本学期，我们将根据上级及幼儿园的工作要求以及孩子的情况，认真贯彻落实《纲要》精神。自我加压，提高自身业务能力和专业水平不断尝试、探索课程改革的研究，渗透新的教育理念，积极探索，不断提高保教质量。

一、班级情况分析：

中班共有幼儿36名，其中5名为转学期来的新生，教师两名。通过小班一学年的在园生活，幼儿在各方面都有了不同程度的提高，幼儿的一日生活常规也有了较大的进步。

1、本班幼儿特点及优点分析：

(1)基本掌握正确洗手方法和用茶水杯喝水情况较好。

(2)幼儿基本都能愉快地入园，并能与同伴一起友好地相处、交往。

(3)能进行一些简单的生活自理活动。

(4)能用简单的礼貌用语与老师、同伴打招呼，部分幼儿能主动与客人打招呼。

2、薄弱环节分析：

(1)部分幼儿在学习活动过程中，思维不够集中，对于老师的提问，有的表现为一种“与我无关”的感觉，有的则是还停留在上一个问题上，有的就是答非所问;还有的孩子喜欢在下面做小动作，而且有时会影响到他人。

(2)在进餐方面，约有1/4的孩子速度较慢，而且经过了一个暑假，有部分孩子对于餐后的卫生工作(清理桌面、擦嘴、搬椅子等环节)，有所淡忘，在洗手环节上爱在盥洗室逗留，玩耍。

(3)幼儿在操作能力及操作常规上，有待提高。

(4)幼儿在户外运动时的自我保护能力需要提高，有的孩子在动作的协调上还存在着一定的困难。

(5)个别幼儿(新生)在与人交往上表现的较胆小，他们不敢主动地寻找同伴交往，而是坐在椅子上等待别人来和他交流，不能很好的表达自己的想法、意愿。

(6)当遇到困难时，幼儿的第一个反应就是叫老师，缺乏自己动脑筋解决的主动性。

(7)幼儿的任务意识较弱，任务不能及时、按时的完成。

二、本学期工作目标：

本学期我们两位老师将会团结协作，针对本班幼儿的实际情况，参照本年龄段幼儿的发展要求和幼儿存在的不足之处，在新《纲要》指导思想的引导下，进行行而有效的指导，用适时的家园沟通方法，达到家园共育的效果。促进每个幼儿富有个性的发展。

三、工作任务及措施

(一)加强班务管理，保证幼儿身心健康发展

1、班上两位老师要搞团结、讲合作，教育观念达成一致，坚持常规培养一贯性。

2、定期开展班级会议，找不足、定措施、认真实施。

3、以一日活动中的安全为重点开展安全活动。如：通过照片再现的形式或结合幼儿的游戏活动及生活中的具体事例，使幼儿对自己的安全提高警惕。

(二)培养幼儿良好的身体素质，重视常规指导和体育锻炼：

1、培养幼儿养成自我服务的自觉性，建立为他人服务意识。

2、在平常的教学中穿插一些健康方面的知识，教给幼儿一些增进健康的方法，使幼儿初步形成健康、安全的生活所需要的行为习惯和态度。

3、开展家园活动，双方面的促进幼儿体能和行为习惯的发展。

(三)五大领域任务与措施:

健康领域任务：

1、情绪稳定、愉快，感受到幼儿园生活的快乐。

2、形成较好的饮食、睡眠、盥洗、入厕等个人生活卫生习惯，有基本的生活自理能力。

3、学习按顺序穿脱衣服和鞋袜、较有秩序地整理和摆放物品等。

4、不玩危险物品和危险游戏，在活动中会保护自己不受伤害，并注意不伤及他人，遇到危险时，知道躲避和呼救。

5、不挑食、常喝水、气温变化时知道增减衣服;不将手或其他异物放进嘴、鼻、耳里;不用手或脏毛巾擦揉眼睛。

6、能主动、愉快地参加户外游戏活动和体育锻炼，走、跑、跳、钻、爬、攀等动作比较到位、灵敏、协调。

社会领域任务：

1、快乐、主动地参与幼儿园的各项活动，逐步增强自信心;

