Our school art festival is held once a year. I think this year’s was excellent because a lot of students and teachers took part in it. At first, the students of Class1 Grade6 danced the Gangnam Style. How wonderful they were! Then, English teachers had an English Choir. How good they were! I liked these two programs. 你是那么一丝不苟。抱着在军训中混的我，今天，才认识到严谨的时间意识和坚忍不拔的意志。哪怕是一个最简单的动作，在训练场上，我们无数次地重复着，用自己的心去真真切切的体会军人的英伟。军姿的纹丝不动，跨步的整齐有力，使我们真正体会到军人的一丝不苟。

军训快要结束，看着晒黑的脖子、脸和手臂，就能记起烈日下的汗水。但是汗水不能淹没我所有的记忆，因为有更多的东西充实着我。记得军训刚开始的时候，似乎是那样的无声无息，它没流下太多的时间让我做好心理准备去应付它。就这样的几天里，一点一滴的收获渐渐地烙在我的记忆深处。

军训的内容或许是单调的。每天都做着一样的动作，心中抱怨着自己的汗水白流了好几尺。在教官的标准指导下，慢慢地发现自己和同学平时的习惯如此的便扭。纠正错误永远是困难的，炙热的太阳似乎为了惩罚我们这群有坏习惯的孩子，燃烧了自己每一寸的肌肤。不过努力的力量是巨大的，错误也不会永恒不灭。虽然离教官还有差距，但进步欣喜地摆在了每个人的眼前。

军训也不总是枯燥的，每天的拉歌都是单调的军训中的调节剂。在拉歌中听到的除了“原始的吼声”，那就是欢笑声。每一丝的欢笑声都能将要崩溃的身体唤醒。我们抱着娱乐第一的心态，度过最轻松的十几分钟。

Mr Shao taught me English when I was in Senior Three.With the bald head and hunchback, the fifty or some man distinguished himself from his counterparts in many ways.

He was so addicted to tobacco that he couldn`t even skip acigarette in the corridor at the interval between two classes. Due to the long time consumption of cigarettes, his teeth had gone totally bad and occasionally let off unpleasant smell which really disturbed us when we were talking to him. At times, he came to recognize it and consequently found out a solution. He suggested we write down our problems and he answer them in the written form. Although I knew all along that he was a careful man, his quotations of five different dictionaries on a single multiple choice problem was still beyond my wildest dream.

What`s more, none of us could imagine how excellent his ancient Chinese literature was. What he tended to do in his class was to recite several segments of the famous ancient prose and then put them into English.  However, under the pressure of College Entrance Exam, the students didn`t seem to be so interested in his performance.  Therefore, he tried to stimulate the class by editions of Times as prizes for answering questions. It worked on us instantly.

On the day of the entrance exam, he waited nervously with us out of the examination room.  He kept reminding us not to drink water in case that we would feel like going to toilet during the exam. Not withstanding his constant claims that we students were far less important than his beloved daughter, we did feel his devotion to us.

After entering college, we found, to our surprise, that differences between high school life and college life are great. In high school, we always depended on our parents and teachers to solve all kinds of difficult problems. At college, however, we have to rely exclusively on ourselves. Whats more, we have to learn how to get along with our classmates and roommates.

Four years at college is an important yet very short period of time in our life. So it is always expected that we adapt to this life as quickly as possible. But it is a pity that not everyone can do so immediately. Here are some suggestions.

First, get familiar with the main buildings on the campus. Spend one or two hours by yourself or with your classmates to go around the campus so that you can know the location of such important places as the library, the dining room, the post office, the clinic and classrooms. 尽管在过程中，有许多苦和累，有许多抱怨和不满，但，所幸，我们都坚持过来了，完成了这次蜕变。我们变黑了，变瘦了，心也变的更强大了，更坚毅了，更成熟了。军训刚开始的不适应已经消失，习惯真是强大，我已经习惯了这种豪爽快意的生活，可以大口喝水，可以快步奔跑，我习惯了风雨和炎日。

军训最累的是齐步走。是的，不是站军姿，不是跑步走。如果说，站军姿最考验人的毅力，那么齐步走最考验团队的默契。因为不是第一次军训，所以站军姿对我来说并不难，但，新的班级，团队之间的默契还没培养起来，每一次齐步走，排面是最大的问题。教官很无奈，我们一遍一遍练习。原地不动摆臂，一令一动，为了看起排面，我们长时间举着一只手臂，我的胳膊每次都会颤抖，手臂酸的像是不是自己的一样。多想放弃啊，只要一声报告，我就能放下手臂，就能活动一下。可，用余光看周围的同学，他们的脸上也写满痛苦，他们也和我一样在咬牙坚持，没有谁，向摆臂认输。我用牙齿咬了咬下嘴唇，痛觉呼唤回我徘徊不定的意志，帮我暂时夺得了手臂的指挥权。烈日下，有那么一群少年，他们绝不认输。“2”教官的声音是那么动听、悦耳，仿佛将我从天边拉了回来。汗水未断，但心境已变。

这五天，我们像是坐在马背上，每一刻都战战兢兢，心里的弦绷得紧紧的，但当下马时，我们才发现我们已经走了那么远，也已经无法再回到马背上去体验。

这次军训带给我们的是一场关于青春的历练，是一次关于毅力的考验，相信我们在这次军训后，会更加坚定心中的梦想，会变得更努力，更自信，更认真，更开朗。

军训，按照我的理解，它并不单单是锻炼我们的意志，规范我们的行为习惯。磨炼我们吃苦耐劳的精神，更为重要的是它让我们明白我们是一个集体，少了任何一个人，我们的集体都将变的不完整。明天的胜利需要我们集体中的每一位让人尽到属于自己的一份责任，正如本校的校训——责任。

军训，其实并不容易，对我而言，我有好几次真想停下来算了，蛋最终还是坚持下来了，并不是因为不好意思喊累，而是觉得“放弃“这个词对我而言也太没出息了，如果现在的苦都熬不过去，以后的路就更难走下去了，正如教官说的一样，只要你有第一次对自己放低要求，那么就会有更多次。所以我觉得我们现在千万不能给自己找借口说累，以为累是必须的，没有累，我们怎么会知道其实生活并不容易，生命如此坚强。

军训，其实也有和谐欢乐的一面，在辛苦的军训中，教官总是会想尽办法让大家娱乐一下，让大家紧张疲劳的心得到一点舒缓，教官想出一个绝招，让全排每个宿舍的人都上前表演一个节目，和我想的一样，大家都很腼腆，果然到了第二个宿舍就断了，现在回想起来，总是觉得心里也怕怕的，其实我也是内向型的，一般不在人前表现，会很紧张的，现在要学会的就是克服这一弱点。

军训生活才刚开始，我建议那些喊苦和累的同学要好好坚持下去，其实军训不苦，只要有顽强意志，军训会变的很弱小。
