今天是星期六，且是“九九重阳节”，我要为老人做一件事。

我告诉爷爷奶奶们，年纪大了，身体健康最重要。所以，要懂得一些养生的知识。现在的老年人，大部分都患有“三高”，即高血脂，高血糖，高血压，我的外婆就是一位三高病人。所以对老人来说，饮食是很重要的。我对大家说，他们应该吃得清淡一些，多吃蔬菜、水果，但糖尿病人吃的东西就更应特别注意，不能吃甜食，多吃一些低糖的食物。如南瓜，黄瓜、苦瓜;水果中大多含有比较多的甜份，所以不能随便多吃。年纪大了，行动也多有不便，但无论如何，运动也是必须的，这对老年人是有许多的好处的。老年人更应该多走走，多动动。养养花，剪剪草，聊聊天。多出去参加一些对老年人有益的活动。也可以学学打太极，舞剑，打打球等等，这样才会让自己的身体越来越硬朗。还有最重要的是要调节好心态，让自己每天都快快乐乐，开开心心的。年轻的时候，大家都忙着工作，赚钱，到老了还要照顾下一辈，有些还要继续赚钱。老年人首先要服老，而且要知足常乐，不能像年轻地那样……我滔滔不绝地和爷爷奶奶们谈论着。他们也不厌其烦地听着我讲。他们还不时地递给我一些吃的，搞得我挺不好意思的。

爷爷奶奶们不甘落后，纷纷给讲起了他们的童年故事。那些战争的岁月，那些艰苦的年代，其中的一位老爷爷居然给我讲起了抗美援朝时的事，听得我如痴如醉，想着那些炮火纷飞的战场，血肉模糊的场面，我听着听着，不觉想起了我们现在的生活，真的是天壤之别啊!听了爷爷奶奶的话后，我下定决心要好好学习，为祖国增光添彩。

不知不觉，该和老人们道别了，我依依不舍地和他们说再见。并祝他们重阳节快乐，让他们保重身体。我们约定，明年的重阳节，我还会再去看他们的。

我宣布，海港小学一年一度的秋季运动会现在正式开始!在结束音下响起热烈的掌声，说过希望中国在2030年成为体育强国。为了响应号召举行了运动会。

运动会分为两个部分，开幕式和运动比赛。我们班足球NO1，所以我们班的主题是足球。全班女生排队化妆，男生嬉戏打闹，热闹非凡，我们在打闹中进场。首先入场是的六一班彩旗队，随风飞扬的彩旗，令人不仅对少年充满新希望，从高年级到低年级顺序各班陆陆续续进场，响亮的口号，飞扬的彩旗，一致的步伐，热烈的舞蹈，这才是少年的激情，开幕式一结束，班里的同学就开始激烈的讨论起明天的比赛。究竟会怎样呢?一起来看看吧。

运动会第一天，在没有比赛项目时，书迷同学就沉侵在书海里，有的同学三三两两一组在下棋，一个上午就这样顺利度过了。下午的集体项目就是拔河比赛，我们班频频输给了一班和六班，得了小组第三。同学们回到班就像泄了气的皮球，有气无力的搭拉着脑袋，看得出大家一幅都想努力为班级争光的决心。

第二天，同学们暗暗发力将冠军、亚军的美誉拿下，最值得高兴的是4-100米接力赛中，男子组，女子组均是第一名。回到班级，同学们一扫昨日的焉巴，个个兴高采烈的讨论着比赛场上的精彩时刻，老师满带笑容的走进来，大声宣布：五二班第一名。全班热烈欢呼，那场面，壮观啊!

重阳节在当代青年心目中的淡化，反映了传统文化对年轻一代影响的日渐式微，写重阳节的文章作文。年轻人可以用学习压力大、工作竞争激烈等客观因素来解释自己的这种忘却，但无法回避的另一个事实是，在传统节日被淡忘的同时，西方节日却在不少年轻人中风光无限。如今许多年轻人热衷于西方的情人节，却对中国传统“七夕”节不屑一顾，就是一例。

事实上大多数中国的传统节日是传统文化的积淀形式，是传统伦理观、价值观的特定反映形态。然而我们不少年轻人却不知道为什么要在重阳节登高、赏菊，更无法体会其中所孕育的尊老敬老的伦理内涵。在此次调查中，90%的年轻人知道自己父母的生日，但从未想到在重阳节为父母送去一份祝福。这种对重阳节“有名无实”的认识，反映了传统伦理道德观念在不少年轻人观念中的某种弱化。

当然这种弱化需要辩证地看待。对于传统文化中糟粕的东西，这种弱化无疑有益。但是对于那些类似“老吾老，以及人之老;幼吾幼，以及人之幼”、“贫而无谄，富而无骄”之类优秀的东西，这种弱化就不应该了。因为，恰恰是孕育于后者之中的伦理规范与价值观念，成为构筑现代人格的重要力量之一。

在重阳节被一些年轻人逐渐淡忘的背后，我们看到的是传统文化教育的脆弱，好在这种淡漠已经引起社会的注意。目前北京已有25所中小学把诵读四书五经的部分内容列入课程表。在全国估计已有100万孩子开始把诵读古诗文作为日常学习的必修课。

