从小，我们就接受这方面的教育，做事要有长性，要坚持到底。小山羊种菜，先种菠菜，菠菜没有长成就不耐烦了，改种萝卜;萝卜刚长出两片叶子，又改种其它……最后什么也没有做成。

杰克·伦敦 的《热爱生命》讲述的是这样一个故事：一个美国西部的淘金者在返回的途中被朋友抛弃在广袤的荒原上。他没有食物，腿受了伤，鞋子破了，脚在流血。就在他的身体非常虚弱的时候，他发现了一匹病狼跟在他的身后，舔着他的血迹尾随着他。就这样，两个濒临死亡的生灵拖着垂死的躯壳在荒原上互相猎取对方。为了活着回去、为了战胜这匹令他作呕的病狼，最终在人与狼的战斗中人获得了胜利，他咬死了狼，喝了狼的血。最终他获救了，使生命放射出耀眼的光芒。

《老人与海》 海明威 ：

1952年，海明威发表了中篇小说《老人与海》：老渔夫桑提亚哥在海上连续84天没有捕到鱼。第85天，老头儿一清早就把船划出很远，他出乎意料地钓到了一条比船还大的马林鱼。老头儿和这条鱼周旋了两天，终于叉中了它。但受伤的鱼在海上留下了一道腥踪，引来无数鲨鱼的争抢，老人奋力与鲨鱼搏斗，但回到海港时，马林鱼只剩下一付巨大的骨架，老人也精疲力尽地一头栽倒在陆地上 “一个人并不是生来要被打败的，你尽可以把他消灭掉，可就是打不败他。” 这是桑提亚哥的生活信念，也是《老人与海》中作者要表明的思想。通过桑提亚哥的形象，作者热情地赞颂了人类面对艰难困苦时所显示的坚不可摧的精神力量。

桑提亚哥是海明威所崇尚的完美的人的象征：坚强、宽厚、仁慈、充满爱心，即使在人生的角斗场上失败了，面对不可逆转的命运，他仍然是精神上的强者，是“硬汉子”。“硬汉子”是海明威作品中经常表现的主题，也是作品中常有的人物。他们在外界巨大的压力和厄运打击时，仍然坚强不屈，勇往直前，甚至视死如归，他们尽管失败了，却保持了人的尊严和勇气，有着胜利者的风度。

海明威《老人于海》硬汉子精神，与自然、与命运作斗争，可以被毁灭，不可以被打倒。

议论：

春种夏实秋收冬藏，自然界的孕育有一个过程;同样的，在生活中，要想成就某一件事情，同样需要过程，这是不可抗拒的自然规律。没有耐性，急功近利，不是导致失败，就是造成隐患。最终都会自食苦果。喂人工饲料、打生长素的鸡是卖不出好价钱的。任何事情的达成都需要等待，等待需要坚持。

坚持是意志与挫败之间的对抗，尤其在对抗性强的竞争中，最后的胜利者，往往就是坚持到底的一方。《群鸟学艺》，所有的鸟都向凤凰学搭窝，坚持到最后的只有小燕子，因此，只有“燕窝”成了品牌。

在圣彼得堡的一个卫国战争纪念馆的大门前，有一行字，刻在大理石廊柱上：“石头啊，你要像人一样坚强!”前苏联卫国战争时期，彼得堡被整整围困了三年，仅饿死的人，就有一百万!可德国人却一直未能打进这座城市。 “石头啊，你要像人一样坚强”。这体现了民族的精神和意志!意志，让任何坚硬的东臣服、弯腰。

joy when they have a taste of it. The scenery around us is the visible art, when

we appreciate it, our mood become eased. Art is something that brings people the

positive value for me, so art is around everybody. If we take time to slow down

our pace, then we can enjoy art from life and feel the comfortable

lifestyle.
