初步来看，高中禁用手机，制度初衷良好，也并没什么错。现在的手机功能过于强大，对于自制力弱的中学生而言，拿上一部手机就如同拥有一个私人“小网吧”，很容易引起有害其身心健康的各种问题。玩游戏，看小说，逛网站，搞网恋，考试作弊，充电隐患等等。一旦缺乏有效管制，玩心就会放大，进而影响学习、生活。

站在校方的角度，沧州一中此次处理12名违纪使用手机的学生，也并非是“不教而诛”的突然之举，而是在多次告知、教育无效的情况下，为维护大多数学生利益而做出的无奈之举。从这个意义上说，严肃执行校规，体现了学校为大多数学生负责的担当。所谓国有国法、家有家规，学校也有校规，违反规定就应受到一定的惩戒，这是既定法则。有时候，一定的强制措施，比苦口婆心的劝说式教育更有效。

只不过，制度本身应有“度”，需要严谨规范，更不能搞“一堂言”。站在客观的角度，学校的这项处罚着实重了些，并且有违法理，不太“理性”。

关于此，21世纪教育研究院副院长熊丙奇表示，沧州一中所规定的“学生在校带手机一经发现，将被劝退，甚至被开除”，处罚过重，违反了教育法等法规。北京市京师律师事务所律师王殿学也认为，沧州一中学仅因为学生携带或使用手机就劝退或变相开除学籍，于法无据。就是说，这项处罚决定，即使合乎清理，合乎校规，但却不合法。

进一步说，作为教书育人之圣地，学校不能因为“管不了”“刹不住”，就对学生来个一“退”甚至一“除”了之。如此，其自身在管理上是轻便了不少，但却等于是把这些学生推向了歧途，把难题抛给了社会。想想，被劝退的学生，心理能否承受，其他学校能否接收?可能，从此之后，他们身上都有个洗之不去的“问题学生”烙印。

沧州一中的做法，对错先不论，客观而言，其犹如镜之两面，给我们呈现了看问题的两个视觉。一面，“无规矩不成方圆”，明校纪，惩一儆百，为大多数学生担当;又或，“师严道尊，教乃可施”，不严难以成教，其理大家都懂。一面，“过犹不及”，惩处过重，缺乏人文关怀，有“撂挑子”、避难之嫌，有失教育之本。或许，由此引发的思考比我们对沧州一中一味地点赞或指责更有意义。

无论如何，问题面前，我们还是要设计出更为科学、更加人性化的纾解方案，不能偏颇，更不能触法。在禁止中学生在校使用手机的问题上，规约制度自是不可少，善意引导同样必要，重要的是，要在两者之间找到一个平衡点。

开班会

按照学校的惯例，今天下午最后一节课要召开班会，久别的高中班会不知道在今天发展成什么样子了。

It was our national holiday and I had eight days off,so I went with my parents to visit my grandma in the country.Indeed，I will never forget the journey.

On the morning of Oct.1,Iwas woken up by my mother.She told me to start out early ,or we might be blocked on the way .Hearing this,I thought she was frighting me.

With more and more cars coming into our families, we are happy that it has greatly improved our life. But unluckily, it has also brought many problems, such as heavy traffic and traffic accidents.

Traffic safety is everybodys business. We must obey the rules. For example, we must walk on walk side, when we cross zebra – crossing, stop and look right and left, then go across fast. 西方哲学家罗尔斯在《正义论》中曾指出：“社会公平的基本原则就是分配正义。”这其中的“社会公平”涉及人类生活的各个方面。当然也包括教育公平的问题。当前中国高校优质教育资源紧张的情况下，政策的倾斜看似荒谬不合理，实则是为了最大程度上地维护教育公平分配正义。我们不能否认沿海考生的努力及成就，但受制于不同地区发展不均衡的影响，让沿海考生与西北内陆的考生同台竞技，无疑只会加剧教育资源分布不均和不同地域关系的紧张程度。因此，适当地“照顾”西北考生，是我国教育理念的一次提升和进步。这说明传统的“择优取士”已逐渐向现代教育理念靠拢——无论是考过100分的优生，还是只有59分的差生，卷面的分数已不再是衡量教育成效的尺度，卓有成效地挖掘每个个体内在潜能并赋予个体追求自我幸福生活的能力，才是教育的终极目的。而要达到“有教无类，因材施教”的理论高度，就必须努力推广教育资源的公平以及分配正义的理念，让不同水平的人，不论是100的优生还是55分的差生，能享有同样的机遇去发挥自我的潜能。当然，这并不意味着忽视优生的培养，只是在一套相对公平的体制下，每个个体都能因自我的突破而获得嘉奖和鼓励。也需要有人鞭策退步的人奋发图强，这才是真正的教育公平与分配正义。

Before I went to school, I felt so excited, because I was so curious about the campus life. Now I have been in middle school, after seven years study, I feel the bitter and happiness.
