因为新冠病毒来了，我们每天只能宅在家，哪也不能去。今天老妈说我们来做网红雪花酥吧，我将信将疑，当老妈一样一样把材料准备好后，我一蹦三尺高，保质保量的加速把作业全部做完，就迫不及待的想开始动手做了。

我们首先准备好了材料：黄油、棉花糖、奶粉、果仁、葡糖干和鲜草莓。接着妈妈开启了锅子，我把黄油先放下去了，慢慢的黄油就融化成了水，妈妈叫我把一包棉花糖放下去，然后轻轻慢慢搅拌，棉花糖就开始融化了，真神奇!我耐心的一下一下左右搅拌，它就变成像面团一样的了，妈妈说可以了，接着把奶粉放到锅里后继续搅拌，眼看着面团越来越大了，颜色也变白了，这时妈妈把花生碎、核桃仁倒进面团里，然后把切好的草莓放进去。啊，怎么变得有点粘起来了?妈妈好不容易才把这些加进去的东西搅拌好，捏成一个长方体，我想吃，妈妈说要先放冰箱里冷藏一下，切好了才可以吃。好吧，我只能流着口水等着。我心想，我得把这个过程记住，下次我就自己可以做这个雪花酥了!

第二天早上我就不停催促妈妈快点去切开，妈妈告诉我有个步骤失败了，如果放草莓干就会更漂亮，口感也会更好。可是我吃着自己做的雪花酥，觉得已经是世界上最好吃的了!

真希望疫情快点过去，我就可以和小朋友一起去放风筝一起上学啦!

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special.

I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

First I often listen to music ,then I take a showerahd have a breakfast,then I do my homework and have dinner.After I can taking a nap on 2 oclock.At 4 oclock ,I can play the computer and football.Last I have lunch and sleep.

My winter vacation

I had a great time on my vacation .

To begin with,i finished my homework .it was took me ten days.then,i came back my old home with my family.we visted my grandparents 、my uncle and my aunt.they were friendly and kind.luckyly,they gave me some money,i was very happy.

On small year day,my dad took me to skate.that was very fanny.i fell all the time.it was a little ache,but i still skated.

On new year`s day,we ate at my uncle`s home.my aunt cooked a lot of meels.they were deliious,too,so i ate very fell.

It was cooler than yesterday. One of my fathers friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. The Winter Holiday,I like the winter holiday very much.

我小时候特别喜欢过年。过年时不仅可以穿新衣服，还有压岁钱拿，可以放爆竹，可以到处去玩耍；还可以吃到很多好吃的东西……

在四川老家，腊月二十七到二十九，是准备年货的时节。家家都开始忙着预备过年吃的、喝的、穿的、用的，到处都呈现万象更新的气象。在大年三十的早上是要吃火锅的，所以在前一个晚上，大人们忙着把猪蹄、鸡、鱼事先炖的半生半熟；把青菜、蘑菇、香菜、葱什么的洗干净，好在第二天早上吃火锅的时候把各种蔬菜和半生半熟的猪蹄、鸡等都放在火锅里烧着，等过了一会儿，全家人围坐在火锅旁一边吃“烫火锅”，一边有声有色地聊天，一边互相夹菜，敬酒，那时候全家都过得十分快乐美好，祥和。

晚上是不能吃饭的，只能吃饺子。饺子里面是要包各种玩意儿的，不能随意包，有的包着硬币，说明来年十分的富裕；有的包着枣，说明吉祥如意……吃完饺子后，几乎家家都要出去“采青”。这个采青不是春游的意思而是去拔别人家的菜、地瓜什么的来吃，就算被主人看见了也不会生气的，因为这是一个习俗，会给主人带来好运、吉祥的。

正月初一的时候，家家都会放下手里的活，男女老少们都穿上新衣，轻轻松松地休息一天，到处去闲逛游玩一番。

正月初二到正月十五这个时间里家家都要到亲戚家、朋友家拜年。

正月十五过后又恢复往常的样子。
