Last Saturday I joined a voluntary activity which was organized by the students union of our school. My classmates and I took a bus and went to the Animal Rescue Center in our city, where some stray dogs and cats are kept. 二、不断完善课堂教学。应该说每一次英语教研活动，我们都会从中汲取很多好的教学方法。也就是说。很多英语老师在平日繁重的教学过程中，都在不断地学习，探究，不断地完善自己的课堂教学，从而不断地提高课堂教学效率。

三、重视评价，关注学生的情感。英语课并不是简单地知识的累加，而是一个综合体。每一单元的内容都是有思想的，都是很好的教育材料，应该把情感教育应用到每一节英语课上。简单地让学生只学一些词和句子没有什么实际意义，有些学生态度冷淡，情感脆弱，关注学生的情感态度培养是必需的。一句鼓励的话，让学生兴奋，促使他们集中精力，积极完成课堂上的各种教学活动。

希望能多参加这样的教研活动，学习别人的长处，弥补自己的不足，不断提高自己的业务水平。

六、 活动形式及目的：

a) 活动形式：英语散文的征集和评比。

b) 活动目的：为丰富校园文化生活，以及迎接即将到来的大学英语四、六级考试，特开展主题为英语写作的比赛活动，以锻炼在校大学生的英语能力，培养大学生学习英语的乐趣。

七、 具体流程策划:

a) 提前一周张贴海报通知。

b) 选手报名,在公寓楼前十字路口。

b) 给参赛者一周的时间进行英语散文的创作。文章以电子稿或打印稿的形式提交。电子稿发到群邮箱，打印稿安排会员进行收取。

c) 由工作人员负责整理收集稿件

d) 作品由专业老师评选优秀作品。

e) 公布比赛结果并颁发证书。

In order to make our city cleaner and more beautiful, the young volunteers of our school went to the Peoples Park this morning and offered our help.

At eight, the head of the park met us at the gate. After being divided into groups, we set out to work at once. Some tidied up the parking area and had motorbikes paiked in the right place. Some took care of the flowers and bushes, and persuaded people to keep off the grass. Around the tiger den, one group kept order to prevent accidents from happening. 7月25日---8月3日，XX中学组织2014级高一新生80人在XX工商职业技术学院内开展为期10天的夏令营活动，根据活动安排，我负责对学生进行英语学法指导，根据新生特点，我提前制定了教学计划、教学目标。本次参加夏令营的学生为高一年级排名靠前的新生，为培养他们良好的学习习惯，坚强的学习意志，迅速适应高中学习，将来把他们打造成为品学兼优的尖子生。学生们的中考成绩虽然较好，但是英语综合运用语言的能力还很差，一到高一就会迅速滑坡，因此上好初高中的衔接课至关重要。

为使学生了解高中英语学习特点，在四节指导课中我以写作指导贯穿始终，通过听说读写训练，开阔视野，激发英语学习兴趣。通过语言实践，培养学生运用语言的能力，并运用已知的语法知识发现错误，纠正错误。帮助他们树立信心，从容应对新学期，新学习，新挑战。引导学生运用英语进行交流，写作，并且有意识的进行自我修正，培养发现问题，分析问题，解决问题以及自主学习的能力。

4节课内容初步安排如下：

第一节课

听说训练:以新学期，新环境为主题，师生互动，相互了解，鼓励学生大胆开口用英语进行交流，教师适时提供句型表达使交流内容丰满。

第二节课

说写训练：以新环境为主题，让学生了解修文及修文中学的概况，和学生一起讨论描述地点的有用表达，引导学生写一篇介绍修文中学的短文。

写后任务：

将写作评价表(自我评价和同伴评价)发给学生，指导如何进行评价，要求第二天交。

第三节课

短文改错解题指导。结合学生写的文章，找出常犯的错误，提前打印好有语病的句子，共同分析错误原因。

第四节课(讲座)

英语书面表达要注意的几个问题(主要结合高考评卷中反映出的学生答题出现的突出问题，提出平时学生在书面表达训练中应该强化训练的方向，应该积累的知识等等)

四节课的指导收到了较好的效果，学生从不愿意开口讲英语到能够比较积极的参与课堂活动，能够比较认真的完成布置的任务，大部分学生英语写作能力较好。

但是，在教学中也暴露出了他们的一些不足：

1. 学习的主动性和积极性还有待大大提高，良好的学习习惯还有待养成。比如在课堂上教师所讲的内容大部份学生还没有形成及时记笔记的习惯，老师提醒记下来才动笔，没有记完全的内容课后也不会找其他同学的笔记补充完整;老师要求上交的学习任务只有一半的学生能够按照规定时间上交，其余的是拖延一天才完成，学习上的紧迫感和竞争意识不强。

2.自主学习能力和合作学习需要花很大功夫培养。可能因为初中的学习多数时间都是在完成老师的任务，按照老师的要求做，很少有自己的“主见”，所以遇到放手自己安排学习和同伴合作时就无所适从，做得很不好。而到了高中学习阶段，这两方面的能力不能大幅度提高的话，学习的效果不会太好。

3.课外知识严重匮乏。主要体现在老师问到很多常识绝大多数学生都不知道。以往的学习还是只停留在书本知识上，可见有用的课外书的阅读量太少，知识面太窄。

这些不足将会严重影响他们今后学习迅速的提高，在今后的教学当中要针对性的，有目的的进行训练，要想又快又好的出成绩，老师的任务任重道远。

昨天，青岛大学自动化工程学院青年志愿者协会携手青岛微尘发起了一场名为“做微尘，献爱心”的公益活动，我作为一名青协义工有幸参与了这场募捐活动。此次募捐活动主要是以义卖物品的方式来募集善款，活动在青岛大学中心校区进行。我们青协义工共分为6个小组，每组一般10人，青大校园内随处可见义工们募集善款的身影。说实话，当我穿上市南义工工作服的时候，我感到无比的骄傲和自豪，那时的我突然觉得自己多了一份使命，觉得自己也可以为社会，为他人贡献自己的一份力量了。

走在青大的校园中，好心的师哥师姐随处可见，每当我们说明白活动后，师哥师姐们都会献出自己的一份爱心。其实在我看来钱多钱少都无所谓，只要有那份心就足够了。涓涓细流般的小爱同样可以汇聚成汪洋恣肆般的大爱。正如歌曲中唱的那样：“只要人人都献出一份爱，世界将变成美好的人间

我认为其实并不是一定压迫成为义工群里的成员才是义工，而不是成员就不义工了。在我看来，义工只是一个称谓，我们每个人日常生活中随时随地都可以去做义工。比如：帮助老人过马路，为别人捡起掉下的东西，再比如在公交车上为老人让座，等等等等，只要你在做这些东西了，你就是一名义工了。

做义工最重要的是一份心，一份愿意为别人服务，帮助别人解决困难的心。做义工没有大事小事之分，古人云：勿以善小而不为。而我们做义工就是要向小事看齐，做到小事时时为，大事集体为。

如果我们不断地通过自己在任何时候的任何行为去尽自己力所能及的力量去帮助别人，去影响身边的人，是他们参加进来，去帮助需要帮助的t他人，我们做义工的目的就要到达了。

In my opinion, every student should engage in some after class activities because from these activities we can learn many valuable things that we wont learn in classrooms.
