公务员面试通常以应试者的自我介绍开始。当面试考官随便地间你：“谈谈你自己的情况如何？”这是面试中的第一个问题。此刻，你应把在此之前所有紧张不安的情绪稳定下来。因为这个问题，应试者已经做了充分的准备，并且有足够的信心和勇气相信自己能回答好这个问题。

（1）自我介绍的内容

首先请报出自己的姓名和身份。可能应试者与面试考官打招呼时，已经将此告诉了对方，而且考官们完全可以从你的报名表、简历等材料中了解这些情况，但仍请你主动提及。这是礼貌的需要，还可以加深考官对你的印象。

我们介绍了一条清晰的线索，便于你组织你的自我介绍。为了保证结构明确，有条有理，你可以多用短句子以便于口语表述，并且在段与段之间使用过渡句子，口语也要注意思路、叙述语言的流畅，尽量避免颠三倒四，同一句话反复说几遍的“粘糊劲，同时不要用过于随便的表述。

（2）自我介绍的时间

一般情况下，自我介绍应该是三～五分钟较适宜。时间分配上，可根据情况灵活掌握。一般地，第一部、二部分可以用约一分钟，第三、四部分用1～二分钟。

好的时间分配能突出重点，让人印象深刻，而这就取决于你面试准备工作做得好坏了。如果你事先分析了自我介绍的主要内容，并分配了所需时间，抓住这三、五分钟，你就能中肯、得体地表达出你自己。有些应试者不了解自我介绍的重要性，只是简短地介绍一下自己的姓名、身份，其后补充一些有关自己的学历、工作经历等情况，大约半分钟左右就结束了自我介绍，然后望着考官，等待下面的提问。但也有的应试者想把面试的全部内容都压缩在这几分钟里。要知道面试考官会在下面的面试中间向你提有关问题的，你应该给自己也给他人留下这个机会。

通过自我介绍，主动地向面试考官推荐自己，这是面试组成结构的重要内容，同时也是面试测评的重要指标。

（4）自我介绍的要点

1）、自我介绍是应以面试的测评为导向

自我介绍也是一种说服的手段与艺术，聪明的应试者会以公务员考录的要求与测试重点而组织自我介绍的内容，你不仅仅要告诉考官们你是多么优秀的人，你更要告诉考官，你如何地适合这个工作岗位。而与面试无关的内容，既使是你引以为荣的优点和长处，你也要忍痛舍弃，以突出重点。

2）、自我介绍要有充分的信心

要想让考官们欣赏你，你必须明确地告诉考官们你具有应考职位必需的能力与素质，而只有你对此有信心并表现出这种信心后，你才证明了自己。

应试者在谈自己的优点的一个明智的办法是：在谈到自己的优点时，保持低调。也就是轻描淡写、语气平静，只谈事实，别用自己的主观评论。同时也要注意适可而止，重要的、关键的，要谈，与面试无关的特长最好别谈。另外，谈过自己的优点后，也要谈自己的缺点，但一定要强调自己克服这些缺点的愿望和努力。

特别指出的是，不要夸大自己。一方面从应试者的综合素养表现，考官能够大体估计应试者的能力；另一方面，如果考官进一步追问有关问题，将令“有水份”的应试者下不了台。 面试中应试者的自我介绍，可以让考官观察到简历等书面材料以外的内容，如你对自己的描述与概括能力，你对自己的综合评价以及你的精神风貌等。自信、为人等是其中的重要的潜台词，应试者务必注意。

（5）自我介绍的注意事项

1）、应试者应充分利用各种个人资源。除了前面提到的面带微笑、目光交流、坐姿端正等表情、身体语言外，请以沉稳平静的声音、以中等语速、以清晰的吐字发音、以开朗响亮的声调给考官以愉悦的听觉享受，声音小而模糊、吞吞吐吐的人，一定是胆怯、紧张、不自信和缺乏活力与感染力的。

2）、情绪也是一个需要控制的重要方面。情绪，做为个人的重要素养，如果在自我介绍中起伏波动，就会产生负面影响。例如在介绍自己的基本情况时面无表情、语调生硬；在谈及自己的优点时眉飞色舞。兴奋不已；而在谈论自己的缺点时又无精打采、萎糜不振。

3）、有的应试者谈及自己的兴趣爱好时，说自己喜欢唱歌，便自做主张，一展歌喉，在面试考场上为考官们唱它一曲，直到被考官客气地打断后，才反应过来行为有些出格。

4）、有的应试者描述自己喜欢这样、爱好那样，如：文学、艺术、旅游、摄影等等，由此考官进一步询问其拍摄过什么作品，这位考生的回答却是她喜欢别人给她拍照，还说家里的几本影集都已经满了。

