Dragon Boat Festival is the traditional day in China, it is on the 5th day

of the 5th lunar month. The common activity for different places are dragon boat

competition and eating zongzi. In my hometown, there will be the dragon boat

competition every year. A lot of teams join this activity and there are full of

audiences stand on the river side, wathing and yelling for the teams. It is one

一、班级情况分析：

中班共有幼儿36名，其中5名为转学期来的新生，教师两名。通过小班一学年的在园生活，幼儿在各方面都有了不同程度的提高，幼儿的一日生活常规也有了较大的进步。

1、本班幼儿特点及优点分析：

(1)基本掌握正确洗手方法和用茶水杯喝水情况较好。

(2)幼儿基本都能愉快地入园，并能与同伴一起友好地相处、交往。

(3)能进行一些简单的生活自理活动。

(4)能用简单的礼貌用语与老师、同伴打招呼，部分幼儿能主动与客人打招呼。

2、薄弱环节分析：

(1)部分幼儿在学习活动过程中，思维不够集中，对于老师的提问，有的表现为一种“与我无关”的感觉，有的则是还停留在上一个问题上，有的就是答非所问;还有的孩子喜欢在下面做小动作，而且有时会影响到他人。

(2)在进餐方面，约有1/4的孩子速度较慢，而且经过了一个暑假，有部分孩子对于餐后的卫生工作(清理桌面、擦嘴、搬椅子等环节)，有所淡忘，在洗手环节上爱在盥洗室逗留，玩耍。

(3)幼儿在操作能力及操作常规上，有待提高。

(4)幼儿在户外运动时的自我保护能力需要提高，有的孩子在动作的协调上还存在着一定的困难。

(5)个别幼儿(新生)在与人交往上表现的较胆小，他们不敢主动地寻找同伴交往，而是坐在椅子上等待别人来和他交流，不能很好的表达自己的想法、意愿。

(6)当遇到困难时，幼儿的第一个反应就是叫老师，缺乏自己动脑筋解决的主动性。

(7)幼儿的任务意识较弱，任务不能及时、按时的完成。

二、本学期工作目标：

本学期我们两位老师将会团结协作，针对本班幼儿的实际情况，参照本年龄段幼儿的发展要求和幼儿存在的不足之处，在新《纲要》指导思想的引导下，进行行而有效的指导，用适时的家园沟通方法，达到家园共育的效果。促进每个幼儿富有个性的发展。

三、工作任务及措施

(一)加强班务管理，保证幼儿身心健康发展

1、班上两位老师要搞团结、讲合作，教育观念达成一致，坚持常规培养一贯性。

2、定期开展班级会议，找不足、定措施、认真实施。

3、以一日活动中的安全为重点开展安全活动。如：通过照片再现的形式或结合幼儿的游戏活动及生活中的具体事例，使幼儿对自己的安全提高警惕。

(二)培养幼儿良好的身体素质，重视常规指导和体育锻炼：

1、培养幼儿养成自我服务的自觉性，建立为他人服务意识。

2、在平常的教学中穿插一些健康方面的知识，教给幼儿一些增进健康的方法，使幼儿初步形成健康、安全的生活所需要的行为习惯和态度。

3、开展家园活动，双方面的促进幼儿体能和行为习惯的发展。

(三)五大领域任务与措施:

健康领域任务：

1、情绪稳定、愉快，感受到幼儿园生活的快乐。

2、形成较好的饮食、睡眠、盥洗、入厕等个人生活卫生习惯，有基本的生活自理能力。

措施：

1、在日常生活中引导幼儿有目的地观察周围的变化，以老师的主动参与带动幼儿表达，交流的愿望。

2、在幼儿活动中，及时满足幼儿表现的物质需要，鼓励幼儿通过多种形式表现自己的观察。

3、结合《快乐发展》在活动区投放相关的科学操作材料，帮助幼儿在活动中获得探索的快乐，逐渐学会总结，交流探索的过程及结果。

4、结合季节变化丰富自然角，种植植物，培养幼儿的爱心及观察力，初步学习记录观察变化。

艺术领域任务：

引导幼儿积极参加艺术活动，感受并喜爱生活环境中的美，引导幼儿用自己喜欢的方式进行艺术创造。培养艺术活动的良好习惯。

音乐：

1、能从周围环境、生活中发现美好事物，逐步对艺术产生兴趣。

2、喜欢参加艺术活动，乐于用自己喜欢的艺术形式表现自己的情感和体验。

3、学会一些基本动作和模仿动作、学习使用一些简单的节奏乐器，学习进行简单的歌词仿编，区别掌握二拍子和三拍子的节奏。

措施：

1、根据不同的环境播放不同风格的乐曲，引导幼儿感受不同风格的音乐带来的美。

2、为幼儿提供表演的条件和机会，如：创设表演区和“小表演家”活动，初步引导幼儿大胆表现自我。

3、通过说念儿歌、唱歌曲、律动游戏，让幼儿感受节拍、节奏的变化，提高幼儿对音乐节拍，节奏的掌握水平。

美术：

1、能够自如的选择材料进行操作活动，并有主动整理的意识。

2、自主地使用一些简单的美术工具和材料，表现、塑造简单的物体形象，尝试根据身边的物品、废旧材料进行想象和制作一些简单的玩具。

措施：

1、让幼儿接触、使用品种多样的材料和工具，为幼儿大胆创作提供条件。

2、常识使用多种美术工具和手段表现同一主题作品，使幼儿感受创造的美。如：中秋节、教师节、国庆节等。

3、创设美术作品展览区域，为幼儿欣赏提供经常变化而丰富的美术作品。

4、日常教育教学合理安排，保证实施落实。

措施：

1、为幼儿创设一个宽松愉快的学习氛围，师生之间建立平等、亲密的关系，耐心对待每位幼儿。同时以幼儿为主体进行教室内外的环境布置，内容充分体现教育性、幼儿参与性、多样性、趣味性、可操作性等。

2、教师在活动实施前作好充分的知识准备和材料准备，在教具的提供上尽量做到每人一份，并根据幼儿发展情况的不同，做到难简搭配，合理安排，使不同的幼儿在不同的发展水平上共同发展。

(四)做好家长工作，取得家长配合

措施：

1、定期开展小型家长会，让家长了解班级相关情况，配合做好教育工作。

2、随幼儿的发展变化及教育主题更换“家长园地”内容，内容的选择要体现实用性、教育性，使“家长园地”真正成为家长了解孩子一日生活，达到家园共育目标的窗口。

3、按时发家园联系手册，反馈幼儿近期表现，及时了解家长的建议，使班级工作更明确，家园沟通更有实效。
