天气晴

今天是我进入初中生活最快乐的一天。我们班获得了“军训第一”，望着墙上的奖状，我不由回想起了辛苦而幸福的军训生活。

记得那天，骄阳似火，把它的热气毫无保留的散发出来。我们站在滚烫的大地上站军姿，“昂首挺胸，目视前方，手放在裤腿两侧!”教官又训话了，我们的教官很严厉，由于他很胖，我们同学私底下叫他“胖子”。可是当他教我们比父母都认真，那一次，他教我们齐步走，他先给我们示范了一下。只见他握紧拳头，夹紧双臂，目光凝视前方，迈开大步“同学们注意一下，先迈的是右脚!一二一，一二一，一二一”同学们被教练的一丝不苟感动了，把每一个动作记在心中。

教官啊，您虽然已经回归部队，虽然已离开了我们，可我们还是谢谢您，教官。在您的严格要求和同学们的辛苦努力下，让我们取得了骄人的成绩!

天气阴

festival.During the holiday of Dragon Boat Festival,I got together with my

The Chinese Dragon Boat Festival is a significant (有意义的)holiday celebrated

(庆祝)in China, and the one with the longest history (历史最悠久). The Dragon Boat

Festival is celebrated by boat races (龙舟赛) in the shape of dragons. Competing

teams (竞争团队) row their boats forward to a drumbeat (击古)racing to reach the

finish end first.

The boat races during the Dragon Boat Festival are traditional customs

(传统习俗)to attempts to (试图)rescue (搭救) the patriotic poet (爱国诗人)Chu Yuan. Chu Yuan

drowned (溺死) on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month in 277 B.C. Chinese

citizens now throw bamboo leaves (竹叶) filled with cooked rice into the

water.

on turned into the custom of eating tzungtzu and rice dumplings(棕子).

Dragon Boat Festival is one the very classic traditional festivals, which

has been celebrated since the old China. Firstly, it is to in honor of the great

poet Qu Yuan, who jumped into the water and ended his life for loving the

country. Nowadays, different places have different ways to celebrate.

In my hometown, there will be a traditional competition, that is the dragon

boat race. People make up the team and fight for the honor. Every boat looks

like the dragon and it is the most obvious feature. A lot of people will come to

visit or watch the match. Then the game begins. The audience will cheer for the

teams and the competitors try their best to make the boat go fast. It is very

lively.

The Dragon Boat Festival is one of the most popular traditional festivals

celebrated in China, which is on the fifth of the fifth lunar month, also known

as Duanwu Festival. It’s said that it is to commemorate the death of a Chinese

patriotic poet, Qu Yuan, who was snared by corrupt officials in ancient China

and finally committed suicide by drowning himself in the Miluo River to protest

The traditions and customs held on this festival differ from place to

在我刚刚接触网络时，是在3岁。

安全生产是我们永恒的主题，也是我们永远的责任，20__年6月，全国第__个“安全生产月”，也是昭通昆钢嘉华水泥建材有限第__个安全生产月。今年的安全月主题是:“遵守安全生产法，当好第一责任人”。我司也制定了“安全生产月”活动实施方案，各车间、部门结合工作实际，围绕活动主题，精心组织，抓好各项工作落实，以“安全生产月”为契机，确保全年安全生产目标实现。

安全责任重在落实，应着力完善安全生产责任制。保障安全生产责任传递到岗，落实到每一个人，同时，强化组织绩效考核促进责任落实，努力提高人员的安全意识和技能，深化安全生产思想保障工作。安全事故的发生，多为误性操作、习惯性违章及安全制度的执行不全面等诸多因素，只有我们在安全规章制度框架里，进一步加强安全责任心，加强安全责任的落实，才能把风险控制在最低限度。

安全责任重在落实，关键点在于我们每个人的主观能动性。假使都为安全生产贡献自己的一份力量和智慧，营造一个安全的生产环境，那么我们就能共享平安之和谐。20__年是昭通嘉华管理提升关键的一年，确保厂区的生产安全，更是我们基层员工的共同责任。积极贯彻、传达、有效落实上级安全精神;积极组织开展各项安全教育与培训活动;随时与他人共同分享已有的安全生产经验;依法开展各项安全生产检查工作;及时发现并消除安全隐患;个人在做好自己安全生产和安全防护的同时，要加以监督身边同事的安全工作;敢于纠正工作中不安全的行为;主动处理不安全状况;积极消除危险有害的环境因素;冷静处理突发事件;关注车间以及部门每一位职工的身体和精神状态的变化。

