同学们，你们知道食物与营养是人类生存的基本条件吗?营养状况是影响人口素质的重要因素，直接影响我们的体能与智能发育，关系到国家的经济发展以及人力、财力和智力资源。调查表明，我国0-20岁人群贫血患病率为6-29%。10年间，我国7-18岁男女生营养不良患病率分别上升了4.66和3.46个百分点。同样，因缺乏合理营养知识，膳食摄入不平衡，加上活动量不足，我国青少年肥胖发生率也逐年升高，有的地方高达15.3%。不良的饮食习惯和生活方式，将给我们的健康带来危害，是成年后患心脑血管病、高血压、糖尿病、肝胆疾病等慢性病的诱发因素。倡导合理营养、平衡膳食，对于普及营养知识，预防营养不良和营养过剩的发生有很大的促进作用，因此卫生部和教育部联合确定将每年的5月20日作为中国学生营养日。

同学们，你注意到了吗?就在我们身边，有很多同学经常没吃早餐就来上课，有的课间才匆忙吃一点，甚至课上偷偷摸摸吃。吃的还是些饼干，署片之类的零食。早餐不按时，不规律，长此以往，不仅营养跟不上，还会导致上课效率低，学习成绩下降。科学的早餐必须包括四类物质，即肉蛋类+谷物类+奶制品+蔬菜水果。最合理的早餐时间是早晨七点至八点，同学们最好在家中吃早餐，安全卫生又不匆忙。午餐也一样。不少中午在学校用餐的同学，嫌饭菜不好，往往是饭扒一两口就放回去，然后就去买零食和冷饮。既浪费粮食又损害了自己的健康。薯片、饼干等食品被列入十大垃圾食品，缺乏我们在青春期所需的营养，在平时就不宜多吃，作为正餐当然万万不可。经常看到有些同学因肠胃不适请假，我们班就曾有个同学因此休学，严重影响正常的生活和学习，希望同学们引以为戒。还有不少同学不顾学校的规定，既不在校又不回家吃饭，而是长期在学校周围的摊点吃饭，甚至还去那些无证摊点买烧烤油炸的不健康食品。报纸媒体早就暴光了一些即使有卫生许可证的摊点，他们的厨房卫生情况也是很令人堪忧的，让人看过就不想再吃，更别说那些三无食品了。为了贪图一时的便利和所谓“美食”的诱惑，拿自己的健康做赌注，真是危险啊。

同学们，关注食品安全，学习营养搭配，平衡膳食，应该和我们学习基础知识一样重要，让我们选择科学的生活方式，养成良好的饮食习惯，远离小摊小贩，远离三无食品和垃圾食品，远离肥胖与慢性病，健康营养快乐生活每一天!

全国学生营养日-意义

1989年成立的中国学生营养促进会在营养学家于若木的主持下，结合世界卫生组织2000年人人享有卫生保健的战略目标，制定了1991年至2000年10年学生营养工作计划。这一计划命名为“护苗系统工程”，其中确定每年5月20日为中国学生营养日。其目的在于广泛、深入宣传学生时期营养的重要性，大力普及营养知识。

1989年5月20日，卫生部和教育部联合启动了“中国学生营养日”活动，至今已十多个春秋。

自1990年起，中国学生营养促进会在每年的5月20日均组织开展学生营养宣传活动。数年来，这项宣传活动得到广大师生、家长的欢迎和许多营养学专家的积极参与、支持，在有些地方已经形成了固定的“ 学生营养日”。为了使学生营养宣传工作更加广泛、深入、持久地开展下去，促进学生营养宣传工作的制度化，2001年5月，教育部、卫生部以(卫疾控发【2001】120号)文联合颁布文件将“中国学生营养日”法定下来。

全国学生营养日-学生营养状况

目前，我国学生营养状况不容乐观，虽然膳食热量供给基本达到标准，但蛋白质供给量偏低，优质蛋白比例小，钙、锌、铁、维生素A等营养素明显不足。由于膳食中铁的吸收利用率低，我国20岁以下人群缺铁性贫血患病率为6—29%。学生膳食中植物源性铁的比例过高，铁的质量差、吸收少;学生钙摄入不足，仅为有关标准的40.6%，这与学生膳食中奶制品、豆类消费量偏低有关。值得一提的是，目前中学生学业负担重、饮食不重视，导致营养状况不如小学生;城市学生因生活水平高，学生偏食严重，多吃高热量的巧克力、饼干等，同时缺乏体育运动和身体锻炼，而农村孩子不偏食，且活动量较大，故城市孩子普遍营养状况不如农村孩子。

绿色阵营环保社全国学生营养日对我校200余名大学生进行调查，其中200份分析统计如下：

针对我校学生用餐现状，现提出一下用餐建议：

早上最好吃一些营养丰富的东西，营养健康的早餐要有足够的碳水化合物、膳食纤维和蛋白质，包括粗粮谷物，蔬菜水果及蛋奶制品或豆制品。

午餐要荤素搭配好，尽量吃饱，为了营养均衡，应经常变换菜色，但是不宜吃太油腻的食物

“过年好!过年好啊!”几声吉祥话第一个飘入我的耳朵里。这就是我这几天寒假生活的最深刻的印象：热闹!大年初一，我从热乎乎的被窝里爬出来，经没有感到任何的寒冷。放眼望去，满村红彤彤的一片——放过的爆竹纸皮、家家高挂的大红灯笼、还有满大家走着的穿着红唐装的乡亲们，喜庆的气氛随之即来。我穿好了衣服，和家人们一起吃热腾腾的早饭。普通的稀粥、咸菜，还有昨夜剩下的饺子，全家人在一起吃，也格外的香。刚吃完饭，就有人过来拜年。他们脸上洋溢着笑容，双手握在一起，向大家拜年，说着吉祥话。走前还往小孩手中塞压岁钱。小孩儿们则是瞪大眼睛，看着大人们推推嚷嚷时红包的位置，最终接到红包以后，也不敢擅自妄为，一切都看父母的眼色行事。

寒假和暑假最大的不同，就是在寒假里会过新年，亲人重聚，享受天伦之乐。今年过年，我远在外地姨、哥哥、弟弟们，都来到了我们家。我们家的人气一下子增高了，并且过了个热热闹闹的兔年。大表哥带回来优异的学业成绩;二表哥带回来适合的工作;小弟也带回来了口才班的学习成果。大家各有所得，互相交流着，十分融洽。这也许就是过年时的特殊气氛吧。

我过了一个愉快，平凡，但有充实的寒假。我乐在其中。
