通过网警叔叔的介绍，我知道了网络是一个丰富多彩的世界，通过网络我们可以查阅资料，聆听音乐，观看电影，动画……但网络同时也有可能是一个大沼泽，一旦沉迷其中，将无法自拔。我们还了解到几个由于沉迷网络而引发的案件，而且犯罪的人还是未成年人。

网络，这个庞大的交流平台已经渐渐地普及了，我们工作，学习，娱乐都已经离不开网络，比如：网上购物，发表文件，查阅资料等等。正所谓‘打开窗纱进来苍蝇’一些不良信息，暴力游戏等也陆续在网上出现。

相当初，我也曾经迷恋过网络游戏，每天都拿上网和写作业与妈妈讨价还价，一想到玩游戏，我就会不顾一切，连我做为一个学生最起码的责任都会抛之脑后，遭到拒绝时甚至还会大吵大闹冲撞家人。今天听了网警叔叔的一番讲解，我才恍然大捂，因为网络游戏，我不仅耽误了学习还亵渎了亲情，这一切都是游戏惹的祸。

网络，这个让人欢喜让人忧的东西，今后我一定要好好把握，正确使用，让它发挥出最大的能力。

Nowdays, with the rapid development of the road, cars have been playing an increasingly important role in our day-to-day life. It has brought a lot of benefits but has created some serious problems as well. Traffic safety as the most importent one, is closely related to everybodys business.

This phenomenon exists for a number of reasons . Some of the accidents are due to mechanical problems. As the vehicles in the road become common, the function of vehicles has improved and the speed is getting faster. However, most of them are the results of careless and reckless driving, which could not be avoided. A lot of people disregard traffic signals and rules. They drive regardless of speed limits, run through red lights, drive in the wrong direction, talk and laugh while driving, and turn at will without giving signals. They even dont slow down while approaching crossroads. So many people violate traffic regulations that we cannot put too much emphasis on the importance of traffic safety. Meanwhile, we can not ignore the fact that there are many problems existing in the design. They are all important reasons accounting for this phenomenon.

Some effective measures must be taken to slove this problem. The major cause for traffic accidents is people’s lack of safety awareness. Completing a safety driving education course is a very important way to reduce the number of traffic accidents. The key point for this issue is people’s awareness towards safety. It is a long-term goal rather than a single course for safety driving. The best way to solve the troubles is that we all abey the traffic rules. First, we cant get through red light and must observe traffic order. Secondly, tell our relatives not drive after drinking. Then, we should be care about road damage and inform relevant departments to solve the problems early. Finally, an active part in social activities, protect our order society! Another measure is improving the traffic condition by add traffic signal and other traffic safety facilities。Only when everybody takes traffic safety as their own business, can we achive safe driving and walking on road.

作为学生，一年有绝大部分时间在学校和学校周围生活。在这个人口密集，面积狭小的特殊的环境里，安全更是我们的一直关注的重点，国家有关部门为此专门立了相关法律法规，制定了相关条例。如《学生伤害事故处理办法》、《未成年人保护法》、《预防未成年人犯罪法》等，同时国家也提出了“安全工作责任重于泰山”、“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，同时，国家又成立了安全总局，负责全国安全工作的管理，这说明国家非常重视安全工作。调查显示，我国中小学生因交通事故、建筑物倒塌、食物中毒、溺水、治安事故、暴力犯罪等死亡，平均每天有40多人，相当于每天有一个班的学生失去他们如花的生命!楼房拥挤造成学生受伤，课间追逐打闹造成骨折，课堂上被铅笔头扎伤、实验过程中被烫伤、溺水身亡、学生打架斗殴以及车祸等意外事故令人防不胜防。枯燥冰冷的数字，这些令人心颤的事实背后我们看见了什么呢?逝者以他们的鲜活而短暂的生命向我们提出了哪些警示呢?望老师、同学深思!