5）、有的应试者在介绍家庭关系时，似乎“漫不经心”地告诉考官们，自己的某位远房亲戚是应考单位的上司单位的某领导。

6）、有的应试者表示将来踏上工作岗位，将“一定要??“绝对??诸如此类的保证，

似乎在做就职演讲。

这些例子很多，画蛇添足似的自我介绍，不但不会为你的形象增添色彩，反而还会“越抹越黑”！。

（6）自我介绍结束

对于你的自我介绍，考官既可能就其中某一点、向你提出问题广也可能过渡一下，继续下面已经安排好的问题。这时考官会说：“我们十分欣赏你的能力??”或“你的自我介绍很精采??”等，那么一声“谢谢“将是你最得体的应答。

如果有什么材料，你在报名表、个人简历中未提及，而你又觉得有必要让考官知道，你可以在这时将其递给考官。

总之，自我介绍是你的“主动出击”，你有相对充分的自由发挥的余地。

国家公务员面试马上就要开始，对广大的考生来说，能够通过在众多的竞争者中脱颖而出，通过笔试，既是一种实力，也是一种幸运。目前，国家公务员考试即将在本月的13号开始展开，虽然众多的单位都会有各自的面试题目，但对于每个面试者来说，可能都会面对同样的一个问题，那就是如何在面试中做好自我陈述。因为无论那一个用人单位，要确定合适本单位的人才，必定需要了解各个面试者的基本情况，而自我陈述就是其中一个了解的途径。

对于自我陈述，很多人首先就会关心是在面试的哪个阶段进行考察。在我的学生中，就曾有一位问过我这样一个问题：“戴斌老师，请问自我陈述一定会是在面试的开头部分吗？”诚然，绝大多数人都可能潜意识认为自我陈述一定会是在面试的一开始就问。但其实并不是所有的自我陈述都会在面试一开始就要求考生做自我陈述，而是有可能在面试的中段，甚至是在结尾一道面试题中进行考察。而且很重要的一点就是，现在面试中的自我陈述题，已不一定是像传统意义上的“自我介绍”，如考官不一定会直接问你：“请你简要介绍自己的情况。”因为从面试考察的效度来看，这样简单直接要求考生“介绍自己”，容易被考生事先作好充分准备，这样一来就存在两个缺点：一是不能考察到考生的临场反应能力，面试是希望看到考生在短时间内对所问话题的反应速度；二是不能真实地反映考生的真实情况和想法，因为在事先准备的情况下，考生很容易预先“隐藏”自身的“不足之处”，同时有意凸现自己的“特长”，这不利于考官全面准确地衡量考生是否合适招考的职位。

那么对于这种情况，面试考题一般来说，会作一定的“变形”，不是直接让考生知道考官是要考察自我陈述，而会是从一个侧面，比较隐含地要求考生介绍自己的情况。而对于介绍自己的情况，考官不会要求考生做“全面介绍”，而会是对某一角度进行“局部介绍”。而这种介绍往往是有一定的限定条件，而不会允许考生“天马行空”的谈自己的经历。谈到这里，或许有人会问“戴斌老师，自我陈述应该长些好，还是短些好呢？”对于这个问题，我的看法是不宜过长，要针对题目中限定条件来回答，不能超出题目中限定条件，而且要坚持这样一个大原则：谈优点时要“事实客观、目光长远、态度平缓”，谈缺点时要“坦然、自信”。

所谓谈优点时要“事实客观、目光长远、态度平缓”。这里的“事实客观”，就是指所谈的优点不应该脱离实际，最好要“中庸”一些。“目光长远”，是指对待优点要明确一个看法，就是现在的优点只是“暂时”的，不代表“永久”，需要在未来不断努力，保持甚至超越现在的“优点”。 “态度平缓”就是指，一个人可以自信，但不能自负。对于“优点”，

考生在表述个人“优点”是永远是“平缓”的介绍优点，而不是沾沾自喜地“炫耀” 优点。

所谓谈缺点时要“坦然、乐观、自信”。 “坦然”就是指不回避自身的缺点，要把一个人有缺点看成是一个“必然”的现象，而不是一个需要去“遮掩”的“偶然”现象。“自信”就是不会因为自身有一定的缺点，而盲目悲观。面试时候，谈到自身缺点，无论是自己指出还是简历中显示的，都要在自我陈述时，要显得“底气十足”。实际上考生要在面试中表达这样一个信息，要“自信地”认为“缺点是可以改造的”，同时“缺点”是来自身的“不成熟”，而非个人的态度。

