I was reluctant to say goodbye to my two months of vacation, and how time passed so quickly.

Six years of primary school life is over and will soon be entering secondary school.

High school, a strange and familiar word, it contains a trace of mystery. Once upon a time, I wondered: what would life be like in middle school? Is it nervous? Or something else? Will I be assigned to a class with former primary school students? Will you meet new classmates and be friends? Will your grades be the same as now? Better or less? Everything is uncertain.

窗外树上的毛毛虫已破茧成蝶，翩翩起舞，开始了它生命的又一个起点。我也即将升入中学，开始人生的新一段路程。

透过窗户，看着日落。太阳慢慢从地平线消失，越来越少，越来越小。就像我的假期，也快结束了，开学在倒计时中慢慢迎来。

度过了自由自在、无拘无束的两个月，马上要迎来新的学期。不禁感叹道短暂的自由时光过得真快。转念想想，开学后又可以见到两个月未曾谋面的同学和老师，心里就有一丝兴奋。但是，即将投入紧张的学习状态，每天在题海里遨游，难得有个双休日也不能松口气，歇一歇，心里又添了些许焦虑。恋恋不舍的告别了两个月的假期生活，又埋怨时间为什么过得这么快。

六年的小学生活结束了，即将踏入中学。

中学，一个既陌生又熟悉的词，它蕴含着一丝神秘。曾经无数次思考着：中学生活会是什么样的呢？是紧张吗？还是别的什么？会和曾经的小学同学分到一个班吗？会认识新同学并成为朋友吗？上了中学以后学习成绩会和现在一样吗？是更好还是会下降呢？一切都是个未知数。

曾经也无数次幻想：迎着朝阳，走在上学的路上；踏着夕阳，走在回家的路上。清新的早晨，奔跑在校园的街头；温暖的午后，漫步在校园的小路上。初春的早晨，和同学们在操场嬉戏；夏天的傍晚，在校园的大树下排练节目；秋日的午后，在学校的椅子上看书；冬日的上午，和同学们在一起打雪仗、堆雪人……这些是多么惬意。

听大人们说，中学这个阶段很重要，要打好基础，以后学起来才不会累。曾经有一个学姐(她比我高一年级，很优秀，是个非常好的姐姐)对我说：“中学这个阶段很重要，一切要以学习为主，别的都是次要的。”学姐这番意味深长的话，使我有很大的感悟。谢谢你，学姐，那让我们一起加油吧！

夕阳西下，但是明天又将从东方升起，我会以崭新的面貌，开始人生的新一番旅程！

Habits

Habits, whether good or bad, are gradually formed. When a person doesa certain thing again and again, he＇ll be obliged to do it in the same way by some unseen force. Thus habit is formed. Once a habit is formed, it is difficult and sometimes almost impossible to get rid of it. It is.therefore very important that we should take care in the formation of habits.

Good habits have many advantages. Going to bed early and getting up early makes us healthy. Diligence helps to succeed. Honesty helps:: win the respeet and trust of others.

If we form bad habits, such as rudeness, laziness, lying and stealing, we might be mined by them.

We ought to keep away from bad habits and try to acquire habits good for ourselves and others. ( 133 words)

习惯

习惯，不管是好是坏，都是逐渐形成的。当一个人反复的做某件事时，他就会被某种看不见的力量驱使不得不以同样的方式再去做这件事，于是习惯就形成了。习惯一旦形成，就很难、有时几乎不可能改掉。因此，在养成习惯时我们都应该特别小心，这一点至关重要。

良好习惯有着许多优点。早睡早起身体好；勤奋助人成功；诚实助人赢得他人的尊重和信任。

如果我们养成了坏习惯，比如：粗野、懒惰、说谎、偷窃，我们就可能堕落。

我们应该远离坏习惯并努力养成对己对人都有好处的习惯。