尽管生活中有不可避免的突发灾难，未知遭遇常让我们胆战心惊，手足无措，但研究表明，通过加强自我保护意识，提高自我保护能力，若能在灾难和伤害降临的初期，及时采取正确的措施，80%的伤害是可以避免的。

我们小学生正处于生理的发育阶段，心理非常单纯，最容易受到各种各样的伤害。但是，生命总是眷顾有安全意识的人，而安全意识是从日常行为中体现出来的。比如：遵纪守法，遵守交通规则，自觉抵制暴力、黄色信息和毒品，遇事要冷静，做事多想想后果，做到三思而行，同学间有了矛盾要冷静解决，不要以非对非。学会求助他人，学会躲避风险，如：遇到火灾要及时报告大人，或拨打119报警电话，不能贸然只身去救火，因为我们小学生人小无能力;遭遇暴力(以大欺小)一定要想办法及时脱身，报告老师或拨打110电话报案，要学会拒绝别人的无理要求或不良诱惑，养成良好的生活习惯，这些知识很简单，但如果做不到，我们的健康甚至生命就可能收到威胁，同时我还希望同学们做到“四防”，即：防火—— 严禁玩火，禁止把火源带入学校，杜绝火灾事故发生，一旦遭遇火灾，要学会正确的逃生方法(班主任按要求指导学生);防水——严禁私自下河堰洗澡，杜绝溺水事故的发生，如果发生同伴溺水的危急事情，要马上就近找到大人求救，千万不能因为害怕而逃离现场;防盗——关好门窗，注意自身财物的保管;防自身安全——自觉遵守公共秩序、社会公德和学校安全常规，严禁课间或户外活动时不听从老师教导、追逐吵闹伤害事故的发生。

Early in senior high school, we longed to be enrolled in a university. Now the dream has come true. But how do we college students like our campus life?

Certainly, some relish it, finding it colorful and rewarding. Besides study, they spend considerable amount of time improving themselves in various aspect. Yet others do not think much of their college life, thus do not benefit as much. In their eyes, the university is just a bigger high school. The only difference is that they have more time at their disposal without parents looking over their shoulder.

As to me, college life is ideal if only I have abundant books to read, some bosom friends to keep me company, a couple of conscientious professors to instruct me, and an easy access to the Internet.

The famous male tennis players are Big 4. They almost won all the important

championships during the last ten years. But Murray was in the awkward situation

though he was one of the Big 4, he never won the grand slam, what’s more, people

in England put so much hope on him to win Wimbledon Championship. When Murray

When the second time he won, he cried out again though he did not have so

Honesty is long-lasting virtue of people all over the world. Likewise, it

is also one of the deeply-held values of the Chinese people. Some people believe

that in the market economy, honesty tends to be obsolete. In my opinion, honesty

will never be out of date no matter what the situation might be.

Firstly, honesty has been treasured and honest people have been respected

through history in all parts of the world. People everywhere would regarded

honesty as a virtue and hate a dishonesty person. Secondly, honesty is the basis

of interactions among people. People should treat each other sincerely and open

their hearts to each other. Only in this way can the relationship among the

people be natural. Thirdly, in the market economy, some people try to get more

money at the cost of honesty. To them, a best businessman is one who can cheat

Today is the Dragon Boat Festival. Its Qu Yuans day of commemoration. In

钢水的天空冒起了小泡，腾起了同学们仰卧起坐比赛的心!

Stress comes in all shapes and size, and has become pervasive, it seems to

penetrate everything and everybody, its hard to get through a day without

hearing or reading something about stress. Some doctors refer to stress as some

kind of new plague天灾, 灾害, 祸患. However, numerous surveys confirm that the problem

has progressively risen since the 1980s. Why all the disorder? After all, stress

has been around since Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden, Stress is an

unavoidable consequence of life. Without stress, there would be no life.

However, just as distress can caw disease, there are good stresses that balance

this, and promote wellness.

秋天到了，校园内的菊花竞相开放，五颜六色的花朵吸引了很多同学观看。有的同学们来到操场上，玩拔河比赛的活动，还有的在打蓝球，校园里秋高气爽，真是热闹极了。

My grandparents believed you were either honest or you werent. There was

no in between. They had a simple motto hanging on their living-room wall: "Life

is like a field of newly fallen snow; where I choose to walk every step will

show. "They didnt have to talk about it--they demonstratedthe motto by the way

they lived. They understood instinctively that integrity means having a personal

standard of morality and ethics that does not sell out to expediency and that is

not relative to the situation at hand. Integrity is an inner standard for

judging your behavior.Unfortunately, integrity is in short supply today--and

getting scarcer. But it is the real bottom line in every area of society.And it

is something we must demand of ourselves.

