二、日记的格式

英文日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况，如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Windy，Snowy，Cloudy等。

1、日期表达有多种形式。年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如：

三、日记的要求

日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。

四、日记的类型和训练

而效率的高低评价，要在结果成功的基础上。如果是一部烧脑电影，看完后你也许根本不知所云。如果是重要的事情要用手机联系，或许会因为打错字、消息发错人显得你不靠谱从而错过某些机会。而零食的味道你又是否真的体会到了？几件事情同时做，每件事情都只花了几分之一的心思，每件事得到的也只有几分之一。谈何效率？

It was sunny and hot today。 I got up early at half past six。 I read English and then had breakfast。 I helped my mother washed the dishes。 Then I did my homework and cleaned my room。 I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon。 Then I played table tennis with my friends。 In the evening I watched TV and read a book。 I really had a busy and interesting day。

今天天气晴朗，热。 我在6：30很早就起了床。我读英语然后吃早饭。我帮助母亲洗碗。然后做作业打扫房间。下午我和母亲去买东西。然后和朋友们打乒乓球。晚上我看电视、看书。我今天的确很忙、过得很有趣。

今天，是我实习这么多天来性质最不一样、意义最为重要的一天。因为今天我完成了人生职业生涯里第一堂课的教学，心中感慨颇多。

为了今天的这一堂课，虽说只是一个小学、一位老师，一堂简简单单的随堂课。但对我来说，却是最初的尝试，意义非同小可。所以我还是花费了很多的心血和精力，精心地准备了一番。

在准备的过程中，我体会到了教案设计的艰辛，课件制作的不易。但更重要的环节还在后面，那便是真正的课堂教学过程的组织。

对于今天的课堂，我进行了一定的自我反思。首先是课堂有时显得过于拘谨，以致于我出现了频繁的小动作。

其次，板书设计不够科学合理，重难点体现得不够分明、有层次。

再者，课堂用语不够简洁明了。没能针对四年级小学生们现有的英语水平进行相应的交流。

最后，就是发音问题，由于紧张出现了一定的发音问题，这也是基本功不够扎实的体现。

这些问题，只是一些小细节的问题。至于更为深刻一点的问题，比如：课堂设计、师生沟通等等这些理论化的问题，我也没能思考出什么学术性结果，便不想赘述了。这些问题的解决，还需要我更多实践性的结果。

总之，先由浅入深，今后要先对这些细节性小问题多加注意并改善才是。

Today， I went out with my best friend。 When we arrived at the park， it rained。 We had to run in the rain because we couldnt find a place to hide。 But we still feel happy because we could fort each other。 The rain stopped later and I acpanied her go home。 We played in her home for a while and she invited me for dinner。 I refused because I feel it will bring trouble to his family。 I am happy today because the new term is ing。 I really want to see my classmates again。

这天和好朋友一齐出去玩。我们来到公园后，却下起了好大的雨。我们无处可躲。在雨中奔跑着。但是我们却很高兴。因为有彼此的安慰。过了一会，雨停了。我陪着她回家。然后在她家玩了一会，他留我在那里吃饭。可我拒绝了，因为有些不好意思。这天我很快乐，立刻就开学了，真想快点见到同学们。