2、乐于与人交往与合作，有初步的合作、互助、分享、谦让意识，逐步体验与人交往与合作的乐趣;

3、学习使用问好、道别、谦让、道谢-----等文明礼貌用语;

4、能遵守幼儿园、班级的规则，知道和遵守一些简单的社会规则。知道明显的对与错，乐意学习好榜样，知错能改;

5、有初步的任务意识和责任意识，主动为自己、他人、集体做一些力所能及的事，遇到困难和挫折时，能在成人的指导和帮助下，尝试自己解决;

6、尊重长辈、老师，和同伴友好相处，初步体验和感激他人对自己的爱。

措施：

1、使幼儿经常获得成功的体验，形成积极的自我认识，建立对自己的信心。

2、创造条件让幼儿有小组合作的机会，把每周五定为“玩具分享日”，鼓励幼儿将自己家中的玩具、图书带到班上，大家一起分享，感受一起游戏的快乐。

3、提供常规要求，制作常规棋，通过游戏引导幼儿评判某些行为的对与错，初步建立规则意识。

4、建立值日生，为幼儿创造为自己、他人服务的机会，培养初步的任务意识和责任感。

5、利用教师节、国庆节，春节等相关节日，对幼儿进行爱祖国、爱集体、爱身边的人、助人为乐等品德教育。

语言领域任务：

1、能用普通话自然的和自己的亲人、老师和同伴交谈，并乐于当众讲话;

2、注意倾听别人的讲话，比较准确地理解别人讲话的意思和回答问题;

3、初步尝试描述简单的事物或过程，能大胆地在集体面前表达自己的意愿，说话较完整;

4、喜欢听故事、朗诵诗歌、看图书，初步理解文学作品内容、感受文学作品的美，初步能够一页一页的翻看图书，并理解画面内容;

5、喜欢学说普通话，逐步发准翘舌音等。

措施：

1、在日常生活中为幼儿创设口语表达的氛围，班级环境要宽松，和谐，使幼儿乐说、敢说，有机会说。

2、开展“说儿歌”、“传话”活动，提供幼儿表现，交流的机会，逐渐鼓励幼儿大胆表达的能力。

艺术领域任务：

音乐：

1、能从周围环境、生活中发现美好事物，逐步对艺术产生兴趣。

2、喜欢参加艺术活动，乐于用自己喜欢的艺术形式表现自己的情感和体验。

3、学会一些基本动作和模仿动作、学习使用一些简单的节奏乐器，学习进行简单的歌词仿编，区别掌握二拍子和三拍子的节奏。

措施：

1、根据不同的环境播放不同风格的乐曲，引导幼儿感受不同风格的音乐带来的美。

2、为幼儿提供表演的条件和机会，如：创设表演区和“小表演家”活动，初步引导幼儿大胆表现自我。

美术：

My home town is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is

rich in fish and rice.

But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had

no work. They lived a hard life.

In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then great changes have taken

place there. The streets have been widened. Factories, schools, hospitals,

cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. The life of the people is

I love my hometown. All the more I love its people. They are working hard

so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.

Study has been part of our life. For some people, they believe that live

一、教材内容

本册教材共有课文32篇，其中精读课文24篇，略读课文8篇。此外，教材后面还附有8篇选读课文，每个单元包括导语、课例和语文园地三大部分。在第一单元和第五单元还各安排了一次综合性学习，分别是我们的课余生活和生活中的传统文化。

