未成年人性教育入课堂

贫困地区高考政策扶持

英语实行社会化一年多考，不分文理班，异地高考政策，高考改革题中之义涉及方面众多，而前面的问题在过去一年都有了实际性的进展，接下来就是试点推广的有序进行。2015年两会期间教育部长袁贵仁透露，将通过增量投放2万招生计划的方式，扩大重点高校定向招收贫困地区农村学生。除此之外，向贫困落后地区进行政策性倾斜想必是人们更希望看到的。

高校去行政化管理

2015年两会教育部长袁贵仁在记者的追问下说，关于教育去行政化，目前中央正按照程序调研和起草意见，最后经过中央通过后贯彻实行。在记者们不依不饶的追问下，袁贵仁部长无奈地表示，意见正在具体起草中，这项工作不是教育部牵头，有很多部委……“具体有什么内容和安排，现在还不能告诉大家”。一年过去，不知是否有答案。

职业教育改革

2015年全国人大代表沈琪芳在发言中说：“职业教育是一种教育类型，并不是一个层次，不要存在一种误区，总觉得职业教育是低等教育层次，这种理解是一个误区。”教育部副部长李卫红说：“职业教育的转型发展刻不容缓，希望能够尽快解决各部门之间对职业教育的认识，增强对职业人才的培养力度，对职业教育的转型发展达成共识。”然而，改变大众对职业教育根深蒂固的印象不是靠说话就能解决的，需要实际的行动，高考双轨制在2015年呼声极高。

素质教育

去年9月初，国务院发布了《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》。决定从今年起取消体育、艺术等特长生加分项目。曾经“风靡一时”的艺术教育在取消体育、艺术等特长生加分项目后能否“返璞归真”，大家充满期待。艺术、体育作为提升学生综合素质的教育内容常年被加分政策压迫扭曲，普通的学生得不到应有的高质量的素质教育机会，希望这一政策能够促使相关部门在素质教育上有所发力。

教师工资改革

我国早在1994年1月1日实施的教师法第二十五条明确规定：“教师的平均工资水平应当不低于或者高于国家公务员的平均工资水平,并逐步提高。”2006年9月1日实施的新义务教育法从旧法中的“不低于或者高于”删掉“高于”，仅剩下了“不低于”，更加贴近实际，执行难度系数也有所降低。2009年1月1日开始实施的《关于义务教育学校实施绩效工资的指导意见》，再次重申义务教育教师平均工资水平不低于当地公务员平均工资水平。而去年发布的《关于加强教师队伍建设的意见》，要求依法保证教师平均工资水平不低于或者高于国家公务员的平均工资水平，再次将话题抬出，反复强调。到今年教师工资不低于公务员的说法喊到了21年，实际情况却不太乐观。

和其他社会民生问题一样，中国的教育问题持久而复杂，我们不能期待这些问题在一夕之间全部解决，但愿反复提起，不停进步!

We couldnt believe that it was a village. The buildings for the farmers were very beautiful, the streets were very clean and there were many flowers in front of the houses. In the middle of the village there was a school with a wonderful building and a large playground. All the children in the village study there.

The farmers got richer by planting vegetables and raising silkworms. In their houses there were colour TV sets, fridges,washing machines, new furniture and even motorbikes. All these showed the farmers life was getting better and better.

The great changes had attracted foreigners. Today some of them would come to visit it. We were happy for the farmers. We hope the farmers will be richer and happier.
