今天是中秋节，中秋节又叫团圆节，就是和家人团聚的日子。

这天，天气晴好，我和爸爸妈妈去奶奶家。到了晚上，我们一起赏月，月亮从树梢上升起来了，放出轻纱般而又冷冷的光辉，照得河里分外白，越发使人寒冷。只见天上一轮皓月，池中一个月影，上下争辉，显得格外皎洁。朦胧的月色投下神秘的影子，在水面上撒开浮动不定的光，好像无数银色的鱼儿在那里游动。月光透过斑驳的树隙丝丝缕缕地挂下来，在地面上铺了一层碎银。每一片绿都似乎静静地浸在牛乳中。不一会儿，乌云把月亮给遮住了，我心里有些急。这时，我仿佛听到了月亮在和乌云抢白。月亮说：“今晚的人间是那么热闹，你干吗不让我好好看看?”乌云说：“我就是不让你，你能把我怎样呢?”月亮说：“我能把你怎么样?待会儿风爷爷来了，看你还这么凶。”不一会儿，风爷爷来了。风爷爷问：“你们怎么啦?”月亮生气地说：“他不让我看人间!”风爷爷用力一吹，乌云被吹跑了。月亮又出来了!而且更加明亮!

He decided to help his mother do some housework. After school he went to a shop

to buy some food on his way home.

When he got home, he did his best to cook some nice food,though he couldn’t

The Mid-Autumn or Moon Festival is one rich in poetic(诗意的) significance. Ancient legends(古代的传说) that became interwoven with this festival‘s celebration further contribute to the warm regard in which it has always been held by the Chinese people. According to the lunar calendar(农历)， the seventh， eighth， and ninth months constitute the autumn season. Mid-Autumn Festival falls on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month， precisely in the middle of this season， when the heat of the summer has given way to cool autumn weather， marked by blue skies and gentle breezes. On this day the moon is at its greatest distance from the earth; at no other time is it so luminous. Then， as the Chinese say， “The moon is perfectly round.” In the villages the heavy work involved in the summer harvest has already been completed but the autumn harvest has not yet arrived.

The actual origins of the Mid-Autumn Festival are still very unclear. The earliest records are from the time of the great Han dynasty emperor Wu Di， who initiated celebrations lasting three days， including banquets and “Viewing the Moon” evenings on the Toad Terrace. We know that people during the Jin dynasty (265-420 A.D.) continued the custom of Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations， and similar accounts have come down to us from the time of the Tang dynasty. During the Ming dynasty (1368-1644) houses and gardens were decorated with numerous lanterns and the sound of gongs and drums filled the air.

I heard that on August 15, the clouds covered the moon. Sure enough, the dark clouds covered the shining moon, but the flaws did not hide the jade. The silver moon shone on the earth through the crack of the black cloud, and the edge of the black cloud also flashed light, like ten thousand steel needles trying to pierce the darkness.

今天是中秋节，妈妈给我一些月饼，爸爸和我一起赏月，我把桌子和板凳搬出去，我说：“今天的月亮真美啊!”爸爸就给我讲嫦娥奔月的故事，从前有个后羿，力大无穷，天上出现了十个太阳，后裔很同情向下的居民，就把天上的太阳都射下来了，就剩一个了，最后一个只好给人们福，后来嫦娥和后羿很恩爱，一天，王母娘娘给后依一包长生不老药，后裔很舍不得嫦娥，嫦娥八场身不老药偷吃了，飞上了月宫。

啊!真是个快乐的中秋节啊。

一年一度的中秋节到了。

早晨起来，我和爸爸妈妈去买月饼，准备去我外婆家吃团圆饺子。热闹的大街上看见了很多卖月饼的，有红枣馅的、草莓味馅、红糖芝麻馅等等，我们把各种馅的都买了一些。

On the morning of the Mid Autumn Festival, our whole family went to the hotel for morning tea. We finished. My sister took me to buy clothes. We bought slippers, cloth shoes and two sets of clothes. My sister and I went to drink pearl milk tea and ate some fish eggs. In this way, my morning passed.

At noon, my brother and I were painting family pictures. My brother said how to draw. I wanted to teach him. Our mother came up and told us to go down and eat moon cakes. When we finished, we continued to draw the family portrait. When we finished, we showed it to the adults. The adults said we painted well. The cold air has come for a while, I stayed at my house all the time, as

there was nothing for me go do, I watched the movies. When I saw the beach and

sunshine in the movie, I miss the sunshine so much. Today is lucky for me, the

sun finally comes out, I decide to go out for a walk and take in the fresh air.

The breeze blows me softly, I can sense the coming of spring, I walk into a

coffee shop and choose a table which is near the window. I sit down and watch

people just walk by, I see all kinds of face expressions, I try to read them.

中秋节不吃一顿团圆饭和赏月怎么能行?在中秋节的晚上，我们家总会搬出一张桌子放在院子里，然后一家人围着桌子坐着赏月，桌上摆满月饼、毛豆、芋艿……想想真是让我垂涎欲滴!中秋节赏月是件很惬意的事情，我静静地坐着，抬头仰望星空中的月亮，只见月亮挂在那蓝得发黑的天空，散发出淡黄色的光芒，好像在给这座城市轻轻地哼唱摇篮曲，不知道月亮上的嫦娥姐姐有没有与家人团圆呢?

秋天是个美丽的季节，而中秋是这个季节中最美妙的节日，它象征了一家人团团圆圆。在此我祝大家中秋节快乐，希望每个家庭在这一天都能团聚!有机会下个中秋我再跟大家讲个故事吧!

My father used to be a heavy somker.He smoked more than 20 cigarets each

day;therefore,he was the polluter wherever he went.My mother and I tried to

persuade him to give it up.He gave it up many times but each time only for a few

days or only for a few hours.

Once he declared that he would stop smoking right away under the pressure

of my mother,and he threw his cigarets into the dustbin.The effect of his

declaration lasted only for two days.Then I found him smoking again when he

thought that he was alone and no one saw him.On the fifth day of his

declaration,he smoked openly.

Last winter he got pneumonia.When he was well again,the doctor ordered him

to give up smoking.To our delight,this time he really got rid of the habit.It

seems that the doctors order is more effective than mothers scolding,my

suggestion and his own declaration.