二、教学目标

1、在语文学习过程中，感受生活的丰富多彩，激发学生对生活的热爱;了解祖国壮丽的山河、富饶的物产，培养热爱祖国、热爱自然的思想感情。

2、认识200个字，会写300个字。累计认识2000个字，会写1300个字。

3、会使用字典，学习使用词典，有初步的独立识字能力，开始练习用钢笔书写正楷字。

4、用普通话正确流利有感情的朗读课文。

5、学习联系上下文，借助字典、词典和生活积累，理解词句的意思，初步体会课文中关键词句在表达情谊方面的作用。

7、初步把握文章的主要内容，初步体会文章的思想感情。

8、积累课文中的优美词句、精彩句段，背诵优秀诗文10篇，练习复述课文。

9、开始练习习作。不拘形式的写出见闻感受和想象，愿意将自己的习作读给他人听，与他人分享习作的快乐。

三、学情分析

本班共有学生他们喜欢语文，上课积极认真，课外阅读兴致很高，字也写得不错。但亦有个别学习能力较弱的同学上课不自觉，作业潦草，掌握知识与别人距离较大，这学期要采取有效的教学措施，加强优差生的辅导，调动每一个孩子的语文兴趣，全面提高教学质量。

(一)、精读课文的教学

1、继续重视字的教学

识字仍然是三年级阅读教学的重要任务之一，要坚持在语言环境中识字，在阅读教学过程中完成识字任务。使学生能比较熟练地查字典，自学生字，具有初步的识字能力。注重培养学生认认真真地写字，养成良好的写字习惯。除了在课堂教学中注意识字和写字的联系外，还要靠经常不断地练习提高写字的技能。钢笔字逐步做到写得正确、端正、整洁，行款符合要求;用毛笔写字能正确地执笔、运笔，写得端正、纸面干净。要严格要求，严格训练，不断提高写字质量。

2、继续加强词句训练

词句训练是整个小学阶段的一个教学重点。进一步加强词句训练，更是本册阅读教学的重点。中年级的词句训练可从以下几点进行：一是对课文中的重点词句，要避免以词解词，要鼓励学生结合语言环境、联系生活实际或查字典理解词句的能力，逐步做到能自行理解;二要鼓励学生摘抄好词佳句，加强语言的积累;三要重视词句的运用，加强与说、写之间的联系。

3、语文园地的教学

语文园地重视引导学生自主学习，独立思考，提出问题，发表个人的感受和见解。学习表达相结合，培养整体把握和综合运用的能力。采用多种形式引导学生积累语言，努力体现让学生自主选择，主动积累。

4、要加强朗读、默读训练

朗读是最经常、最重要的阅读基本功，课上一定要有琅琅的读书声。要多读少讲，把更多的时间用于朗读;指导朗读，不单纯从朗读技巧上指导，重在引导学生入境入情，而后用朗读表达出思想感情。默读也是重要的阅读基本功，要指导学生学会一边读，一边想，在独立阅读和思考中培养阅读能力。

(二)、略读课文的教学

略读课文的教学，着重指导学生把在精读课文中学到的读书方法用于阅读实践。教学略读课文，教师更应该放手让学生自主学习，要围绕课文的重点、难点，凭借课文前的阅读提示，引导学生读书、思考、讨论，不要把略读课文上成精读课文。

(三)、口语交际的教学

明确教学要求，培养他们交际的能力，创设情境，让他们在具体的交际情境中进行让学生大胆交流，勇于发表观点、见解，全员参与，共同评价并为他们的写作下铺垫。

(四)、习作教学

重视培养习作兴趣，使学生乐于表达，加强习作与阅读，口语焦急、综合性学习的联系，多给他们提供说的机会，写的机会，多鼓励多表扬。

四、实践活动

语文实践活动要能体现学生的自主性，激发学生主动探究的兴趣，培养团结合作的精神，在实践活动中提高学生的语文综合素养。语文实践活动是课内语文学习的扩展，是语文能力的综合运用。要充分开发和利用各种语文教育资源，创造性地组织丰富多彩的语文实践活动。

今天，我以一个志愿者的身份来到了乡下，到了陈爷爷家。

陈爷爷家房子不大，走进门，映入眼前的却是，阴暗狭窄的大堂，我敲了敲门，礼貌地问了一句：“陈爷爷在家吗?”

我趁陈爷爷在厨房里，我拿起拖把、扫把、撮箕，开始打扫卫生，爷爷看见直夸我棒。
