今天一大早，我就和妈妈下楼去打羽毛球。

刚一到楼下，我就立刻准备“迎接”妈妈的球。“啪!”那个羽毛球一边旋转着一边快速向我飞来，我使劲一跃，用球拍往前一拍，那个羽毛球就又“改变了主意”，往妈妈那边飞去。我们也不示弱，从侧面往前一打，可那球像喝醉了酒似的，歪歪斜斜向我飞来，眼看就要掉进沟里了，正好一阵风吹来，球总算掉在了旁边。我跑过去拣走球，装作要打的样子，就在妈妈举起球拍准备打的空，我冷不防打了个低球。妈妈还没反应过来是怎么回事，那个球就已经落在地上了。妈妈很不服气，便来了个高空球，我急忙把球拍往上一拍，往前快速地打出去，羽毛球就好像是一只洁白的小白鸽，在空中飞来飞去。我就在妈妈打来打去时，把球往上一打，尽管妈妈跳出来去接那一球，但因为球飞得太高了，妈妈还是没能接住。

接下来，我提议说：“打十分制的球吧?”妈妈说：“行!我们打吧。我们打吧。”于是我先发球，妈妈快速接住并把球往我这边打，妈妈得一分……。我也来了个从后面打过来的打法，妈妈又接住了，我再用往上空一打，妈妈虽然伸长了手臂，想够到球，可是就在他准备好后，那个球又没有力气了，就在妈妈眼前落下来，二比四，妈妈还是领先二分。我“奋起直追”，终于和妈妈打了个平手。但最后一球妈妈失手，我领先一分，赢了这场比赛。这时我已是大汗淋漓了，于是我们拿起球拍回家了。

今天真开心!

这个假期，因为疫情的关系，我突然多了很多空闲的时间。为了更好地利用这些时间，每天我不仅会给自己安排学习活动，而且也很有计划地学会了打羽毛球。

今天，我和往常一样戴好口罩，在家门口和隔壁的几个小伙伴一起打羽毛球。虽然，天气阴沉，但是丝毫不影响我们比赛的热情。因为是阴天，所以风娃娃还是很给面子，十分安静。因为没有影响比赛的大风大雨，所以我们的羽毛球赛如期开始了。今天，我们比赛的内容是双打。

比赛即将开始，我和一个叫做沈志翔的人一组，而我们对手则是实力强悍、配合默契的苏家兄弟。因为是兄弟，所以他俩默契值满分，再加上又是常年练习羽毛球的小小运动员，所以只要他们稳扎稳打，胜率自不必说了。

三、二、一，比赛正式开始！我方先发球，我拿起球向上一抛，纵身一跃，用球拍一挥，只见这颗羽毛球就像子弹一样冲了过去。对手也不示弱，从下往上打了高球。不过，我的队友思维敏捷，趁机来了一个扣球，把对方打来的球重重的打在了地上。裁判宣布1比0，我们率先取得一分。第一局，我们队披荆斩棘，成功拿下一局。不过，很快对手就调整战略，杀我们个回马枪……

激烈的战况让我们比赛双方都陷入了拉锯战中。可是，此时天公不作美，空着突然飘起来些些雨丝。“还打吗？”苏家兄弟发出真诚地邀请。我和沈志翔也意犹未尽，所以我们四人相视一笑，马上有了结论——继续打，一局定胜负！面对这突如其来的决胜局，我朝着不断落下的雨点大喊三声：“加油！加油！加油！”

我们双方为了胜利，最后在雨中奋战了三百回合，直到我们的父母一个个拿起扫把，我们才不得不落荒而逃，蹦回了家。

你们猜猜最后是谁赢了？当然是对面赢了。不过失败是成功之母，期待下次再战！

当寒冷的北风吹走，春天悄悄地来到这个世界。春天穿梭于花草树木之间，使花草长出嫩绿的嫩芽；动物也在森林里跳跃追逐，表现出一种清新的气息。在这个生机勃勃的日子里，我和小哥哥准备用球拍和羽毛球“打”。爸爸自愿做我们的裁判。

我连续赢了两场比赛，这激怒了我的小弟弟。要知道，对方也是身经百战的勇敢将军。我看到他打球灵活轻松，很难防。我全神贯注，不敢粗心大意地忽视敌人！我们从9点到10点到18点。不想输？我不禁长长地吸了一口气。时间不允许我去想。球像电一样到达了。我向后摆动。渐渐的，我发现了对方右侧的弱点，于是我专攻右侧。一个又快又猛的球让他猝不及防，比分一下子达到了19: 18。你赢了一个球还敢掉以轻心？那时候我觉得心里像一块巨石，喘不过气来。这是关键目标，输赢只在这一招，手心冒汗，却拼命对自己说：“冷静，冷静，不要慌，不要乱！”“轰！”小弟弟发球太用力，球出界了。哈哈，终于赢了，心里的巨石放下了。