这里我要讲一个例子，曾有一个考生问过我这样一个问题：“戴斌老师，我不是名校毕业生，学历只是本科，而且也没有基层工作经验，而我的专业是经济，每次考都会与很多名校的、高学历、工作经验丰富的人一起去竞争一个职位，我能行吗？即使过了笔试，我在面试时条件一定比不过他们，我还要考吗？”对于这位考生的问题，我当时听完后，心情确实很复杂。诚然，名校的、高学历、工作经验丰富的人常常都是属于比较优秀的人，但不代表我们的“普通考生”就需要放弃。因为每一个人都会有自身的优点，同样，表面看上去条件“普通”的考生也会有其不“普通”的一面。所以，当时我对该考生的回答是“两个原因不该放弃：一是公务员考试是选拔合适在机关工作的人做公务员，这里最重要的是“合适”，而不是“优秀”。正如最后成为公务员的考生未必是所有考生中最优秀的一个，但一定是最合适该职位的一个。能否成为公务员并不与个人优秀与否直接挂钩。而是与考生是否符合该公务员职位的具体工作要求有直接的联系。二是公务员的面试实际上是对面试者个人素质的全面衡量，名校、高学历、工作经验丰富等方面只是其中一部分衡量因素，而非全部，如果考生能把自身的优点在面试中体现，同时最好能把自身的优点与该公务员职位的具体工作要求直接联系，充分证明自己是合适人选，那么即使非名校、非高学历、非工作经验丰富的考生，同样有很大几率脱颖而出，关键还是“合适”二字。

以上谈完了做自我陈述的大原则，让我们一起来看一道经过“变形”后有一定限定条件的“自我陈述”题。并以这道题目为范例，谈一下具体如何在面试中做好自我陈述。

请问你觉得你自己在哪些方面比较适合我们单位招考的这个职位呢？

分析：首先，考生是否适合招考职位主要从以下几个方面来看：

一、个人专业知识的角度

一般来说，绝大多数公务员的招考职位都会有特定的专业限制，很少没有专业限制的(除了特定职位外)。所以对于考生是否适合招考职位来说，首看专业是否对口，那么或许会有考生问：“戴斌老师，正常来说，所有符合报考条件的考生专业都是对口，那么如何体现个人专业知识上的优势呢？”在这里，如何体现个人专业知识上的优势就要因人而异了。 专业知识上的优势有两种：一种是学习成绩上的优势，另一种是实际操作能力的优势。对于成绩好的应届考生，当然在回答该问题时，可以在陈述中提到自己的在校成绩，用优异的在校成绩来证明自己专业知识上的优势。在这里，有一个很关键的点就是，考生要把自身所取得的优异在校成绩主要归功于在校老师的辛勤培育以及个人的勤奋，切忌说“自己天分高”、“接受能力强”或“从小到大成绩都比较优秀”之类的话，这类话一旦说出会给人“自视过高”的印象，不利于在面试中获得高分。

而对于成绩一般的应届考生，那么回答该问题的时候，就要注意不要给考官一个在校

期间“无心向学，不勤奋，不热爱本专业”的感觉。在专业知识上的优势时，应该突出自己比较注重专业知识的实际运用，要强调自己热爱本专业的知识，但注意力集中在实际运用方面，并且强调在学习专业知识过程中得到了老师的关照和爱护，学到很多很实用的知识。对于学习成绩不特别好的原因，考生可以这样回答：原因是自己本身考试的方法相对比较薄弱，不大会考试，而自身的学习注意力很多时候没有在考试题目上，所以一定程度上影响了考试成绩，但自身对考试的态度是很认真的，同时老师对自己的教育很好，自己在校所学已经可以适应社会的要求。

对于非应届考生来说，就需要强调自身毕业后从事的是与本专业相关的职业。要告诉考官，自己是一个幸运的人，自己在毕业后遇到了很专业很有水平的领导和同事，得到了他们的许多帮助，在工作中学到许多专业知识，自己在毕业后提高了很多。而自己刚开始参加工作的时候，由于工作经验不够，许多在校的专业知识无法很好地应用在工作中，但有了工作经验后，自己已能很好地把专业知识应用在工作中，所以自己从专业知识的角度是很适合该招考职位的。

二、个人性格的角度

谈到考生的个性是否合适招考职位，那就要从公务员职位对考生个性要求的共性和个性分别着手分析了。从公务员性格的共性上看，要几方面共同的要求：“谦虚谨慎、沉着冷静、胆大心细、敢于承担责任、团结而顾全大局、服从上级”考生在做自我陈述的时候就要把这些要求融合在答题中。同时也要关注公务员性格的个性，对于这方面的准备，考生在面试前就要回顾报考时招考职位的具体要求，是分配到哪个部门、哪个岗位、是否要派往外地工作等等，以及要上网站查询报考单位的具体业务。从这些单位业务信息及招考职位信息来找到具体职位对面试者性格上的特殊要求。总之，要有针对性地体现自己的性格无论从公务员所需性格的共性还是个性上看，自己都是适合从事公务员职业的人选，而且是可以长期从事公务员职业的人选。

