The outside cheerleaders were enthusiastic, thundering and cheering, and the sailors were forced to row harder. The scene of the dragon boat race was spectacular and enthusiastic.

Eating zongzi and racing dragon boat racing, the two traditional customs jointly knit together a hot and noisy Dragon Boat Festival.

在《铁罐施食青玄济炼》经文中有一句话写道：“新坟旧墓垒垒骨，家家祭扫各纷然。可怜节妇江边哭，目睹光阴化纸钱。”清明时分祭奠先祖，是一项流传至今的民间风俗。古人多以焚烧香火纸钱来凭吊哀思，同时又给亡去的亲人送去阴曹地府的花费所需的意图。另一个相关的节日“寒衣节”，也有给亡者送去过冬衣物的祭拜方式。然而在一些宗教的信仰体系中，有生者为人、亡者为鬼，鬼在地狱中被阎罗王判定阳间功过后，在经过奖惩有别遂又轮回转世。若如此，我们再清明祭拜扫墓时，是否九泉之下的先人早已经轮回超生？若以托生，此时所烧纸钱又是送给了谁呢？

亡者已去，生人为什么要烧纸钱？

纸钱，又或者是焚烧黄表纸，代表的是阴曹之内所通用的一种货币，在很多地区至今还流行烧纸叠金元宝的习俗。洪喜庆的《杜诗辩证》 上说：“齐东昏侯好鬼神之事, 剪纸为纸, 以代束帛, 至唐盛行其事”。这里说的齐东昏侯，是指南朝齐第六位皇帝。这一烧纸钱的习俗约起源于南北朝时期，其时人们一般是将白纸剪成铜钱的形状，届时或抛撒于野外墓地，或焚化给死者，民间一般将此称为撒纸、烧纸等。

生人唯恐亡者先人在地狱没有钱花，所以每到特定时节都会用火焚的方式把钱“寄”给亡者，希望他们在另一个世界中不要受苦受难。又有一些生前作恶、死后受刑的魂众，此时就需要更多的金银来买通施刑的小鬼，好在十八层地狱里面少受一些苦难。又或者是希望买通相关鬼吏，求得早日托生成人。

也就是说，生人说烧的纸钱其实附加了更多的人世间的社会属性。因此百姓口中的送钱送衣，其实在无形中附加了贿赂之情。更有现代一些不良商家印刷出来十亿、百亿的天地银行或冥府银行的钞票，实则赚死者钱、卖活人情，实在不值得提倡。

纸钱到底烧给谁？

道教是一个重生的宗教，天道自然，修道之人认为生死事乃自然运化。清明祭拜多是表达哀思，并无贿赂或寄送金银之情，这一点要和民间的习俗区分开。至于现代宗教中也引入了烧冥币的行为，则多是各种文化融合的结果。既然烧钱烧衣是生人情感的寄托，为什么还有这么多人依旧在烧纸钱？ 凡世之人，想要感格神明，必要心假香传，以香烟为信，才能上达九天、下抵黄泉。经云：“非草木臭秽之彝伦，迎青华慈仁而降格”，“一炷真香烈火焚，金童玉女下瑶闻。此香愿达青华府，奏请太乙救苦尊”，用这种方式来请救苦天尊下降从而起到拔度亡魂的效果。

道教在做法的时候，是以水火济炼的方式把亡魂请九幽之下请出来，通过高功法师运神变身、默咒作讳的方式把法食赈济给幽魂众，之后再对其进行三皈九戒的劝导，从而引领已亡者回心醒悟，再生之时割断恶根，

最初为亡者烧纸钱时，多是以草木香和黄表纸为原材料，并无具体的金银以及钱币的形象。焚烧黄表纸和染香请神有相似的功效，粗糙的黄纸在燃烧后生成的青烟随风缭绕，纸灰较轻也更容易呈上升之态，所以也更易带走人们相思的情绪。至今，民间部分地区还有上坟烧纸的习俗，而并不是当天更为流行且功利的烧纸钱。

你如何知晓亡人过得好不好?

烧纸钱这一行为代表着对亡者的哀思，实则表达了生者对亡者的想念以及希望对方在另一个世界过得更好。在生者和亡者之间是无法直接联系的，所以焚烧的纸钱其实也并不能直接送到孤魂手中。那么究竟如何做，才知道对方此时的境遇如何呢？

首先一点，人鬼不相通，想要为亡者做功德，必须要请道长借用自身功力济度亡魂。这个过程非常复杂，远不是烧几张纸钱就能解决问题的。

其次，虽有传言说亡者会入梦来，所以很多人都在会如清明、祭日等特定节日于夜梦中见到亡者。有些人为此惶惶不可终日，其实无此必要，此时多是因为思念太甚。清明节本就是一个带有春游性质的祭扫节日，踏春出行更是古人适当纾解哀思的方式。诗人杜牧非常著名一首诗《清明》写道：“借问酒家何处有，牧童遥指杏花村”，为思念找到一个合适的消解方式，生人过好当下的生活，这才是对死者的尊重，同时也更是亡者的心愿。

