我国传统的清明节大约始于周代，已有二千五百多年的历史。清明最开始是一个很重要的节气，清明一到，气温升高，正是春耕春种的大好时节，故有清明前后，种瓜种豆。植树造林，莫过清明的农谚。后来，由于清明与寒食的日子接近，而寒食是民间禁火扫墓的日子，渐渐的，寒食与清明就合二为一了，而寒食既成为清明的别称，也变成为清明时节的一个习俗，清明之日不动烟火，只吃凉的食品。

放假回来，清理了不少杂物，然后，感觉，好舒服好舒服

古往今来，人们习惯的做法就是到逝世的长辈坟前上香，烧纸，磕头，有的还要往坟上添一些土，做给别人看，表示这个坟墓尚有后人。听爷爷说，以前是不允许小孩子上坟的，可现在不同了。清明节那天，我有幸回到乡下，和爷爷奶奶一起去给祖宗上坟。6口之家手拿鲜花，香炉，果品，跪垫，“浩浩荡荡”向野外走去。

来到田野，我顿时被眼前的景色所迷住了，我也无法用任何华丽的辞藻来形容这美丽的景色：

大概过了一个小时，我们离开了老爷爷的坟墓，在回家的路上我感到我长大了，我有大收获。我决定每年清明都来为老爷爷扫墓。这时，我最想说的话就是：在长辈活着时多陪陪他们，这样在他们百年之后，才不会有多大的遗憾。
