health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

Last summer, I went to Beidaihe for my holiday with my family. We took a train because the way is not far. We lived in a big hotel where could see the sea . We stayed there for three days.

what s your plan for dragon boat festival?

As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi . My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldn t buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didn t make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentine s day, April Fool s Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. Talk about Dragon boat festival, it s the same as some foreign conventional festivals, such as Witch s Day in Czech. People burned the witch s puppet so as to welcome spring. It is known to us all that some students cheat in examinations at school.

As students, we often take examinations at school, but sometimes we have too many examinations which are too difficult for us. On the other hand, some of us are lazy and dont work hard at their lessons. So when taking examinations, they sometimes cheat in order to get better results to please their parents and teachers.

In my opinion, it is wrong to cheat in examinations because it breaks the rules of schools. We students should be honest and try to get good results by studying hard instead of cheating in examinations. Whats more, we should improve our study methods and get well prepared for examinations.

Today, the weather was fine and I take a bus to Hangzhou, the students play, starting 7:00 am this morning, we have toured the West Lake, where boating. I really had a busy and happy winter holiday.I did my homework and helped my parents with the housework every day.I like drawing so much that I spent lots of time drawing pictures and read books about drawing every day.I sometimes went to the library to read books and surfed the internet.During the Spring Festival,i visited my grandparents,friends and relatives.We really had a great time together.I prepared for the new lessons and read English,too.I really enjoyed my winter holiday.

Since I was very small, there was a song about Guilin“I want to Guilin, but when I have money, I don’t have time…’’, this is the first impression I have on Guilin, it is so attracting.

As the song’s great power, I said to myself, when I grew up, I must go toGuilin.

When I was in high school, I had the chance to visit there, in the summer holiday, my mother asked me to go there with her to visit an old friend.

I was so excited, my long dream would come true.

I packed my stuff, went to the bus. In the morning, we arrived atGuilin, this was the first time I got so close to it, I took a deep breath, watching all the things in the street.

During the summer holiday, I visited all the scene there, they were so beautiful, no wonder people said“Guilin’s scenery ranks first”.

当我很小的时候，有一首关于桂林的歌“我想去桂林，但是当我有钱的时候，我没有时间。。。”，这是我对桂林的第一印象，桂林很吸引人。出于歌曲的力量，我对自己说等我长大了，我一定要去桂林。

当我读高中的时候，我有机会去拜访桂林，在暑假，我妈妈叫我和她一起去桂林看望她的一位老朋友。

我很兴奋，长久以来的梦想得到了实现。我收拾东西，坐上大巴。早上，我们到达了桂林，这是我第一次如此接近它，我深深吸了一口气，看着街上的一切。在暑假期间，我参观了所有的景点，很漂亮，难怪人们说“桂林山水甲天下”。
