3月7日，一则男子直播扔共享单车的视频在网上传开，视频中一男子扛起共享单车扔进了河里。7日下午，天津市公安局发布通告称，经过调查取证，确定了视频中的嫌疑人王某某(男、21岁、辽宁省葫芦岛市人)、拍摄并上传视频的嫌疑人许某(男、20岁、辽宁省葫芦岛市人)。3月7日16时许，天津警方将刚刚潜回原籍的王某某、许某在辽宁葫芦岛绥中火车站抓获。

据悉，两名男子在3月6日将共享单车扔入海河，并用手机进行了直播上传视频。在视频里，男子还有不少“粗口”，在把共享单车扔下河之后开怀大笑，该行为引起了网友们的广泛关注。

多位网友对视频中的两名男子进行了谴责。7日下午6时许，天津市公安局发布通告称，经过调查取证，确定了视频中的嫌疑人王某某(男、21岁、辽宁省葫芦岛市人)、拍摄并上传视频的嫌疑人许某(男、20岁、辽宁省葫芦岛市人)。3月7日16时许，天津警方将刚刚潜回原籍的王某某、许某在辽宁葫芦岛绥中火车站抓获。

Last summer holiday, I went to Beijing for a week. The first day when I took off at the capital airport , it gave me the first feeling was cleanand tidy. The people in Beijing were very friendly. T he second day, I visited Beijing city. I went to the WangFujing Ave , I tasted many famous snacksand Beijing Roast Duck, they are very delicious. I think Shanghai is a city full of times.It is an international metropolis, but also has the biuldings of the Republic of China.

On my first night in shanghai,I went to the Huangpu River.There is bright light on the tall buildings on the other side.It was comfortable to walk by the river and enjoy the wind.

The second day I visited the Oriental Pearl.It’s the symbol of Shanghai and it is located in the Huangpu River at the point of Lujiazui.And then I took the subway to cross Huangpu River tunnel for sightseeing.It connects the Bund, Shanghai and Pudong.There are all kinds of colors and patterns transforming constantly in the tunnel.I was very excited. The Bund, Shanghai is on the other side of the Huangpu River.There are 52 different styles of classical revival buildings.It is the symbol of the history of Shanghai.When I saw these buildings,I could felt the style in Shanghai at that time. To witness immoral behavior in public, one need only visit the Beijing subway. I still remember the first time I took the Beijing subway. It was an early morning. I was in a hurry to go to school. 对此，需要旅游主管部门和各景区切实负起责任，通过各种可能的方式，在游客进入景区之前就把各项行为规范宣传到位，把“丑话说在前头”。另外，也需要游客提升个人道德修养和民风民俗等各种常识，别等犯下大错才悔之晚矣。
