1、积极主动与家长配合，多与家长沟通，利用各种途径做好家长工作，在幼儿园网站、班级主页中，向家长介绍科学的育儿方法以及一周教育教学计划。

2、通过各种方法(例如：家长会、家访、电话、面谈等)与家长沟通，用实际的工作取得家长的信任。