爸爸走过来竖起大拇指夸我，小哥哥也说我是个好玩家。这一天，我享受了胜利的喜悦。

When cellphone became popular many years ago, parents and school at first

banned students to take cellphone into classroom, but now, even the small child

has owned a cellphone. The use of cellphone cant be banned. For students, they

get used to keeping cellphone at hand, but the overuse of it can be blamed to

their parents. Some parents dont set good examples for their children. When

they are together, they just leave cellphones to kids and let them kill the

time. If they show the beautiful scenery around and teach kids to appreciate the

world. Then cellphone wont take up their time.

打羽毛球，是许多人喜欢的用动方式，我也不例外，着个暑假，我在不知不觉中学会了打羽毛球。

一天，我和小伙伴在玩卡片时，我脑中闪过了奥运会羽毛球比赛的画面，突然提议晚上去打羽毛球。大家一致赞成。我们便约好了晚上去俱乐部打羽毛球。

晚上六点半，我就拿好球拍迫不及待地去把其他小伙伴叫出来，一起向俱乐部跑去。到了那儿，打球的人还不多，就找了一块场地，分成两队，打起球来。我们只有几个人会打，大部分人不会，我也不会，我看到大人们打羽毛球那么潇洒，就跑去大人们的场地上看他们如何打羽毛球。

因为我发不好球，所以我第一个锁定的目标就是练发球。我在家没事时，就把家里所有羽毛球找出来，练习发球，起初老是打不远或打不到球，练了四五天后，发球技术还可以了。接下来第二个目标就是接球。每当妈妈不上班，我就拖她下楼打羽毛球。让妈妈发球，我去接。练了几天后，我逐渐可以接到妈妈发的球了，还能和妈妈打上几个回合。这证明我的训练计划有效果了。之后，与小伙伴打球时，球场上总会有我的身影，因为我对羽毛球了浓厚的兴趣。

这个暑假联系了打羽毛球之后，发现自己已经不知不觉学会了打羽毛球。哈哈，我现在可以跟小伙伴们比拼一下我的羽毛球技术了。

我一向喜欢打羽毛球，它不但可以锻炼我们的左右脑，还可以让我的身体得到锻炼。

星期六下午，天上万里无云，在小区广场上静悄悄的，两边的树，在广场上投下了斑驳的树影，一丝风都没有。我觉得此时正是个好时机。于是我拿起球拍叫上妈妈，一起下去打球。

刚开始玩的时候我总是接不到球，不是嫌这个球太高就是太远。慢慢地我学到了一点技巧，接球越来越顺了。这时，妈妈发来了一个球，眼看着就要掉地上了，我赶紧来了一个“海底捞月”把球打到了妈妈的身边。妈妈也不甘示若，“嗖”地一下又打到了我这边。由于用力过大，球到了我的身后。我赶紧闪电转身，来个“猛虎掏心”，把球救起向对面打去。在旁边看球的人发出一声“好险”。终于，这回妈妈没有接到球，球掉到了地上。一个小小的胜利，我心里美滋滋的。

就这样我左扑右闪，球越打越好，连连把妈妈打败。渐渐地我骄傲起来，当一个球飞到我面前，由于球速太快，等我反应过来时已经晚了。一个抛物线，球落地了，在地上弹了两下就躺在那里了。

这就叫得意忘形。我还得好好练。

The Lunar New Year  a great occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts about the first four days of the year， during which people do not work except for the workers on duty. Students do not go to school， and shops are closed.

My favorite Sports is basketball. It looks so cool in TV that I was crazy

about those basketball stars ever since I was little.

Basketball requires speed, height and skills. I run, jump, switch, and try

to hit! All parts of my body are exercised in this sport. I feel that I’m like

wind flying in the playground for my goal, which makes me feel so GREat!

Basketball needs quick reaction and decision. When chance comes, it may

disappear in the next second. I should keep an eye watching as an eagle, decide

and judge quickly as a leopard, and run for it as a wolf.

Further more, basketball is a sports more than just exercising, It needs

team work. No one can play himself. A team should work together. So I learn to

cooperate with others in this game. I should understand what my teammate doing

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget

about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer

vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over

all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a

better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of

exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It