我想重要的不是孩子们背了多少古诗，而是让他们多了解一下自己祖国优秀的文化遗产，并在这种优良文化的哺育中真正成为“知书达理、尚礼重义”的栋梁之才。

走进熟悉的大门，院内显得很冷清。长椅上三三两两坐着几个爷爷奶奶，没精打采晒着秋日的暖阳，偶尔睁开双眼漠然地看看匆匆经过的路人。我们顺梯而上，活动室空无一人。我将牛奶、香蕉、葡萄打开，这些都是我去超市精挑细选适合老人的食品。挨个房间，亲切的喊着，卧床的王爷爷，耳背的熊奶奶……双手递上礼物，嘴里介绍着自己，并祝爷爷奶奶健康长寿，爷爷奶奶欣喜地接过礼物，笑着连声夸奖我。张奶奶招呼我在她门前的椅子坐下，用她那干枯的手拉着我的手，满脸慈祥地看着我，问我的姓名、年龄、学校……我也问奶奶的身体怎样?吃得怎样?儿女经常来探望吗?你一句我一句的聊着。离开时，张奶奶告诉我，以后不要带礼物，来看看，来聊聊天，她们就心满意足了，并鼓励我好好学习，考上好大学，做个有用的人……

这时，院子里的爷爷奶奶陆陆续续的回来了，我主动给大家表演了我准备的节目，快板《两头忙》、《骗坐》，现场的气氛顿时热闹起来。诙谐的语言，夸张的动作，惹得爷爷奶奶哈哈大笑，他们鼓着掌，意犹未尽，像个孩子似的喊着：“再来一个，再来一个”。

相聚是短暂的，很远还能看到爷爷奶奶依依不舍的挥着手，满眼的期待……“树欲静而风不止，子欲养而亲不待”，我们要把握现在，抽出时间孝敬长辈，他们最需要的是最简单的陪伴!

小学三年级中国传统文化作文：春节 我感兴趣的传统节日中最喜欢的是春节，因为它是中国民间最隆重的传统节日。在农历正月初一，又叫阴历年，俗称“过年”，“新年”。

每年过年，街上挂满了红红的灯笼，彩旗飘飘。商场是人山人海，购买年货，可热闹了。

奶奶准备了丰盛的食物，外面有许多“砰、砰、砰”的鞭炮声。每个小朋友都穿上了漂亮的新衣服，大人们露出了满意的笑容。爸爸给我买了许多礼花和鞭炮，到了晚上，我就拿出礼花下楼和小朋友一起放，我们玩得非常高兴，到了晚会开始，我才恋恋不舍地回家，与家人一起一边吃水果一边观看晚会，精彩的表演把我们逗得哈哈大笑，心想：要是天天都过年该多好啊！

我还喜欢过“重阳节”，农历9月9日，是中国的一个古老的传统佳节——重阳节。 重阳节，又称“老人节”。重阳这一天，人们赏菊花，佩带茱萸，携酒上山，畅游欢愉。这一天放学，我和爸爸妈妈准备了一份礼物去看望爷爷奶奶，我心中非常开心，因为我明白尊老爱幼是我们中华的传统美德。

“元宵节”也让我难忘。每年农历的正月十五日，春节刚过，迎来的就是中国的传统节日元宵节，这一天我们也放了许多烟花，还吃了元宵，猜了灯谜，还到公园里观了灯。一家团团圆圆，那时的我心中充满无比的幸福和欢乐。

中国的传统节日真是丰富多彩，它是中国的文化。我了解的传统节日还有：端午节、清明、七夕节、中秋节等。这些传统节日同样给我们带来了欢乐和幸福，所以我们要记住这些节日，并永远继承下去。

中国的传统文化更是光辉灿烂的古代文化，作为我们新一代要加强学习，大力弘扬中国的这些传统文化。

I am so proud of our food, when we talk about it to foreign friends, we can feel their favor of our food. The food is part of our culture, they should be inherited.

A hobby can be almost anything a person likes to do in his spare time. Hobbyists raise pets, build model ships, weave bas-kets, or carve soap figures and so on. In a word, hobbies offer en-joyment, friendship, knowledge and relaxation.

Then, what is my hobby? Well, what I like most is singing. I began to sing songs when I was very young. My uncle was studying in a college then, so he could sing lots of songs, and he taught me several songs. I showed great interests in the music then, for they were pleasing to ears and easy to sing. My uncle told me they were called pop songs.

When I grew up, my music teacher found that I had a good voice, so she sent me to the Childrens Palace to study vocal mu-sic. From then on, I began my vocal music training. And then I knew there were several kinds of songs, like folk songs, pop songs and so on. What I had learned most was the songs for children. They were all simple ones but our teacher trained us very strictly. We practiced how to produce sound and how to make our expres-sion more natural and more pleasing. Those simple training didnt reduce my interest in singing at all and I won awards one after another in several kinds of competition. Actually I began to make up a dream of becoming a famous singer in the future.

As time went by, I came to realize that my dream wouldnt come true for there were strict conditions of being a singer. But I still took singing as my hobby since I found in music the interests which were lost in the exams. When I put all my emotion into singing a song, it gave me very good and very pleasant feelings, and a good chance to relax. Besides, it was a good way to learn things that couldnt be easily found in life.

Now as Im saying goodbye to my childhood my voice has changed into a deep male voice, and therefore I can sing a lot of songs written for adults. I am often deeply moved, by the melody or by what the song.
