In recent years, the global warming gets increasingly attention. More and

more people make contribution to stop the global warming. Therefore, a new

lifestyle occurs--low carbon life. What can we do to live in low carbon?

First, remember to turn off lights and turn off the faucet when you do not

need to use. Use the energy-saving lamps. There are many small things we can do

to save resources. Second, when we go out, take public transport as much as

possible, to reduce gas emissions and to ease the transporting pressures.

All in all, there are many other things we can do to live in the low carbon

Time went past fast and we are in high school now.We are all required to attend the student military training in a formal army camp.Military trainging can benifits us both physically and psychologically.First,by training in the army camps we can develop out body strength and health.The officer will let us run,do push-ups,jump and so on.Boys will build up their muscles,which they will be proud of,and girls will become healthier,so they wont be sick every month that often.Second,staying under strict system and format enforce the students ability to control themselves.We will be required to stand in the sun without talking for about half an hour.By doing this,out minds are trained and we will be able to persist and not give up on any task we will face in the future.In summary,military trainging is a good way enforce and develop students physical and psychological levels.

The Dragon Boat Festival is a lunar (阴历)holiday, occurring (存正)on the fifth

day of the fifth lunar month (农历史五月第五天). Dragon Boat Festival is my favourite

festival.During the holiday of Dragon Boat Festival,I got together with my

family to have a big meal.We ofen ate the zongzi.It tasted very nice.And we saw

the Dragon Boat Races.I felt excited because the race was bustling with noise

and excitement.At Dragon Boat Festival,we also drank realgar wine.Some people

thought drank realgar wine can protect themselves from illness.Dragon Boat

Festival was interesting and I like it very much.

The Chinese Dragon Boat Festival is a significant (有意义的)holiday celebrated

(庆祝)in China, and the one with the longest history (历史最悠久). The Dragon Boat

Festival is celebrated by boat races (龙舟赛) in the shape of dragons. Competing

teams (竞争团队) row their boats forward to a drumbeat (击古)racing to reach the

finish end first.

The boat races during the Dragon Boat Festival are traditional customs

(传统习俗)to attempts to (试图)rescue (搭救) the patriotic poet (爱国诗人)Chu Yuan. Chu Yuan

drowned (溺死) on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month in 277 B.C. Chinese

citizens now throw bamboo leaves (竹叶) filled with cooked rice into the

water.

Therefore the fish could eat the rice rather than the hero poet. This later

on turned into the custom of eating tzungtzu and rice dumplings(棕子).

The celebrations is a time for protection (防护) from evil (邪恶) and disease

(疾病) for the rest of the year. It is done so by different practices such as

hanging healthy herbs on the front door, drinking nutritious concoctions (营养品),

and displaying (展示) portraits (画像) of evils nemesis(邪恶报应), Chung Kuei. If one

manages to (成功做...) stand (直立)an egg on its end at exactly 12:00 noon, the

following year will be a lucky one.

Today, people eat bamboo-wrapped steamed glutinous(粘的) rice dumplings

called zongzi (the food originally intended to feed the fish) and race dragon

boats in memory of Qus dramatic death.

随着时间的步伐，我们从一个天真、烂漫的中学生，马上就要成为一名正式的高中生了。在这段蝉变的过程中有一个必不可少的重要过程，那就是军训。

军训，这个词对于我们而言，不仅仅代表着我们即将受到长达五天的严格训练，也意味着我们也将从中学习到生活自理、做事雷厉风行的军人气质。

今天是军训的第二天。早上，我们在杨教官的带领下走向了操场。今天我们要学习的动作是跨立、齐步走和跑步走，这些我们看上去十分容易的动作，做起来却是十分的困难。当看到我们又不会的地方时，杨教官总会一次次的在我们的面前，耐心地一次次向我们示范动作的一些要领。

记得我们一起在反复练习齐步走的时候，大家都已经将这个动作要领记得滚瓜烂熟了，走起来也是十分轻松，步伐也非常到位，可是班上仍然有一位男同学总是因为紧张，步子总是与同学们不一样，当教官喊道“一”的时候，大家都迈出了左脚，可是这同学每次都比大家慢了半拍，这是杨教练会把大家先放在一边站军姿，自己就在队伍的一旁很有耐心的给这位同学做示范，边教他如何放松，按正常的姿势走路。

每当我们在烈日炎炎之下，一次次的重复着同样枯燥无味的动作之时，每当我们汗流浃背口渴至极的时候，我们就都会想到自己的教官，想到教官也是和我们一样累，一样辛苦的时候，想到我们现在所做的一切都是为了自己的时候，只感觉到我们身上的累和辛苦都被一阵凉爽的微风带走了，代之而来的是浑身使不完的力量与活力。

作为少先队员的我也应该积极奉献自己的一份力量，做到今年过年，不串门，不聚餐，督促家人做好卫生防疫，不得已去公共场所必须规范戴好口罩，使用过的口罩按规定丢入“有害垃圾“桶。注重个人卫生，常通风，勤洗手，不随地吐痰，打喷嚏咳嗽时应做出正确遮挡。在家开展学习，加强锻炼，保护野生动物。

2020 is a new beginning,but just at the time of the Spring Festival,the

Chinese people once again face the virus crisis: new coronavirus,only17years

since the last SARS in2003.