三、个人经历的角度

这里的个人经历从时间段上来划分主要指两方面：学校经历和工作经历。

对于应届毕业生来说，主要的经历当然是指学校经历，那么在学校中的经历主要有工作经历、学习经历、获奖经历、勤工助学经历。

学校中的工作经历主要分为：学校团委工作经历(团干部)、学生会工作经历(学生会干部)、社团工作经历(社团干部)、班集体的工作经历(班干部)。对于考生来说，这部分的陈述应该有所侧重，重点谈自己最辉煌的一面。这里有一点需要强调的是，如果面试的考生在校期间的学生工作经历非常丰富，几乎遍及各个方面，那么请注意，切不可陈述时间过长，挑最有代表的部分来说就可以，陈述时间过长一方面显得累赘，另一方面有可能让面试考官觉得考生在“炫耀”，易引起考官的“不好印象”，不利于面试中获得高分。

学校中的学习经历主要是奖学金的问题，如有获过奖学金，可以略为陈述，如没获过奖学金，则可以避免谈这方面的问题。

学校中的获奖经历，这里包括体育、文艺、科技方面的奖项，这里有一点需要注意的是不需要罗列具体的获奖项目。打个比方，假如戴斌老师在面试的时候这样说：“本人曾获得全校第二届“当代大学生三个代表”征文比赛的一等奖、“联想未来”三校征文比赛一等奖??”。大家试想一下，假如戴斌老师这样对面试考官罗列自己的“奖项”，面试考官会有好印象吗？不会。而且这样的罗列完全没有必要，因为完整具体的获奖经历在考生的资料中已有显示。对于上述的情况，实际上正确的表述方法应该是说：“本人获得过一些征文比赛比赛的奖项，在写文章方面有一定特长，可以在机关从事(胜任)一定的文字处理工作”。 对于勤工助学经历，可以说很多人都忽视了这方面的内容。实际上这种经历很能体现考生的一种精神，一种毅力，那就是考生在经济不宽裕的情况下，仍然可以靠自己的努力完

Yuandan is the first day of the lunar calendar. It is the day when the earth has circled the sun for one round and is beginning another circling. It represents a new beginning when people send off the old days and welcome the new ones. As the first day of the year, Yuandan has been considered to be the most important festival since the ancient times.

Customs

1. Kaisui(beginning of the year): According to the Chinese traditional custom, starting from haishi(9p.m. to 11p.m.)of the last evening of the twelfth lunar month, each family must prepare offering s to deities at the altar. At the same time, they too prepare food for the New Year day: The whole family will then stay awake together to attend to the year(called shou sui). After haishi, zishi(11p.m. to 1a.m.)will come, and this is the arrival of New Year(Yuandan). At this moment, people begin the celebration with fireworks. Vegetarian and sweet foods will then be placed are the altar for offerings, and incense be burned to welcome the deities. In the ancient times, it was believed that haishi connected the two years and thus was called kaisui.

At the same night, some families will follow the instruction in Tongshu and place preparing altar in the direction of the "fortune deity" during the "fortune time" to receive the deity. If the direction of the "fortune deity" is at the "ill position", people will choose to receive "happy deity" or "noble deity" instead.

2. There is an apparent difference in the custom of food taking on Yuandan between the Chinese in the northern and southern regions. The northern Chinese has the habit of taking jiao zi(dumpling made of flour with vegetable and meat wrapped inside). Some people may put a sweet or a coin inside jiao zi, hoping to have a sweet year after tasting the sweet and a wealthy year after tasting the coin. on the other hand, the southern Chinese have the taboo for killing on Yuandan. Therefore, they do not take meat in tee morning of Yuandan, so as to avoid bloodshed or mutual slaughter. In order to evade misfortune, they have the first meal of this day without meat. Instead, they take vegetarian food for the sake of virtue.

3. What is special during the New Year is that parents or elders will distribute red packets(ang pao or ya sui qian)to the children. People in the ancient times were more particular in giving away the red packets: the distribution took place on the eve of New Year so that the kids could suppress the past year and enter the New Year. Ya sui has the meaning of overcoming the unpredictable future. Representing the wishes for the healthy psychological growth of the children, ya sui qian symbolises the elders hope to see their children overcome all the unpredictable elements brought by the "year".

Wang’s lab.

With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation schedu ling system.

It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST.

In 1998, I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant.

This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999, I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research.

Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design.

My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format.

Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm.

By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations.

It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too.

In the second semester, I joined the workshop-schedu ling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant.

The schedu ling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances.

To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Schedu ling method based on hybrid Petri Nets.

The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale.

I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea.

Recently, I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel.

I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem.

This project is now under construction.

Besides, In July 2000, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation.

In my senior year, I met Prof.

Xiao-Song Lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research.

These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

I hope to study in depth .

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D.program.

My future research interests include: Network Schedu ling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.
