教育教学创新是创新时代的应有之义，试行无人监考、推广诚信考试，不失为培养诚信品德的创新举措，理应坚持互信前提，以正向激励为主，避免滋生负效应。因诚信而损伤公平，人为造成诚信与公平的对立，让无辜者一起背锅，难免模糊学生的是非观，并没有真正彰显“诚信光荣、失信可耻”的价值取向，实际上与诚信理念背道而驰，效果也极可能适得其反。

其实大家都清楚，所谓无人监考并非真无人监考，而是通过视频监控的方式，监考老师从“台前”退隐“幕后”，作弊与否能够辨别得很清楚，完全可以也应该针对作弊者做出严肃处置，压根儿没必要殃及无辜。更重要的是，无论是改革监考方法还是创新教育实践，都应该权衡利益得失，努力趋利避害，如此既体现教育的最大善意，也才能给学生做出正确的引导。

今天，在黄校长的要求下，我们一行七个人，观察了掘港小学每周一次的升旗仪式。他们学校的升旗仪式和其它学校还有所不同。
