科室紧紧围绕“平安和谐校园”创建工作，全面部署本年度安全工作，进一步落实安全责任，扎实开展隐患排查治理，积极组织开展安全教育活动，采取有效措施做好食品、交通、综治、消防等安全工作，确保了全县师生和学校的安全稳定。

一、加强领导，落实责任

元月17日，召开了全县中小学幼儿园安全工作会议，与各学校签订《2013年度博爱县中小学幼儿园安全工作目标管理责任书》，校车所属幼儿园向教育局递交《2013年度博爱县校车安全管理目标责任保证书》，并督促各学校与不同层面的教师、学生、家长层层签订责任书。先后召开食品、校车、防溺水、冬季安全等校长安全专题动员、反馈、总结会议，进一步加强组织领导，专题部署学校安全工作，保证学校安全工作稳步推进。

同时，组织全县各中小学认真学习并贯彻落实教育部《中小学校岗位安全工作指南》要求，指导学校进一步加强安全制度建设，明确岗位安全职责和任务，落实校园安全各项制度和措施，切实做好中小学校安全工作。

二、全面排查，消除隐患

严格落实校园安全隐患排查整治制度，组织各中小学及幼儿园每月开展隐患排查整治工作，及时掌握全县学校安全状况，督促各学校建立隐患排查治理台账，明确责任，限定时间，及时消除隐患，确保广大师生生命财产安全。

9月份，在全县教育系统开展了校园安全隐患大排查大整治专项活动，做到横向到边，纵向到底，不留死角，不留盲区，对全县各级各类学校的校舍及教学设施、交通、饮食卫生、住宿、高危人员、周边环境、安全教育等进行逐校督查，发现问题，下发限期整改通知书，督促其及时整改到位，及时消除各类安全隐患。

三、加强教育，增强意识

认真落实教育部《中小学公共安全教育指导纲要》，督促各中小学切实普及安全教育课，采用多种形式，帮助学生掌握公共安全知识和技能。一是在全省中小学“安全教育日”、“安全生产月”和河南省中小学幼儿园“安全月”主题活动期间，积极组织各级各类学校举办多种形式教育宣传活动，做到校校开展应急疏散演练，有效提升紧急情况下师生自救互救以及学校应急处置突发事件能力。二是组织各中小学参加2013年河南省中小学生安全知识网络竞赛活动和**市“与安全同行----身边的安全故事”有奖征文活动，在中小学生中普及、宣传学习、掌握安全知识，提高安全意识，预防各种安全事故的发生。在河南省中小学生安全知识网络竞赛活动中，博爱县教育局获优秀组织奖，县职专、群英中学、月山中学、松林小学、秀珠小学、**小学、金城乡中心学校等7所学校获学校组织奖。三是在寒暑假之前，通过印发告家长书、校讯通等形式，加强与家长的沟通，做好学生防溺水、防煤气中毒等宣传教育工作。四是组织全县94名安全专干参加为期2个月的“中小学教师安全教育远程培训”，全员合格，有效地提升了学校安全工作的管理水平。五是组织各乡镇中心学校、县直各学校、民办学校、城区幼儿园食堂管理人员、从业人员集中观看《学校食堂食品安全管理与规范操作》教学片，增强安全意识，提升管理水平。六是组织全县95名安全专干参加为期两个月的“中小学教师生命与安全教育远程培训”，全部完成培训任务，有效提升了安全工作管理层的业务水平。七是组织全县心理健康教育教师参加市级心理健康教育培训。

