The Great Wall was renovated from time to time after the Qin Dynasty. A major renovation started with the founding of the Ming Dynasty in 1368, and took 200 years to complete. The wall we see today is almost exactly the result of this effort. 扬州不仅有千姿百态、形态各异的柳树，还有姿态万千、奇形怪状的桥。二十四桥、渡江桥、五亭桥……各种各样的桥数不胜数。我觉得还是万福大桥最有特色。桥的两端托着两座“宝塔”矗立在大运河之上。到了晚上，斜拉的绳索上发出五彩缤纷的光点。仰望“宝塔”更是美不胜收。别以为万福大桥只是一座桥，它可是藏着千万宝藏呢！高大的“宝塔”里有好多可以参观的地方，如图片展、油画展……我喜欢扬州的桥。

扬州这个千年古城，经历了多少磨难，但正是这些磨难，造就了这样一个美好的生活环境。我爱我的家乡——扬州。
