读书的好我以前都认为读书没什么好处，可是，经过这一次，我知道了处有多少了。

事情是这样的：有一次，我坐在家里读书，我无味的读着，读了很久我就觉的读书很有意思，我也学到了很多的知识。就在一次作文中我想到了一句曾经书中的一句话，这一句话让文章变得更生动了，也让我的文章得到了好评，我很高兴，所以我以后一定要多看书。让自己的写作水平更高。

其实，读书还有很多的好处，像可以大大扩展我们的想象力，还可以让我们的生活更精彩，等等等等。读书的好处有这么多，我们一定要多读书呀！

In our life, some people love sport while others hate it. However, most of the time, sports are good for us. Different sports have different benefit. Players get healthy bodies when doing sports.

我们先来瞧瞧交通运输方面：听爷爷说，在过去，一个村庄里有一辆自行车都已经是稀奇的了，那时侯，不管是大学生、还是小学生都是走着去学校，就连大城市里的富贵人家不才坐个吉普车吗!而现在，小汽车、磁悬浮汽车、太阳能汽车都陆续推出，用不了多久，汽车都会变成环保型的。咱先不说以后，就说现在，家家差不多都配上了小汽车，一出门，坐在车里，听着音乐，哼着小曲，坐在那软棉棉的座位上，要多舒服有多舒服!跟原来相比真是“天地之差”!

咱们再来看看建筑物：过去房屋都是用泥巴垒的，房顶上铺些干草就得了。而现在，一栋栋大楼拔地而起，别说小草屋了，五十层的摩天大厦都可见。

就连农民收割的科技也有了进展：往年都是有个大晴天，就赶紧收麦子，要不大雨一到，庄稼就全完了，而收割的工具也只不过是镰刀而以。今日大型收割机嘟嘟地开着，农民则坐在收割机上，满脸的笑容，好似一朵绽放的花，今年肯定又是一个丰收年!

还有很多的科技之变我就不细说了，而那些大进展，我不得不提上一提：像电视机，先是黑白电视，再来是大彩电，今天用的就是超薄型、多功能的夜晶电视了。再如：电话，先是手摇电话，再来大哥大，后来是可是电话，而如今用的就是数字程控电话了!

看看!看看!科技给人类带来的方便大吧!现在人类安居乐业，过着以往帝王都不敢想的舒适生活。随着科学技术不断地进展，我相信，我们整个地球的人类将会进入另一个更先进的快乐世界!

但在实际上，并不是所有的书都适合我们读，都对我们有益处。相反，如果沉溺于武侠小说等书籍上，则会利大于弊。如果沉溺于卡通动漫、武侠传奇的漫画中无法自拔，则会使我们学习时注意力不集中、大脑中无用信息过多、严重时会使我们无心学习、产生厌学心理。

某生因在乡下转入城市上中学，觉得自己很孤立。沉迷于网络小说“爬”不出来了，导致一向成绩很好的他一落千丈。后来他在老师、同学的帮助下摆脱了网络小说，开始多读好书、多读报纸，使他再次名列前茅
