There are still a few people who are not protecting the water now in the world. For example, some factories pour waste things into the rivers, lakes or into the sea near by. The water there has become very dirty and we can’t use them at all. Although there are seventy–five per sent of water in the world, we can only use fresh water, that there is only a little. So we should use little water when we need to use it. For example, I do not use too much water when I am washing my face or having a bath… It is important for us to keep the water clean. You may ask yourself, have I ever poured or thrown dirty things into the water? If your answer is “No”, that means you have already helped to protect the environment. protect our earth.

Firstly,we should take more bus instead of driving cars. As people’s living

standard has improved, there are more and more people driving private cars. This

phenomenon is one of the causes for air pollution. Because its gas will produce

lots of carbon dioxide, which may enventually lead to air pollution. Secondly,

when we leave our house or classroom, we would better turn of the lights, fans

or airconditioning.

To make our unique earth better, we should appeal people to live a low

I am a student of Hope Middle School.My campus is big and beautiful.There

are many tall trees and beautiful flowers.There is also a big playground.Our

teachers are all very kind and friendly.They work hard and teach us very

well.They take good care of us,but they are strict with us.There are forty-five

students in our class.We all get on well with each other.At school,we learn many

subjects,such as Chinese,maths and English.We try our best to learn them well.I

so they need help. At that time, sociable is helpful. It is well-known that

person can get help easily, as he has so many friends. On the other side, a

person is not good at communication, when he gets in trouble, maybe no one helps

him. So we can see the importance of sociability to success.

In a word, there maybe not only confidence, determination, and sociability

are essential to success, but I think they are the most important ones, for they

are the foundation and condition of success.

说起现在的教育啊，真是让人既生气却又无可奈何。可怜了我们现在的孩子!

NO.1：上了初一的培优班，我是真的感到了时间的紧迫。早上五点就要起床，背那些政史地生;晚上更是要熬到十一二点去写那些让人头痛的数学题。好不容易睡下了，却又做梦梦到在写作业，弄得睡眠也很浅。人家国外不是研究了吗?上学时间改到10点，效率都大大提高。可惜中国的人们一直信奉“头悬梁，锥刺股”这一理念，弄得我们天天疲惫不堪也只能坚持下去。

又是一个学期开始了，为了让班级充满活力与创新，为了能更好地塑造孩子们的心灵，让他们得到全面的发展，也为了使新学期班级上能有更新的气息，特制定工作计划如下：

一、常规教育方面：

三年级的学生，对于学校的日常生活和学习已经比较适应，每一项规章制度对于他们来说也是比较熟悉的。但是他们正处在由低年级向高年级转化的阶段，许多地方还需要班主任在日常生活中能有序的引导，并且内容要近一点、小一点、实一点，时时处处向学生进行有针对性的常规教育。因此，我决定从以下几点入手：

1、充分利用班队会及晨会的时间学习《七字歌》、《小学生守则》和《小学生日常行为规范》，并在日常学习的过程中让学生知道什么行为是对的，什么是不对的，使学生养成良好的学习和生活习惯。并对表现不够好的学生，及时进行点拨、指导，加强教育。

2、合理利用升旗仪式、班会，加强学生的德育教育。通过听国旗下演讲、开主题班会，使学生懂得做人的道理，培养其爱国主义情感。同时，让学生在各种活动和劳动中学会合作，学会生活。

3、充分发挥各项活动中的教育阵地的作用，增强学生的荣誉感，使学生心中有他人、有集体。

二、班级纪律方面：

一个班级，要想有良好的班风，必须要有良好的纪律才行。因而，我从以下几点入手：

1、课堂纪律：首先，共同制定班规班纪，并制定相应的奖惩办法。这样学生既感到有趣，又可以在不知不觉中遵守纪律。由于是孩子们自己制定的，这样变被动的各种要求为主动的行为，有助于学生将文字内化为行为。

2、课间纪律：课间是学生轻松休息的时间，丰富多彩的课间活动，就是解决课间纪律乱的法宝。我会让学生下课后多出去开展"跳绳、做游戏、踢毽子"等活动，使学生既健体又受教育。同时，随时提醒学生要注意的危险活动和场地，寓教于乐。

三、卫生方面：

讲究卫生很重要。俗话说，病从口入。整理好卫生，既能使身体健康，又能养成良好的生活习惯，还能创设一个良好的学习环境。

1、个人卫生：要求衣着整洁，做好"三勤"，桌洞勤清，物品勤摆，两操勤做。

2、班级卫生：每天分派值日生清扫，设立卫生监督岗，进行检查与监督。对于主动、及时打扫卫生的同学或小组，进行奖励。同时利用花草美化环境，并进行爱护环境和花草的教育。

四、班干部的培养方面：

班级管理光靠班主任一人来管理是不够的，而班干部却是班级管理的小助手。这学期我将采取班干部轮流制(包括班长和组长)，使班级管理再上新台阶，让每个孩子的潜能都得到充分的挖掘，培养有个性的人,使孩子们学会学习，学会生活，学会合作和学会管理。

还给孩子们一个金色的童年。这学期，我将会蹲下身子和学生说话，用心去交流，用欣赏的眼光寻找孩子身上的每一处闪光点。我相信，只要关爱孩子，尊重孩子，宽容孩子，我们就能找到开启学生心灵的钥匙。上述措施只是我对班级本学期的初步打算，在今后的工作中，我将不断地加以改进。争取在管理班级这项工作中越干越好。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

to learn by themselves. In addition, they were only equipped with the knowledge

that were taught in class and made the same judgement upon every problem which

might crop up. Of course, they would find their knowledge not enough to solve

practical problems.

So it is time to change the teaching method. A teacher s goal is to help

the students develop not only the ability to learn by themselves but the skills

to make judgements on every aspect on their own. It s not necessary for the

students to turn to teachers for help while meeting with difficulties. The first

problem and overcome difficulties.

My mother is a woman of the old school. She is too conservative to keep up
