一、常规教育方面：

三年级的学生，对于学校的日常生活和学习已经比较适应，每一项规章制度对于他们来说也是比较熟悉的。但是他们正处在由低年级向高年级转化的阶段，许多地方还需要班主任在日常生活中能有序的引导，并且内容要近一点、小一点、实一点，时时处处向学生进行有针对性的常规教育。因此，我决定从以下几点入手：

1、充分利用班队会及晨会的时间学习《七字歌》、《小学生守则》和《小学生日常行为规范》，并在日常学习的过程中让学生知道什么行为是对的，什么是不对的，使学生养成良好的学习和生活习惯。并对表现不够好的学生，及时进行点拨、指导，加强教育。

2、合理利用升旗仪式、班会，加强学生的德育教育。通过听国旗下演讲、开主题班会，使学生懂得做人的道理，培养其爱国主义情感。同时，让学生在各种活动和劳动中学会合作，学会生活。

3、充分发挥各项活动中的教育阵地的作用，增强学生的荣誉感，使学生心中有他人、有集体。

二、班级纪律方面：

一个班级，要想有良好的班风，必须要有良好的纪律才行。因而，我从以下几点入手：

1、课堂纪律：首先，共同制定班规班纪，并制定相应的奖惩办法。这样学生既感到有趣，又可以在不知不觉中遵守纪律。由于是孩子们自己制定的，这样变被动的各种要求为主动的行为，有助于学生将文字内化为行为。

2、课间纪律：课间是学生轻松休息的时间，丰富多彩的课间活动，就是解决课间纪律乱的法宝。我会让学生下课后多出去开展"跳绳、做游戏、踢毽子"等活动，使学生既健体又受教育。同时，随时提醒学生要注意的危险活动和场地，寓教于乐。

三、卫生方面：

讲究卫生很重要。俗话说，病从口入。整理好卫生，既能使身体健康，又能养成良好的生活习惯，还能创设一个良好的学习环境。

1、个人卫生：要求衣着整洁，做好"三勤"，桌洞勤清，物品勤摆，两操勤做。

2、班级卫生：每天分派值日生清扫，设立卫生监督岗，进行检查与监督。对于主动、及时打扫卫生的同学或小组，进行奖励。同时利用花草美化环境，并进行爱护环境和花草的教育。

四、班干部的培养方面：

班级管理光靠班主任一人来管理是不够的，而班干部却是班级管理的小助手。这学期我将采取班干部轮流制(包括班长和组长)，使班级管理再上新台阶，让每个孩子的潜能都得到充分的挖掘，培养有个性的人,使孩子们学会学习，学会生活，学会合作和学会管理。

Pressure seems to be a natural part in our daily life in this competitive

society. Like it or not there is always pressure of one kind or another. And it

seems there is hardly any way to avoid it or get rid of it. Moreover, as the

pace of modern life continues to quicken, pressure seems to be on the increase

all the time.

Different people have different ideas about pressure. Some hold that

pressure is something very vicious. If there is too much of it, it will lead to

the decline of ones physical and mental health. So they are always complaining

about it or trying to flee from it. They think, only relaxation, the opposite of

On that day people usually go back home to have family reunion. Each family

will have the members get together to have a big dinner. The most popular food

The moon is the brightest this night. People eat the delicious food while

they are enjoying a beautiful full moon in their yard. At this time, some old

people would like to tell many past events and tell the children a story about