四、加强监管，确保平安

一是严格实行校园安全隐患月报和学期报制度，组织各中小学及幼儿园每月定期开展安全隐患排查整治工作，及时消除安全隐患。县教育局于每年的3月和9月，逐校督查隐患整治情况，进一步落实了隐患排查整改责任制，保证了校园的安全稳定。二是协调县药监局，在春季和秋季开学第一个月，对我县中小学及幼儿园的食堂食品安全进行专项检查，确保师生饮食安全。柏山中学、月山中学食堂顺利通过第三轮创建省中小学一级食堂验收，今年积极申报光智中学、清化中学参加第四轮创建。三是建立了博爱县19个局委参加的校车安全管理联席会议制度，每月召开校车安全管理联席会议，研究讨论解决校车安全管理工作中存在的问题，并联合交警大队开展校车安全管理专项整治，对8辆未上牌校车下发了停运通知。同时，充分利用校车监控平台，定时监控县域内11辆专用校车运行情况，发现问题，及时反馈，保证校车安全运行。四是以“除火患保平安冬春专项行动”、消防安全教育“雏鹰行动”、今冬明春火灾防控等为载体，扎实开展消防安全隐患排查整治，有效举办形式多样的消防安全教育，逐步完善了学校的各种消防设施，全面落实了预防火灾的各项措施。全年，指导各中小学及幼儿园制作《博爱消防温馨提示牌》近180个，做好火灾预防工作。五是配合县综治委开展“一打击两整治”、午托机构专项整治，配合职成科开展民办学校及培训机构年检和复检工作，配合幼教办开展幼儿园年检工作，进一步规范校园周边和民办机构安全秩序。六是组织各学校扎实开展防溺水专项安全教育，过发放省教育厅防溺水安全教育挂图400张、举办主题班会等有效形式，对学生进行专题教育，全面普及预防溺水的安全知识;通过印发《致学生家长一封信》近7万份、召开家长会、定期发送防溺水短信等加强与学生家长的沟通与配合。七是印发《关于做好冬季学校安全工作的紧急通知》，组织各校开展冬季安全大检查，发现问题，立即整改。突出学校安保、交通、食品、防火、防煤气中毒、综治等日常管理，进一步加强教育，落实责任，切实做好冬季学校安全工作。

我县在去年顺利完成5所“平安和谐校园”创建任务的基础上，指导清化中学、**沟学校、玉祥中学、松林小学、**小学、实验小学等6所学校积极开展创建活动，保证完成今年创建任务。

his house, we found a beautiful tree with shinning lights. My teachers taught us

how to cook all the cookies, we were having such great fun. I made the cookies

with many favors. We talked happily and sung Christmas songs.

I learned how the foreign people spend their big day, it was such

unforgettable for me.

2008年5月12日下午2点28分，大地颤抖，苍天哭泣。5·12汶川大地震使本应是欢声笑语，朗朗书声的校园倾刻间变成了人间地狱，同学们的哭泣声，呼喊声，呻吟声……回荡在灰尘飞扬，满目疮痍的校园里，无数个鲜活的生命枯萎了，本应是最安全的地方却成了生命最后的归宿。

校舍安全成为了人们最关注的话题它联系着千家万户的幸福平安，于是全国各地开展了“校舍安全工程”。政府分期对全市中小学校舍进行了维修和重建。所有超期，有危险隐患的教学楼都被破拆重建了，有一中，四中、开元、盛元、裕民等学校，每天上下学我都能路过它们，看着它们从平地渐渐拔起，慢慢穿上了新装，我心里有着说不出的高兴，‘家长们把我们送到学校，在这样宽敞明亮，极有安全感的教室里学习成长一定很放心’。

我们不但有了结实的新教室，同时学校还不断对我们进行安全知识教育和演练，学校制定了校园安全条例，规划了应急疏散通道，为在危急时候打开生命通道，大大增强了我们的安全意识，也使父母更加放心我们的学校生活。我们也能在学校里无忧无虑的快乐学习和生活。

mothers mobile phone and couldnt wait to find a small yellow car. I turned on my

mobile phone, scanned the QR code of the bike sharing car, and input the

password. I only heard "didi" and the lock on the bike was opened. This

operation is really convenient. So my mom and I got on the bike sharing. We

enjoy the scenery on both sides of the road, talking and laughing all the way,

but also exercise. This is really a healthy and environmentally friendly way to

travel!