安全责任重在落实，我们要清醒地认识到，与公司的安全目标相比，我们的安全生产现状仍有许多亟待突破的瓶颈。首先是习惯性的违章仍然常见:进入车间不戴安全帽或戴安全帽不规范;工作责任心不强;巡检检查不彻底等等。以为是小事，只要完成工作任务，不出事故，就没什么大不了。但是长此以往，当某些坏习惯习以为常，在脑子里根深蒂固时，必将后患无穷。其次是安全培训和教育仍需加强。有初来乍到的新人要培训，再培训;有不懂安全的外来人员要培训;有干活不注重方法，蛮干的粗心人要培训和教育;有做事糊里糊涂、丢三落四、责任心不的人要培训和教育;有凭老经验，不遵守操作规程的人要培训;还有我们与时俱进，学习新知识、接受新观念要学习、要接受培训和教育。安全培训只有起点，没有终点。还有我们的安全检查工作要深入，进入更深层次去发现问题，及时消除隐患，为安全生产保驾护航。

当前，夏季高温炎热天气已将到来，给安全工作带来新的严峻挑战，我们要以“安全生产月”活动为契机，强化安全意识，立足岗位，更加自觉地认知自己所肩负的安全责任，更加自觉地从细节入手履行自己应尽的安全责任，更加自觉地把落实安全责任作为热爱企业、忠于企业的定律，以个人尽责累积团队尽责，以团队尽责共筑企业平安屏障，以良好的安全工作业绩为公司3258工程贡献自己的力量。

When it comes to success, different people have different opinions about

what makes it come true. Some people regard hard-working as an essential quality

to success while others believe being clever would lead to success. From my

point of view, I think perseverance and hard-working are indispensable for those

who want to make an achievement.

Firstly, perseverance let people step closely towards success. Most people

want to make a big difference to prove their value. People who set their goal

and keep moving would make their dream come true. However, there are some people

who set their goal but they stop at the difficulty would fail in the end. I

think the difference between success and failure is perseverance. If we have

perseverance, even if we are not clever, we will make a great difference, but if

we not, we are doomed to lose. As we all know, Edison is a great inventor in the

world. However, before he invented the bulb, he kept trying for tens of

thousands of times to find a suitable wire. Let us imagine, if he gave up at the

999th, then how he couldn’t become so successful. So, I strongly believe that

perseverance produces success.

Secondly, there is also a kind of people who are born with cleverness, I

think they are lucky. Nevertheless, if they don’t make a hard work on their way

to their goal, they, absolutely, will become loser. Whether we are gifted for

intelligent, we must be hard-working so as to success. I regard hard-working as

an efficient approach to be successful because I believe ‘pains and gains’. As

for those who do not make great efforts on work, failure follows. In old times,

there is a clever boy who can make excellent poem when he can talk. When his

father found the little child’s cleverness, he just let the child make poems to

show around while never let the boy learned anything. When the boy grew up,

people forgot him because he lost the ability to compose poems and became

ordinary as others. From this matter, we can see that only by hard-working can

we get knowledge and make a good future.

Anyway, I think perseverance and hard-working are both important in our way

to success for they enhance us and produce success.

今天是星期天，一大早我就起床去学校了，因为今天是我们学校第十九届运动会开幕。

到了学校，我们排好队去运动会场地。虽然一路上飘着蒙蒙细雨，但是同学们的劲头都很足，一路上都兴致勃勃地讨论着谁能得冠军。我也期待着自己能够获得好成绩，因为我也是实心球的运动员之一。

到了场地，开幕仪式过后，比赛就一轮轮激烈地开始了。虽然还没轮到我，但是听着场地上此起彼伏的加油呐喊声，我感到了前所未有的紧张。等了很久，终于，实心球的比赛开始了。我先到场地点了名，然后排队等待，我是第四个，前面的选手发挥得都不错，这让我感到了压力。轮到我了，我先拿起了第一个球，把它夹在脖子那里，深吸一口气，然后一鼓作气，使劲扔了出去，一看，只有四米多，我不气馁，紧接着拿起第二个球，咬紧牙关往前扔，这次扔了五米，最后一个球了，我平复了一下心情，拿好球用尽所有的力气扔了出去，可是还是只有五米。我的成绩没有超过前面几位选手，顿时觉得有点沮丧，妈妈过来安慰我，说：“别灰心，尽了自己最大的努力就行了，下个学期还可以参加的。”我听了，默默地点了点头。

这次运动会我虽然没有取得很好的成绩，但是今后我一定会努力锻炼，争取在下届运动会有出色的表现。
