实习准备

一周的时间在期待与担忧中度过。期待即将到来的实习，期待走入校园，走进今天的课堂；担忧将要面对的与老师的交流与学生的沟通。

在这周里，首先完成了一份教案。

久别了高中的课堂，久别了教材，对将要到来的一切是那么茫然，不知道该讲什么，该怎么讲。拿到高一的教材，从中选取了一片课文做一节阅读课。用了一下午的时间在那沉思，反复翻看文章，心中总是在想我要教学生什么。由于没有任何的辅助资料，也不熟悉现在的高中英语课是怎么上的，所以表现的手足无措。然而当真正的静下心来的时候，一份教案便如同滔滔江水，一气呵成。通过虚拟想象的课堂、学生完成的教案总觉得有些纸上谈兵的感觉。

接下来便是试讲。

实习学校给我们高度的重视，校长、主任亲自接待，给我们每个人都选派了两位指导老师，一位指导英语教学，一位指导班主任工作。实习见面会上跟自己的指导老师见了面，校长对实习做了简短的介绍。在这次见面会上，一下子被称呼为“老师”觉得很不适应，好像不是在叫自己，但也就从这样一刻开始我多了一个身份：实习老师。

然而当跟着自己的实习指导老师走出会议室的那一刻，当跟自己的同学们分开的那一刻，感觉全世界就剩下我自己了，接下来的一切就全靠自己了。这也许是我步入职场的前奏吧。

下午，跟班里的学生见了面，做了简单的自我介绍。学生们似乎对我们这些实习老师充满了极大的兴趣，班内的气氛很是火爆。

同时，在我踏入教室走上讲台的那一刻，我懂了自己身上的担子：为人师表，学为典范。

一天下来虽然很累，却很充实，开始期待明天的到来。

第一课

按照昨天老师的安排，今天早上和学生一起上早读，然后便开始实习的第一环节：听课。

早上很早就来到了学校，站在教室外面整理自己的心情。随着一声声清脆的“老师好”的传来，心中油然升起一种自豪与欣慰。

走进教室，跟学生简单问候，便进入了今天早读的正题：领读单词。翻开单词表，每个单词早已在心中读过多遍，随着第一个单词的发出，渐渐地适应，声音也在加大，心情也归于平静，很快就读完了单词。问题也随之而来，三十分钟的早读只过了五分钟，剩下的时间又该干什么呀？毕竟跟学生还不熟，简单的聊了几句便退出了教室。

早读之后听了第一节现代课堂的英语课。时隔七年，早已忘记了自己当初的课堂是如何进行的，对今天的这节课充满了期待。

听完课后，总体感觉老师讲的很细，好像是在给小学生讲课，每一个单词，每一句话，每一个语法点都一一介绍、讲解、翻译，课堂教学只是在自然中过度，似乎没有原先想的那么完美。以前教育学、教学法课堂上讲的各种英语教学理论、教学模式也并没有在课堂上体现出来。看来理论与现实还是存在差距的。“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”，以往课本上学到的理论还要在今后的实践中融会贯通。

xx年3月12 日 星期一 天气阴

开班会

按照学校的惯例，今天下午最后一节课要召开班会，久别的高中班会不知道在今天发展成什么样子了。

这次的班会着让我震惊，不同于我所熟悉的班会形式，他们的班会由班长主持。首先公布了过去一周的小组量化，倒数的三个组还要唱班歌以示再接再厉。其次，班里还评选了过去一周的“学习之星”和“进步之星”，并且推荐人要陈述推荐理由，最后班主任给这“两星”获得者颁发奖状，这一项于我来说倒是挺新鲜的。第三项，班长对班内过去一周存在的问题，生活上、学习上等做简单说明。班会最后才是办主任讲话，向学生传达学校最新指示，批评存在的问题，表扬表现好的。这才让我有种似曾相识的感觉。接下来是我的时间，受班主任之托，给班内学生讲一下大学生活的美好，激发他们的学习动力，并介绍一下学习英语的技巧和方法。

当我在学生们热烈的掌声中走上讲台的那一刻又不知道说什么了，虽然提前准备了，但由于太紧张一下子全乱了，自己都不知道在说什么了，也没有了时间概念，只是在那机械般讲话。班内的气氛赶来开始还挺活跃，火来渐渐地安静了。

之后总结，或许是自己讲的有些严肃，又或许这样的话他们早已听的耳朵都长茧子了。总之，通过这第一次的登台亮相更让我明白“台上一分钟，台下十年功”的道理。我要更好的准备才能在讲台上游刃有余。

the seventh day of the new year is the day for farmers to display their produce. these farmers make a drink from seven types of vegetables to celebrate the occasion. the seventh day is also considered the birthday of human beings. noodles are eaten to promote longevity and raw fish for success.

on the eighth day the fujian people have another family reunion dinner, and at midnight they pray to tian gong, the god of heaven.

the ninth day is to make offerings to the jade emperor.

the 10th through the 12th are days that friends and relatives should be invited for dinner. after so much rich food, on the 13th day you should have simple rice congee and mustard greens (choi sum) to cleanse the system.

the 14th day should be for preparations to celebrate the lantern festival which is to be held on the 15th night.

高度重视教育

以色列教育长说，以色列教育体制是一个火车头，它为人们创造一个平等竞争的机会。在这种教育制下不断培养出来的大批高质量人才，对耀列经济的持续发展及科技进步起到了至关重要的作用。

以色列是一个小国，几乎没有任何自然资源，因此只有重视开发人力资源，才能保证国家的持续发展。这观念在以色列深入人心。犹太人历来有重教传统，教育子女则为其一生必须履行谍大义务的第一项。他们把教育视为以色列社会的一种基本财富以及开创未来的关键。以色列建国之初首先制定的一部法律就是《义务教育法》，规定5至16岁的孩子必须接受义务教育，并且到18岁均为免费教育。

这一回答另全社会震惊，想知道为何会给出这样的答案，是学生们太紧张，忽略了纸巾？还是学生们本着“事不关己高高挂起”的原则将拾起纸巾这一“分内事”交给校工？抑或是根本懒得弯下腰拾起纸巾？由于纸巾位置摆放讲究，第一种解释的可能性微乎其微，其余的解释虽然可部分归结于学生尚且年幼，放任了自己的惰性，以致不愿捡起一张纸巾，但毋庸置疑，道德感可以战胜懒惰，究其根本是学生缺乏道德教育，没有充分培养起做为一个学生应具备的社会责任感。

不可否认，当今的教育虽然颇受诟病，但依旧人才辈出。上有清华学神韩衍隽、复旦门萨女神张安琪，下有音乐神童、珠心算神童…..可诸多“男神女神神童”中，界定标准关乎道德的却寥寥无几。学生的责任不应止步于学习！钱理群先生曾经用“精致的利己主义者”来批评事业成功而道德缺乏的人，而当今道德教育的不到位，隐然有“精致的利己主义者” 大批兴起之势。

我不禁要呼喊“快来！道德教育”！我们的教育，严格要求数理化不落于人后，极力确保全才与专才同时出现，却独独对道德教育松懈再松懈，杭州这一中学二百三十二人的视而不见，为我们敲响了警钟。上世纪八十年代，面对经济上的落后，我们知耻而后勇以“经济发展为第一要义”的口号埋首苦干，三十余年后国富力强的今天，面对道德教育的缺失，我们是否会拿出同样的决心，痛定思痛，加速加强道德教育的建设？这比经济建设的任务更艰巨，影响力也更深远！
