdays as well as Sundays

because many people,especially students who want to consult reference books for

their school work,know that they could at least learn something there.

Besides reading in the library,we can also borrow books with library

cards.But books on loan had to be returned within a couple of weeks.As far as I

know the number of people who borrow books from public libraries is increasing

year after year.

I go to the City Hall library twice a month to read.

Halloween

Halloween is an autumn holiday that Americans celebrate every year. It means "holy evening," and it comes every October 31, the evening before All Saints Day. However, it is not really a church holiday, it is a holiday for children mainly.

Every autumn, when the vegetables are ready to eat, children pick large orange pumpkins. Then they cut faces in the pumpkins and put a burning candle inside. It looks as if there were a person looking out of the pumpkin! These lights are called jack-o-lanterns, which means "Jack of the lantern".

The children also put on strange masks and frightening costumes every Halloween. Some children paint their faces to look like monsters. Then they carry boxes or bags from house to house. Recent years have seen a tendency in China that tourism is growing faster. According to a recent survey made by some experts, about 47% urban residents travel regularly, and 28% rural residents also make their tour across the country. Facing this tendency, we can’t help exploring some underlying factors that are responsible. In the very first place, with the policy of reform and opening up, Chinese people’s living standard has been greatly improved, and therefore, most of them can afford to travel around. What’s more, it is believed that people now take a more positive attitude to tourism, and regard it as a life style. In addition, tourism facilities are becoming better and better. For example, transportation develops fast, and many scenic spots are available now.

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

Panda is our country’s treasure, we should protect it. nowadays, we see

from the TV that panda is less than before, it is not only because of the damage

of the environment, but also the weakness of the panda. Everybody loves panda,

识字仍然是三年级阅读教学的重要任务之一，要坚持在语言环境中识字，在阅读教学过程中完成识字任务。使学生能比较熟练地查字典，自学生字，具有初步的识字能力。注重培养学生认认真真地写字，养成良好的写字习惯。除了在课堂教学中注意识字和写字的联系外，还要靠经常不断地练习提高写字的技能。钢笔字逐步做到写得正确、端正、整洁，行款符合要求;用毛笔写字能正确地执笔、运笔，写得端正、纸面干净。要严格要求，严格训练，不断提高写字质量。

2、继续加强词句训练

词句训练是整个小学阶段的一个教学重点。进一步加强词句训练，更是本册阅读教学的重点。中年级的词句训练可从以下几点进行：一是对课文中的重点词句，要避免以词解词，要鼓励学生结合语言环境、联系生活实际或查字典理解词句的能力，逐步做到能自行理解;二要鼓励学生摘抄好词佳句，加强语言的积累;三要重视词句的运用，加强与说、写之间的联系。

In recent years, the global warming gets increasingly attention. More and

more people make contribution to stop the global warming. Therefore, a new

lifestyle occurs--low carbon life. What can we do to live in low carbon?

一、常规教育方面：

二、班级纪律方面：

1、课堂纪律：首先，共同制定班规班纪，并制定相应的奖惩办法。这样学生既感到有趣，又可以在不知不觉中遵守纪律。由于是孩子们自己制定的，这样变被动的各种要求为主动的行为，有助于学生将文字内化为行为。

2、课间纪律：课间是学生轻松休息的时间，丰富多彩的课间活动，就是解决课间纪律乱的法宝。我会让学生下课后多出去开展"跳绳、做游戏、踢毽子"等活动，使学生既健体又受教育。同时，随时提醒学生要注意的危险活动和场地，寓教于乐。

三、卫生方面：

讲究卫生很重要。俗话说，病从口入。整理好卫生，既能使身体健康，又能养成良好的生活习惯，还能创设一个良好的学习环境。

1、个人卫生：要求衣着整洁，做好"三勤"，桌洞勤清，物品勤摆，两操勤做。

2、班级卫生：每天分派值日生清扫，设立卫生监督岗，进行检查与监督。对于主动、及时打扫卫生的同学或小组，进行奖励。同时利用花草美化环境，并进行爱护环境和花草的教育。

四、班干部的培养方面：

班级管理光靠班主任一人来管理是不够的，而班干部却是班级管理的小助手。这学期我将采取班干部轮流制(包括班长和组长)，使班级管理再上新台阶，让每个孩子的潜能都得到充分的挖掘，培养有个性的人,使孩子们学会学习，学会生活，学会合作和学会管理。