However, the good time is not long, bike sharing is facing unprecedented

disaster. Some are thrown into rivers, some are short of arms and legs, some are

locked in private Where are the qualities of these people? Is this the quality

that we Chinese should have? No, this is not the quality that we Chinese should

have! This small bike sharing is like a mirror, reflecting the quality of

Chinese people. The original intention of bike sharing is good, it can bring

convenience to the public, low-carbon environmental protection, green travel! I

hope you can maintain bike sharing together!

With the progress of society, peoples quality should be constantly

improved. Bike sharing is a good invention. Lets protect it together. Low carbon

and environmental protection. Starting from me, lets maintain a better tomorrow

with both hands. Lets make our sky bluer and our air cleaner!

There is no doubt that we all want to be successful. But what’s the main

concern of the way to success? From Abraham Lincoln’s famous remark, “Give me

six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the

axe”, I learn that if we want to achieve success, we must make full preparation

for it.

Only if we are well prepared, can we catch the opportunity which occurs

once in a while. In our daily life, we have to expand our horizon and lay a

solid foundation for success. It will be a long way to be successful thus we

have to accumulate our knowledge day by day. And we can’t achieve success in one

“同学们，现在校园外面无证商贩兜售的那些看似好吃的辣条、豆丁、牛肉干小包装食品，那都没有安全保障，千万不要吃……”3月25日,新疆巴州博湖县食品药品监督管理局与县教育科学技术局联合启动“校园食品安全宣传周”活动，首场举行了食品安全知识讲座,与200余名中学生代表共同认识了食用健康食品的有益性和垃圾食品的危害性，增强了学生的自我保护和安全消费意识。

授课活动现场，博湖县食药监局局长王鸿宾借用幻灯片的形式向同学们讲解了“什么是食品安全”、“如何购买安全食品”、“如何警防食物中毒”等几项常识，倡议同学们认真学习食品安全知识，养成良好生活习惯，切莫因馋嘴购买“三无”食品，影响身体健康。

通过一张张显示小作坊中加工食品不卫生操作的现实图片、同学们看着心惊胆战，唏嘘声此起披伏。

授课结束后，学生们普遍表示，通过食品安全知识讲座，他们掌握了许多健康饮食的知识，一位来自博湖中学初一(10)的学生程欢欢感慨地说道：“现在知道了哪些是垃圾食品,以后就不会吃了。”

据博湖县食药监局局长王鸿宾表示：此次“食品安全进校园”宣传活动的目的是进一步引导广大学生建立科学的饮食观,掌握食品安全基本知识,提高识别假冒伪劣食品的能力,增强学生食品安全自我保护意识和主动宣传意识,形成与在校师生共建、共管、共同参与食品药品安全监督的良好氛围。

据悉，博湖县本次“校园食品安全宣传周”活动将会持续到3月31日，期间，该县食药监局及各中小学校、幼儿园还将通过利用学校网站、宣传栏、黑板报、校园广播等形式多样、丰富多彩的宣传教育活动，切实为孩子们的学习、生活创造一个健康安全的环境。

妈妈说我这人就是这样，在校园时总想着放假，而真正当我放假在家许久之后，我又会想念校园生活。

的确，在放假差不多有半年那么长时，我已经晚上做梦都会梦见校园生活了，这种对校园的想念，让我忽然接受了妈妈对我的了解。这一之前我不愿意承认的了解，现在我不得不承认了。

昨晚上我又梦见校园生活，我梦见那久未踏入的校园，此时正知了声声替代了朗朗读书声，我梦见那久未相见的老师和同学，此时已经跟我印象中的他们长得不太一样了，我梦见那写不完的作业，此时已经不需要我们自己去写了……这些梦里校园的生活，让我从梦中醒来之后，拍拍自己的胸口，告诉自己：“还好那只是一个梦，并不是真的。”