为什么现代依旧保存着祭扫的习俗？

随着时代的进步，以及对陵园等环境的安全要求等级提高，逐渐有越来越多人们开始用敬献鲜花的方式来代替传统焚烧纸钱的行为。尽管方式有所改变，但清明扫墓的习俗依旧代代相传。

清明节的缘起和为追溯介子推而设立的寒食节密切相关，最初因为受到寒食节的影响，人们制作的纸钱并不是用来焚烧的，而是挂在墓地旁边的树枝上，或者用土块压在坟头上。宋庄季裕《鸡肋篇》卷上：“寒食上冢，亦不设香火。纸钱挂于茔树。其去乡里者，皆登山望祭。裂帛于空中，谓之掰钱。”这样一来，凡是有人祭扫的坟墓前都会有纸幡飘动。凡没有纸幡的坟头，则说明此姓人家已经断了后代。中国人讲究香火绵远、子孙昌盛，从最初的禁火到后来盛行的烧纸钱，再到现如今的文明祭扫，虽然形式几经改变，但每逢清明子孙后代回家祭祀先祖的风俗一直没有变，中华民族的这一敬天法祖传统也因此而会代代相传下去。

When asked about their opinion of career and family, people always respond differently. Some people deem it more important to pursue their career, while there are always other people who argue that family should be the number one in one’s life.

It goes without any question that career plays a key role in our life. In the very first place, career can give us an aim to live on. Without career, much of our living time will be certainly wasted. What’s more, career can provide us with a means to live on. Most of the people earn their income from a job. On the other hand, family is also an indispensable part of life, as many people will admit. Family is always regarded as a place where we can escape from troubles in life. In addition, we can obtain a sense of belonging to from family. Without it, anyone will feel lonely and desperate.

In my opinion, career and family are not in opposition to each other. Rather, they can enhance each other so that one’s life can become better and better. Therefore, it’s not a choice between right and wrong, but one between ideal and practical.

在谈到自己的事业和家庭的意见要求，人总是有不同的反应。有些人认为这更重要的是追求自己的事业，而总有那么谁认为家庭应该是一个人的生活的人数1人。

毫无疑问，任何事业在我们生活中起着关键作用。在第一个地方，可以给我们一个职业生涯的目标是生活。没有职业生涯中，大部分时间我们的生活一定会被浪费。更重要的是，职业生涯可以提供一种手段，对我们的生活。大多数人从工作中赚取的收入。另一方面，家庭也是生活中不可缺少的一部分，因为很多人会承认。家庭一直被认为是一个地方，我们可以摆脱生活中的麻烦。此外，我们可以得到一个属于家庭的感觉。没有它，人会感到孤独和绝望。

在我看来，职业和家庭是不反对对方。相反，它们可以加强彼此，使自己的生活能够越来越好。因此，它不是对与错之间的选择，但理想和现实之间的一个。

刚到公园门口，一阵和煦的春风扑面而来，哇，真是舒服啊，初春的风就是这样，它没有夏日里风的燥热，也没有寒冬里风的刺骨，也没有秋天里风的差不多，给人带来的是心情舒畅。人们在春风里尽情地享受。瞧，那边一群孩子正在欢乐地滑旱冰，一些技术高超的，在障碍物之间来回穿梭，一些初学乍练的，时不时摔个“五体投地”，但依然十分开心。看，天上的那一窝风筝在争着高低，真是你唱罢来我登场，想必放风筝的人也快活极了。更多的人们在小道上悠闲地漫步，欣赏着美丽的春光，十分惬意。我一下子也被温暖的春光感动了，迫不及待地拉着妈妈的手，继续公园里走去。

穿过一个大石圆门，首先映入眼帘的是一座条色古香的长廊出现了，一些走累了的人们正坐在里面休息。长廊它将“元宝湖”半包围起来，就象是忠诚的卫士，“元宝湖”在长廊的护卫下波光粼粼更加灵动。桃花已经含苞欲放了，鼓囊囊的花苞似乎快爆开了一样，湖边柳树上柳树芽儿还没有长全，先长出的一些也是又嫩又小，摸在手上舒服极了。远远望去，这些柳树既像一个个婀娜多姿的美丽演员，这湖面便是她们的大展身手的舞台，她们在这尽情地表演，展示着自己优美的舞姿。又像许多爱美的公主，把湖面当成了梳妆镜，各自欣赏着自己貌若天仙的面貌，还有几位也许是太要漂亮了，身子都长到了湖面上，似乎是在想“瞧瞧这身子，多优美，我这沉鱼落雁闭月羞花的摸样，你们有么?”

我们绕着元宝漫步，发现了一簇簇的生长着的迎春花。他们似乎和小草一样，还没有完全听见春姑娘的呼唤，大多数还沉浸在梦乡里。只有少数的一些已经伸开了懒腰，朝着我们咧着笑脸，仿佛在说：“哈哈哈，春天来啦，哈哈哈，大地醒啦!”这些美丽可爱的小东西，稀稀拉拉的掩映在绿藤蔓之间，尽管不是金黄的一片，但每朵却开的是那么美丽，那么动人，花瓣嫩黄嫩黄的中间点上一个黄里透红的小蕊，这种情景，不也是一道亮丽的风景线么?

