There has long been a view among Chinese that "Spare the rod, spoil the child". How did this point form and spread through Chinas long history may cause my curiosity. However,what really interests me is whether this viewpoint is still worthy of adoption in our modern society.

For one thing, such "rod using" education mode has no possibility of achieving the goal of education:the forming of a childs judgment on right and wrong as well as the developing of a childs self-control ability. Children are always inquisitive and destructive, tearing up books, throwing down vases and etc,which will make you feel rather angry. Punish them or explain to them, you are faced up with a choice. In fact, whichever method you choose, it will be effective at that time. The only difference is that the former one works on childrens fear of penalty and the latter one on their realization of mistakes. Fears disappearing quickly, children are likely to repeat their wrong activities if you only punish them. Once learning why they are wrong and knowing what is allowed and what is banned, the children may avoid making the same mistakes in the future. And little by little,childrens judging ability will be developed. So in the long run,pointing out the mistakes and what is permitted seem more wise.

一、班况分析：

三、家长工作目标及措施：

我们的工作离不开家长的理解和配合，我们要通过不断的沟通、交流，努力达到教育思想上的一致，让家长尽快参与到我们的教育工作中来，正确认识到家园共育的重要性，改变一些错误的教育观念。具体形式是：

1、积极主动与家长配合，多与家长沟通，利用各种途径做好家长工作，在幼儿园网站、班级主页中，向家长介绍科学的育儿方法以及一周教育教学计划。

2、通过各种方法(例如：家长会、家访、电话、面谈等)与家长沟通，用实际的工作取得家长的信任。

3、进行家访工作，用较多的时间与家长进行一对一的交流，全面沟通、了解幼儿的有关情况。

4、采用成长档案的形式及时将幼儿在班上的情况反映给家长，同时也方便家长与老师交流孩子近期在家情况。

(一)班级环境创设：

在升旗仪式上，除了升国旗之外，还需升上另外七面班旗。这七面班旗代表着七个在这周全校表现得最为优秀的班级。在这样的制度下，有的班旗可以一个学期连升多个星期，而有的班旗却一次机会都没有。一面班旗，代表着一整个班集体的荣誉和自豪。同时，也能激励全校其它师生向这些榜样班级学习。班旗的升起和降下，正是对全校师生最好的鞭策和鼓励。这是一种无形的督促。

在观摩了这样一场升旗仪式后，感动之余，我也备受启迪。

在对学生们的教育教学管理的过程中，只是有爱心和责任心也是不够的。如果想做好这份工作，还需要一份儿智慧。就好比班旗，全校日常规的管理其实是多么平常的一件事情，但加以一些巧思，无形中既督促全体学生们做好班级常规，又无意识地培养了他们的集体荣誉感。真是起到一举多得、事半功倍的效果。

Two years ago, I was a bad child, I didn’t listen to what my parents told

me, I do against what they expect me to do. One day, I go home very late, my

mother is very angry, but she says nothing. At first, I feel happy, the next

morning, she still ignores me, I begin to feel lonely, I cry and say sorry. My

mother smiles and says I should change myself, since then, I become a good

child.

My Sister 我的姐姐

Allow me to introduce my sister. Her name is Carol. She is tall and slim. She has big eyes and wears a pair of glasses.Her hair is long and blond. She is very polite and helpful. She is willing to give seats to the people in need in the bus. She has the same hobby with me. We both like playing tennis and computer games. I don’t think she plays better than me in tennis. But she plays better than me in computer games. Such as Russia, Bricks,Bubbles and so on!

My sister is very hard-Working. She is learning IELTS by herself. She wants to be a teaeher in the future. I think she can make it!