对于我这个以前上学时总会期盼着快些放假的人，我都想念一些校园的什么呢?因为放假时间过长，我已经想念校园生活中那并不怎么好吃的饭菜了。过去在校园生活时，那食堂的饭菜是很难吸引我们的，现在因为太久没有吃到那不怎么好吃，但又着自己特殊气味的饭菜，如今也成了我想念的对象。因为放假时间过长，我已经想念校园生活中那以前最令我头痛的部分——考试了。过去在校园生活时，考试即将来临是我最头痛的时刻，现在倒好，半年没去校园上课，就连考试也成了我想念的对象。

这些都成了我想念校园生活的理由，那那些可爱的老师和亲爱的同学们，又怎么会不被我想念呢?我想念我的校园生活，我希望我能够尽快回到我的校园生活里去，这样我才不至于因为过于想念校园生活而梦见相反的内容!

在家放假太长时间的我，想念校园生活，就像我在校园时总想着放假一样。

我们的学校算得上是一所“平安校园”。每一个班级都是“平安班级”；每一件办公室都是“平安科室”。在学校里，“平安”这个词已深入人心，每一位学生都不做危险的事，每一位老师都教育我们注意安全。“平安”这个词也在我们上课下课时的每一个细节出现。

下课了，大家正准备跑出教室活动时，总会有广播中那“下楼时不要追逐打闹”的话语。下楼时，会有那几位牺牲自己休息时间的监督岗提醒大家“不要扶扶手”“不要在走廊里打闹”的一些提醒的话语，是同学们在玩耍时多了一层安全的保障。

要放假了，老师也不忘叮嘱几句：“不要玩火、玩电、玩水，不要在马路上追逐，12岁以下的同学不能骑自行车。”是同学们放假时也不忘安全的重要性。

手工课上，老师也会提醒我们剪刀等危险物品要小心使用；去植树造林是，一句“铁锹不要砸到别的同学”也使大家的安全意识提高；开学时，总会去听安全知识普及讲座，是大家树立安全意识；班会课上，会通过不同的形式，提高大家的警惕……

一座平安的校园，到处欢声笑语，同学们的安全得到了保障。一句句提醒，一次次讲座，一声声广播，都使我们感受到了安全其实就伴随在我们身边。所以，让我们携起手来，共同创建平安校园！

有人说，生命是宝藏;有人说，生命是黄金。我说，生命是花，就像春天绚丽多彩的花。世界因如花的生命而精彩，可是有的人却轻易地让生命之花过早地凋谢了

学校是我们大家共同生活和学习的场所，有老师，有同学，有花草树木，我们像生活在一个快乐的大家庭里，处处洋溢着歌声和欢笑。我们就像爱自己的家一样爱着我们的校园。可是，学校里同学们多、地方小，你是否注意我们身边的一些不安全因素呢?比如：课间里同学们相互追逐、打打闹闹，都是不安全的，还常出现危险的事情。我曾经听到过这样一个事例：有一位同学课间为逞强，用手撑在桌子上并像荡秋千一样玩，突然上课铃响了，同学们呼啦一声挤进教室，把那名同学撞倒在地，当时就把鼻子和嘴给嗑出血来，这下可忙坏了老师和家长，一大群人把他送进医院。你说这怨谁呢?如果你是一个安分守纪的学生，能发生这种现象吗?所以，同学们要听老师和家长的话，高高兴兴去上学，平平安安走回家，做一个遵纪守法的好学生。

作为学生，一年有绝大部分时间在学校和学校周围生活。在这个人口密集，面积狭小的地方时时都可能发生危险。因此，为了自己的安全，为了不让老师和家长担心，我们一定要注意安全。课间时，不要在走廊或楼梯上疯打乱闹，做到轻声漫步右侧行;当几个人一起上下楼时，主动站成一竖列;当做操时，全校同学都会下楼，那楼梯上的人就会非常多，这时我们更应该注意不要拥挤，以免跌倒了……我相信，只要同学们都注意一些，我们的校园将变的更加和谐，更加美丽!