A good test for this value is to look at what I call the Integrity Trial,

which consists of three key principles: Stand firmly for your convictions in the

face of personal pressure.

When you know youre right, you cant back down. Always give others credit

that is rightfully theirs. Dont be afraid of those who might have a better idea

or who might even be smarter than you are. Be honest and open about who you

really are. People who lack genuine core values rely on external factors--their

looks or status---in order to feel good about themselves. Inevitably they will

do everything they can to preserve this facade,but they will do very little to

develop their inner value and personal growth.

So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

I like teamwork because I can learn from others. Once, I was very shy and

did not know how to get along with other students, so everytime when the teacher

gave us the task and asked us to finish in the teamwork, I was very scared. Then

my classmates helped me, they gave me a lot opinion and they respected me,

making me the indispensable person. Then I became brave and gave my opinion, we

were in a group, every opinion meant so much. During these days, I was so

excited about the experiment, we shared our idea and talked happily. It was such

a happy moment, I liked cooperation.

Seasons have colors. What are the four seasons colors like?

Spring is green. When spring comes, trees begin to bud and grass begin to

grow. It is really a green world, and it is also the color of hope.What about

summer? When I look at flowers of almost all kinds in blossom, I know that the

color of summer is red.Compared with summer, autumn is totally different color,

especially in the north of our country. The rice in the fields and fruits on the

branches are the signals of autumn. It is the color filled with ripeness. Gold

is the symbol of harvest.Winter is the world of snow. Therefore, white is the

color of winter.

Seasons have colors and the changing of the four seasons makes the land

colorful and energetic.

Many animals are in danger of dying out. As is shown in the chart, we can

see the number of animal species decreases faster and faster and this trend will

continue. From 1980 to 2010, at least 1 million animal species have disappeared.

Worse still, more and more wild animals are in great danger. It is not a piece

of sensational news; it is a fact, a harsh reality. Unfortunately, we may not

see these animals in the near future.

From the second picture, we can find some reasons. Why is the number of

animal species declining year by year? Apparently animals have become victims of

fashion industry. Animal skin has been used to make fashionable clothes and

these clothes sell at a high price. So some greedy people begin to kill animals

in a large quantity. This irresponsible behavior not only breaks the balance of

nature but also endangers the living environment of human beings.

As far as I am concerned, something must be done to stop this illegal

action. We believe "no buying, no killing". First, we must make concerning laws

to protect these animals in danger. Second, we must take some measures to

protect animals effectively. Animals are our friends and part of our

environment. Third, we should raise peoples awareness to protect animals and

our environment. In this way, we can build a harmonious society and ensure a

sustainable development.

校园安全我从来也不知道，也很少听别人说，但从几件事例中，使我知道了一些校园安全知识。

在学校里，有一次，下课铃一响，我就冲出教室，飞快地跑下楼。结果我跑得太快，“咚”的一声，身体摔在了地上，这还不严重，严重的是我竟然把大门牙磕掉了一半。我捂着嘴巴，赶快去了医务室。回到教室，徐老师给我妈妈打了电话，把我接到了医院。如果我撞倒了小朋友，那后果不堪设想。

在三年级下学期，我在科小学乒乓球。五。一前，妈妈送我到大门口，她一按电动车的喇叭，门卫就开门了。但五。一之后，他们不但不开门，而且连一点开门的意思都没有，只让学生进，家长一律不许进。我们学校也一样，接送孩子都有家长止步线。要是想进入校门，必须有班主任的签条，向门卫登记，才能进去。

通过这两件事，我开始意识到了校园安全有多重要。如果我摔的不是我的门牙，而是比我小的同学的话，那会是怎样的结果呢?我不敢想象。如果门卫随意放人进入，那校园里会是什么样?我上网查了一些关于校园安全的资料，了解了一些常识，有关于上学路上的安全，有课余时间玩耍时要注意的安全，有同学间不做危险动作等等。

我以后要严格遵守学校规定，按老师的要求去做。