“元宝湖”西面是依泰山而建的`岳王庙，山上栽种着茂盛的树木花草。这泰山又叫“锅巴山”，这还名字还需要从一个故事说起：有一年，岳家军被金军围困在这，岳飞急中生智，让军士们赶忙建起一座土山，把剩下的粮食制成锅巴，撒在上面，任麻雀来啄食，金兵发现麻雀肚子里全是锅巴!便认为岳家军粮草充足，赶紧逃走了。所以每当看到这山，我对岳飞的敬佩之情总是油然而生。岳飞不光是泰州的英雄，更是国家的英雄。

在“元宝湖”北面我们发现了几尊明朝的石像，有石马、石羊、石人等，听妈妈这些石像代表了一位官员的生前职位，而这些石像的主人是一位兵部侍郎。泰州是个一个有着20xx多年悠久历史的古城，历史人才辈出，这些石像就是一个见证。

我和妈妈畅游在泰山公园这个充满了生机的了绿色海洋，初春的绿是多样的，有的绿的。

清明节自古是中国的传统节日。在这一天，人们倍感思念逝去的亲人。

为迎接这个特别的日子，学校为让我们感受节日的气氛，让我们增强民族意识，去缅怀为解放嘉兴而英勇就义的烈士们。让他们的精神永驻我们的心中。

就在同学们对烈士们表示哀悼时，我思念起我最亲爱的曾祖父。虽然他已不在，但他却好像永远陪在我身边。对于他的关爱，我铭记于心！

就如曾祖父在花草田间沉睡一样，先烈们在英雄园中也找到了他们的安息之所。为他们的献身之地永保安宁，永远守护着这片神州大地。先烈们为我们付出了如此巨大的代价，所以作为下一代的我们就应以他们为傲……

先烈们的事迹让我由衷地佩服！为了解放已被虎狼占据的嘉兴，历尽千辛万苦，策划出精密无误的退敌之策。只为了能从敌人手里夺回嘉兴———这块神州大地上的一角。嘉兴因他们而拥有辉煌的历史回忆，拥有灿烂的光明未来……

光明因你们而存在。回想来去路上的高楼大厦，那样笔直的站立着，风吹、雨打，仍是不倒。就像当年你们坚实的臂膀，为我们遮风避雨，让我们可以生活得舒适安逸。我们现今的繁荣是建立在你们的血汗与肉体上的。我真心希望生活可以变的更加辉煌，让你们的价值可以发挥得淋漓尽致。

敬爱的烈士们，你们永远安息吧！你们打下的江山，你们“挣”回的嘉兴将在我们手中变得更加富庶繁荣。你们会看到一个不一样的嘉兴与嘉兴人！

亲爱的同学们就你们而言，具备的民族精神实在是微乎其微。所以清明节是传统佳节，应好好利用这个时机让你们拥有一个不一样的日子。读书是让自己变得更好，而故乡的更好建立在你们的文化知识水平上。请你们勤奋读书，把自己的故乡建设得更加充满活力！让这片神州大地在你们脚下永放光彩，让每一位先烈为自己的付出感到欣慰！

The Dragon Boat Festival is a lunar (阴历)holiday, occurring (存正)on the fifth

day of the fifth lunar month (农历史五月第五天). Dragon Boat Festival is my favourite

festival.During the holiday of Dragon Boat Festival,I got together with my

family to have a big meal.We ofen ate the zongzi.It tasted very nice.And we saw

the Dragon Boat Races.I felt excited because the race was bustling with noise

and excitement.At Dragon Boat Festival,we also drank realgar wine.Some people

thought drank realgar wine can protect themselves from illness.Dragon Boat

Festival was interesting and I like it very much.

The Chinese Dragon Boat Festival is a significant (有意义的)holiday celebrated

(庆祝)in China, and the one with the longest history (历史最悠久). The Dragon Boat

Festival is celebrated by boat races (龙舟赛) in the shape of dragons. Competing

teams (竞争团队) row their boats forward to a drumbeat (击古)racing to reach the

finish end first.

The boat races during the Dragon Boat Festival are traditional customs

(传统习俗)to attempts to (试图)rescue (搭救) the patriotic poet (爱国诗人)Chu Yuan. Chu Yuan

drowned (溺死) on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month in 277 B.C. Chinese

citizens now throw bamboo leaves (竹叶) filled with cooked rice into the

water.

Therefore the fish could eat the rice rather than the hero poet. This later

on turned into the custom of eating tzungtzu and rice dumplings(棕子).

The celebrations is a time for protection (防护) from evil (邪恶) and disease

(疾病) for the rest of the year. It is done so by different practices such as

hanging healthy herbs on the front door, drinking nutritious concoctions (营养品),

and displaying (展示) portraits (画像) of evils nemesis(邪恶报应), Chung Kuei. If one

manages to (成功做...) stand (直立)an egg on its end at exactly 12:00 noon, the

following year will be a lucky one.

Today, people eat bamboo-wrapped steamed glutinous(粘的) rice dumplings

called zongzi (the food originally intended to feed the fish) and race dragon

boats in memory of Qus dramatic death.
