2、创设浓郁的教研氛围，组织教师认真参加各级各类教学业务学习、教研活动，学期初确定本教研组的活动专题，以教研组为单位开展活动，提升教科研活动的质量和品味，提高教师的课堂教学能力。

3、聚焦学困生，做好拉差补缺的工作。

充分利用课外时间，关注学困生，对他们由浅入深、系统地进行补习，不让一位学生掉队，做到共同发展、进步。争取在期末考试中取得圆满的成绩。
