I am in six grade now next term I am going to middle school so the coming vacation is my last summer vacation in primary school. It is so special to me. I plan to spend it with my friends we want to take part in the summer camp to have close access to the nature. I am so excited now I think we will have a good time.

be sensed everywhere and we are enjoying it.

I will have a seven-day holiday next week. In these days, I have many things to do. First, I must finish the exercises left by teachers, Chinese, math and English. It may take me two days to finish. I plan finish them in the first and second day. And then, I will go to see my grandparents with mom and dad. I miss them very much. So do they. I will stay there for three days. As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline

and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of

Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to
