I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003. during university, i spent most of my time on study so that i have passed cet4/6 . and acquired basic knowledge of my major.(education background)

In july 2003, i began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in qingdao.because im capable of more responsibilities, so i decided to change my job. and in august 2004,i left qingdao to beijing and worked for a foreign enterprise as an automation software test engineer.because i want to change my working environment, id like to find a job which is more challenging. moreover motorola is a global company, so i feel i can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. that is the reason why i come here to compete for this position. (research experience and academic activity)

I think im a good team player and im a person of great honesty to others. also i am able to work under great pressure.

有一天的第二节下课，有一位同学没吃早餐，肚子很饿，我看着他那副饥肠辘辘的样子，忍不住关心的问：“你是不是很饿了？我这里刚好有一些食物分你一些，好不好？”那个同学马上点点头。由于那时候刚好也发了一张考卷，可是我考得不好，但是因为我帮助他，看见他满足的笑脸，所以我已经把难过的事忘得一干二净，而且我心里还偷偷藏着说不出口的喜悦。

上课钟声响了，同学都满怀希望的坐到自己的座位上，大家议论纷纷都想知道老师这节课会做些什么事？首先，老师说：“这节是生活课，我们的生活已经上完了，可以看影片了。”这一单元是“助人为快乐之本”老师问：“谁有帮助过别人的，请举手。”我二话不说的举起双手，老师就问我：“你曾做过什么帮助别人的事呢？”我开心的手舞足蹈，把事情一五一十的告诉大家，大家听了都赞叹不已！

我以为把这件事告诉妈妈，妈妈会勃然大怒，因为那是我的早餐，没想到我把这件事告诉妈妈的时候，妈妈眉开眼笑的对我说：“我的乖孩子，有东西当然可以与别人分享，这是一件好事啊！”我恍然大悟，原来跟别人分享东西，也是一件那么让人喜出望外的事啊！

还有一次，一个同学把小纸片丢到地板上，还把它踢到别人的位子。上课时，老师问，他还说不是他丢的，在那边逍遥法外。可是，后来被老师抓到，他就哑口无言，不敢再多说几句。我现在才明白刘备所说的：“勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。”这句话的意义和重点了！所以我们要多做善事，但千万不要因为小小的坏事就去做，以为神不知，鬼不觉。老师说：“若要人不知，除非几莫为！”如果我都做好事，那就可以心安理得的过着快乐的每一天了。

帮助，如一泓清泉，洗涤人内心的烦扰；帮助，如一阵清风，清除人眼前的障碍；帮助，如一杯绿茶，带给人无限的温暖；帮助，如一盏明灯，让人在黑夜中看到希望；帮助，如一弧彩虹，让人看见美好；帮助，如一本书，让人在无能为力时找到答案。

一天下午，母亲对我说：“你衣柜里的衣服那么多，穿不着的就清理出来扔了吧。”我看着满橱的衣服，真是眼花缭乱，五彩缤纷，琳琅满目啊。于是，我一件件的挑拣，把穿不着的衣服全都挑了出来。不挑不知道，一挑吓一跳。“这也太多了吧。”我看着这一堆衣服心疼的自言自语，“扔了也太可惜了。还是留着吧，可是留着又没什么用，放在衣橱里只会占有空间。”我躺在床上想对策。

哦，对了，我想起来了。之前我在微信看见一篇文章是有关于捐赠衣服的。于是，我去微信看个详情。此次活动是由一个慈善机构主办的。主要内容是通过捐钱或捐赠衣服帮助偏远地区的贫困孩子。活动要求捐赠的衣服需完好，拒绝破烂不堪的衣服，还需要捐赠人装箱打包好。活动方式是捐钱可通过微信红包，支付宝转账，银行卡转账。捐赠衣服就按照那里写的地址寄过去。有好几个地址你可以自由选择离自己比较近的，那里还附有那里的小朋友们的图片。我将穿不着的衣服用箱子打包好然后去联系快递收货，这样，衣服就寄出去了。

过了几天，我收到一个快递。是那个慈善机构寄给我的，我拆开快递一看。里面有一封信，还有一本笔记本，还有一盒巧克力。信上面写了有关感谢的话，这是送给我的礼物。我打开笔记本，里面写了有关这个慈善机构的介绍，同时附有图片。还有好多图片是关于活动的介绍，还有小朋友们的生活，还有小朋友们收到衣服的快乐之情。满满都是用心的记录，温暖人心。

赠人玫瑰，手有余香。帮助别人也会快乐自己，帮助别人也会温暖自己。这是我参与此次活动的手获。平凡的帮助是触手可及的幸福与快乐，是意味着阳光与美好，是意味着芬芳与清香，是意味着希望与温暖。若帮助是一种幸福，那么勇于帮助，必定会收获更多的幸福；若帮助是一种快乐，那么勇于帮助，必定会收获更多的快乐；若帮助是一种温暖，那么勇于帮助必定会收获更多的温暖；若帮助是一种爱，那么勇于帮助，必定会收获更多的爱。

“赠人玫瑰，手留余香。”每当听到这句话，我都会回想起那件事……

这是一年夏天，学校举办了一年一度的校运会，当体育老师让我们报名跑步时，我立马冲上去报了名，因为我知道，跑步是我的强项。

运动会开始了，我和对手们来到起跑线，我跃跃欲试，对手们也不甘示弱，一个个都做好了准备动作。随着裁判一声令下，我便犹如一根离弦的箭一样飞了出去，以稳拿第一的速度冲向终点线。正在这时，“啪”的一声巨响，我回过头来，发现我的对手跌倒了。他膝盖流血了，表情很痛苦。我正想去帮他，可转念一想：我如果帮了他，就拿不到第一了。我的脑海里出现了两个小人儿，一个是天使，一个是魔鬼，天使说：“去帮他吧。”魔鬼却说：“别帮他，不然你就拿不到第一了。”我犹豫了好一会儿，还是决定去帮他，我伸出手扶着他，他擦了擦眼泪，说：“谢谢你！”我连忙说：“别客气！”我扶着他不紧不慢地走过了终点线。这时，看台上传来了热烈的欢呼声，老师们也向我投来了赞许的目光，我觉得我做对了！虽然这次我没有拿到第一名，但我却很快乐。

“赠人玫瑰，手留余香。”这句话一点儿都没错，至少在我看来是这样的。
