Chang-Er，his beautiful wife， could no longer stand by and watch him abuse his power so she stole his Elixir and fled to the moon to escape his angry wrath. The second legend has it that during the Yuan Dynasty，an underground group led by Zhu Yuan Zang was determined to rid the country of Mongolian dominance. It happened at the time of the full moon，which，some say，explains why mooncakes are eaten at this time. Mooncakes are usually stamped with Chinese characters indicating the name of the bakery and the type of filling used. 今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

一、班况分析：

本学期我班共计39名幼儿，其中男生21名，女生18名。经过上学期教师与幼儿的共同努力，全班幼儿都得到了长足的进步。他们初步学会了自我照顾的能力和遵守规则及安全意识，乐意与人交谈，能主动参与自主性活动及其它活动，他们对周围的事物、现象感兴趣，有好奇心和求知欲。特别是在语言方面，大多数幼儿能用普通话主动、清晰、连贯地表达自己的愿望和请求，愿意和老师、同伴交流自己的想法。在家长工作方面，我们做到深入、细致，处处为了孩子，时时考虑家长。家长也对我们一学期来的工作也给予了较大的支持和好评。本学期，我们仍要严格要求自己，结合本班实际，将在新学期中，对幼儿自我约束、自我认识上进行重点培养，激发幼儿积极探索和主动地学习，促进幼儿健康、和谐地发展。

8、注重对幼儿进行团结、互助、友好的良好品德的培养，使幼儿养成团结协作，友爱他人等好品质，成为一个真正全面发展完整的人。

三、家长工作目标及措施：

我们的工作离不开家长的理解和配合，我们要通过不断的沟通、交流，努力达到教育思想上的一致，让家长尽快参与到我们的教育工作中来，正确认识到家园共育的重要性，改变一些错误的教育观念。具体形式是：

1、积极主动与家长配合，多与家长沟通，利用各种途径做好家长工作，在幼儿园网站、班级主页中，向家长介绍科学的育儿方法以及一周教育教学计划。

2、通过各种方法(例如：家长会、家访、电话、面谈等)与家长沟通，用实际的工作取得家长的信任。

3、进行家访工作，用较多的时间与家长进行一对一的交流，全面沟通、了解幼儿的有关情况。

4、采用成长档案的形式及时将幼儿在班上的情况反映给家长，同时也方便家长与老师交流孩子近期在家情况。

5、在上学及放学时利用家长接送小孩的机会与部分家长沟通，听取家长的有关意见。

四、环境创设：

(一)班级环境创设：

1、抓住幼儿口语发展的关键期，给幼儿营造一个优美、规范、准确的语言环境，促进幼儿语言的发展，丰富幼儿的词汇和对语言的理解能力。引导幼儿用简单句与成人沟通，表达需要与感受，在讲述事情的时候不着急，学说完整句。

2、充分利用班里的各种玩教具和幼儿喜欢的其他材料，保护和引起幼儿对周围环境、事物的好奇心和探索欲望，指导幼儿通过摸、闻、捏、推、听等感官对事物的探索方式直接获得感性经验，培养幼儿对事物的感受力。

3、结合各个主题活动、季节特征，师幼互动，创设出有特色，适合本班幼儿年龄特征的环境。鼓励幼儿参与环境布置，使幼儿真正成为环境的主人。

(二)绿色环保教育：

1、在一日活动中渗透环境教育的内容，让幼儿收集一些废旧材料，进行小制作，学会轻声和同伴交流，知道噪音的危害等。

2、不践踏小草，让幼儿知道小草是有生命的。

3、不摘花草树木的叶子，要爱护花草树木。

4、带领幼儿进行种植一些常见的植物，让幼儿为植物浇水，并进行观察，使幼儿产生热爱植物、热爱大自然的情感。

5、安排值日生每天对自然角的植物进行管理，养成幼儿良好的行为习惯。

6、鼓劲幼儿从小事做起，珍惜资源，不浪费粮食、纸张等。

五、具体工作安排：

二月份：

1、认真做好开学工作，完成收费工作;

2、稳定幼儿情绪，抓好幼儿一日活动常规;

3、根据实际情况，认真、合理地制定各类计划，紧抓一日常规地训练。

4、师幼共同以“你快乐、我快乐”的主题布置教室环境。

5、引导幼儿正确使用筷子用餐。

6、学习新操，要求幼儿动作整齐、有力。

三月份：

1、与幼儿一起栽培春季植物，组织幼儿进行管理。

2、开展庆祝“三八”节活动，使幼儿充分感受节日的气氛。

3、发动幼儿收集材料，投放到各个游戏区角中。

4、充分利用幼儿作品、利用家长资源，为幼儿创设丰富的主题墙。

5、丰富区域活动的设置，为幼儿游戏情节发展作铺垫，加强幼儿游戏指导。

6、加强幼儿自理能力的培养。

四月份：

1、结合主题，开展“春游”活动，让幼儿进入大自然亲身感受春天的气息。

2、发挥家长资源，收集有关春天的各类资料，帮助幼儿进一步认识春天里的各种变化、特征。

3、根据不同主题，在自然角、数学角区域内提供丰富的材料和条件。

4、鼓励幼儿积极参与班级主题环境的布置，使班级主题墙愈加丰富多彩。

5、结合清明节渗透幼儿关于这一节日的认识。

6、全园性逃生演练活动。

五月份：

1、结合5月1日国际劳动节，让幼儿进一步了解“五一”劳动节的含义，培养良好的劳动习惯。

2、根据主题的开展，培养幼儿对生活中科学现象的兴趣，增强探索意识。

3、日常活动各环节中契机，进一步培养幼儿自理能力、生活习惯的养成。

4、迎接市综合考评。

5、准备“庆六一”活动。

6、进一步锻炼幼儿能在一定宽的平行线中平稳地走，提高平衡能力。

六月份：

1、开展“庆六一”活动。

2、感知夏天的季节特征，了解夏季与人们生活的关系，引导幼儿产生探索夏天大自然的欲望。

3、组织幼儿测量身高、体重、视力，进行简单体检。

4、做好期末班级总结工作，完成幼儿测评工作。

5、对幼儿进行假期安全教育。

6、完成幼儿汇报单的填写及伙食退款工作。
