说到苦，那可是令我久久不能忘怀啊！

I was very careful because it was easy to slip and fall. Then, I carried the barrel of water and returned to my house. My figners were frozen stiff. I realized my effort was in vain. I hated myself.

I failed to finish the assignment but I did experience life through a trifle which seemed easy but difficult to do well. Such was my first experience of life.

With time goes by， it bees a bit hard for me to remember everything about

myself at the first day of my college life。 However， there was one thing for

sure that I did feel quite excited and curious about my university。 There is no

doubt that students like me have struggled for a long time so that can be

permitted to enter the university。

Bringing with expectation， I got into Gongshang University。 Generally

speaking， its an interesting and fantastic place for us to study and live in。

Every day a series of outgoing people get into my eyesight。 Curious and out of

politeness， Id talk to them heart to heart。 Here I make friends with my new

classmates from everywhere around China。 Whats more， time and weather

permitting， I will enjoy jogging or playing basketball with my classmates on the

playground， tired but happy。 When staying in dormitory， I choose to read news

College is always considered as a turning point in our educational career and life. I would use adaptationas the key word when describing my first year at college.

As we enter a new school, we first have to adapt a new environment and meet new people.As we leave home and move into the school dormitory, we need to learn to live and get along with other people who have different living habit. 暑假期间，学校进行了一次军训，我刚刚知道这个消息的时候是很兴奋的，因为这是我第一次参加军训。每天都盼着军训的日子快点到来。可是到了真正军训的时候，我便后悔了。

每天站军姿站到脚后跟疼，而且手指还会充血。跑步跑个七八圈累到上气不接下气，但是我还是坚持下来了。

记得军训的第七天，教官教我们正步。我们这个教官姓付，有一双大大的眼睛，每天戴个帽子，而且始终穿着短袖，这形象让我有种错觉，感觉他不知冷热。

有一天下午的时候，我们经过了踢腿的考验，然后就要练习正确的正步的动作了。他先是给我们演示，可我就是看不懂。我们班的女生只有小孟一个人做对了，他说“立正”时候，听到正，一定要再往前迈一步，停顿一下之后，再收回后面的脚，然后再保持军姿。可是我们很多人还是听不懂，他刚想放弃准备去教二班，正要转身的时候，我说了一句话，却惹祸上身了。有什么区别吗?”我对旁边的人说到，但是他却听到了，他的目光一下射向了我，径直朝我走了过来。我当时脑子一片空白，直到他的手放在了我的肩上，被他压过的同学都说他的力量大，我这回是体会到了，他带着我走到我班同学前面。我不知所措的看着他，“我让你看看区别在哪。”然后命令我跟着他的口令，跟他一起走，走了两遍之后，我看出了区别。我没有停顿，而且换手的方式不对，这也导致了我比教官停下来的快。

后来我又非常光荣的为二班所有人做了三次示范。虽然当时感觉较难，但到最后经过同学的帮助，我学会了，心情也变得舒畅了起来。

虽然这次军训，很累，身上也有过擦伤，但从来没有放弃过。在烈日下站军姿使我懂得了坚持;流过的泪水使我懂得了要战胜挫折;分别时说过的话语使我懂得了感恩;离别后的再次回忆使我懂得怀念。这次军训，我学会了很多很多，虽然累但我无悔。

军姿是每个军人的必修课。站立谁不会啊？我曾天真地想。可事实并没有我想象的那样简单。 “立正！抬头挺胸”，收腹，五指并拢，中指贴紧裤缝，双脚打开约60度，脚跟并拢！”听见教官响亮的声音，我们一个个站好。“让你们站几分钟军姿，体验体验。”以前我觉得3分钟过的很快，转瞬即逝，可现在竟是度分如年。心想：怎么还不到呀？腿麻脚酸死了，尤其是脚后跟；而且我们还面朝太阳！我真想休息一下!“有个同学动了，再加一分钟！”教官严肃的声音不容置疑。啊？简直是雪上加霜啊！时间一秒一秒地过去了，“五四三二 一，停，原地休息一下。”教官这才让我们放松。

军训中，跑步是我们的难项。因为跑步要每排成一条直线，迈的脚步要一致；口号响亮还要整齐，立定时收脚声音也要齐。而且那天正值高温，太阳如一个大火球，炙烤着大地。虽然练了几个小时，可还是跑不齐。天可真热，魔鬼般的教官终于让跑了一遍又一遍的我们休息一下。可谁呈想，他不让我们跑了却让我们站军姿！那更累了，一分钟，两分钟，三分钟······时间一分一秒地过去了。额头上汗珠像流水一样流过身体的每一个部位，腿都酸软了。这让我这个在家“衣来伸手，饭来张口”的父母掌上的明珠真是一种痛苦的煎熬啊！瞧，大树葱绿的叶子似乎晒枯萎了，鲜艳的花儿向骄阳失败地低了头，草儿们也都蔫了。植物都酷热难耐，何况人呢？更何况我们这些较弱的“少爷公主”呢！这时，我多希望有一杯冰水让我解渴啊，我多想有一张床让我躺下啊，若有一个空调就更理想了·····可转念一想，我们这是军训，这是学校在磨练我们的意志，锻炼我们的体魄和意志，我们怎能退缩？既然做了，就要做好！于是，我们一遍一遍的练习，我逐渐扔掉脆弱，捡起坚强，磨练起自己的意志！终于，我们七班终于跑齐了！