2020年是一个新的开始，可是，恰好在春节降临之际，中华人民再一次面对病毒危机：新形冠状病毒，距离上次2003年非典仅过去17年。

今年春节前一场冠性肺炎像场风一样，席卷了全国

坐上回家的汽车，结束了长达9天的军训，劳累的训练，严格的管理，离开了军营，心里不免还是很高兴的。开出军区的一路上，浓密的树木在阳光的照射下，给平整的土路上投下一片斑斑驳驳的阴影，树枝间跳跃的绿色随着微风轻轻地晃着。汽车轻微的轰鸣声仿佛是我们歌声的伴奏，我回过头，还能隐隐约约的看见蓝色的山，层层叠叠，远远近近，是啊，山脚下，就是我们刚刚军训过的地方。

还记得，第一天来到这里的时候，真是艳阳高照阿，闷热的天气，而且一上来就这么严格，不免让一直在假期中放松的我们有些吃不消。馒头，米饭，大锅炖的蔬菜，这两顿饭也让我们十分不习惯。于是，第一天的大半就在劳累和抱怨，夹杂着新鲜感和恐惧过去了。

第二天的早饭，我们还是慢吞吞的，因为我们要求吃完饭以后把剩菜的盆刷干净，可是等我们吃完饭出来，刷盆的地方已经里三层外三层的被其他班的学员围了个水泄不通，我们桌的只好乖乖排队等待着。等到我们终于刷完盆，所有本班的再站好队，教官已经等待多时，许多别的队伍早已经整好队离开了。教官对我们的速度十分不悦，回到宿舍的时候批评了我们许久，我们都感到甚是委屈，但是我们还是在心底暗暗下决心，希望以后可以赶超其他人。

晚饭的速度明显快了许多，我们胡乱把自己塞饱，抓起饭盆就冲出食堂。到了站队的地方，我们发现，尽管我们已经加快了速度，还是有几队赶超在了我们前面。教官数了数人。嗯?还有两位同学没有到啊?我们只好等待。

慢慢的我们发现，仅仅靠个人的努力是不行的，每个人都要开始“紧张”起来，并且要分工才好。我们开始商量，渐渐达成一种默契。大家吃饭的时候尽量把要吃的菜夹到自己饭碗里来吃，吃饭快一点的，吃完后，就迅速抓起一摞饭盆，冲出食堂去冲洗，他们饭盒就由吃得稍微慢一点的人带走，回到宿舍以后再刷。

果然，经过几回磨合，我们班终于每次都是第一个回来。后来，每当别的班还在乱哄哄的聊天或是根本没有吃完，我们早已站好整齐的队伍，班长整队的时候我们心里满是自豪和骄傲。

汽车还摇摇晃晃在林荫道上，回想起军训那一段一起奋斗的经历，心中真是百感交集。对天气的盼望，对食堂的不满，对教官的抱怨，对家的想念，还有对同学关心的感谢，对老师慰问的激动，对整齐队伍的骄傲，对响亮口号的自豪，对我们团结的感动。那一切的一切，都将是我们最最美好最最骄傲的回忆。

Chinahas a very long and brilliant history, whose people are so friendly

and hospitable. But I am wondering why some people pay such little attention to

the environment and nature. In many places of the countryside, rivers have

become stinking sewers and brooks have disappeared. Heaps of garbage obstructs

the scarce flow of dirty water. The grounds are littered with plastic bottles

and bags. People are cutting down trees even though it is illegal. In some

towns, rubbish is hidden behind walls. Garbage cans are often of little use,

making cleaners must rush all day long and also by night to clean the

rubbish.

This lack of consideration for nature in general is extremely detrimental

to children’s education, toChina’s image, to public health, to tourism and to

the future.Chinais the common treasure of all Chinese, and we should live up to

impression. After you have an exciting tour around in this country for a week or

短短的五天军训生活结束了，这个旅程给我的感悟很大。之后的几天里，我的心里久久的不能平静下来，不只怎么了那几天期盼着回家的我，却在走的那天落下了泪。

在军训的几天里，让我最难忘的是拉歌，那时我也不知道从哪来的喉声，一开始很烦因为练了一天了都想休息了，不过后来我们知道了拉歌的好玩时都有了兴趣。可是乐之后不免有想家的欲望，我们在听着军中绿花这首歌时，歌词让我们听了之后想哭，歌词是亲爱的战友不要想家，不要想妈妈。我听完后望着天空，看着星星颗颗在闪烁，我心里很难受，可是我有感受到星星在天空上看着我。

训练中最苦的是全体站30分钟军姿，到最后两天的1个小时。我们都坚持下来了，我们都相信我能坚持到最后。加油！坚持了5天后我们要走了。想起了好玩的拉歌，充满欢声笑语的寝室，严肃又好玩的教官……一切都在记忆中深深的扎下了深根。坐上车走的时候给教官挥手的那一刹那我的心很狠的疼了一下，曾经让我叫苦叫累的地方如今，现在好象变成了一个不愿意离开的家。走出这个大门的时候，教官向我们敬了一个礼我哭了，真心实意的哭了，回头再看一眼这个地方吧！充满了我们的记忆，最后一眼包含了许多含义，就让它永远在我的脑海中吧！永远！永远！

啊！四天的军训终于结束了，现在已经开学了，可回想好像就在昨天。经过了四天的艰苦训练，我学会了许多。

坚持。军训中，站军姿是少不了的，每天站军姿，每次站军姿都会加长时间，一分钟，两分钟……站军姿中，两百人中要有一个人动一下都会加两分钟，可是每次都会有同学坚持不住，每当我听到教官说加两分钟，我的心里满是不爽，为什么别人动了，要一起受罚？慢慢地，我也明白了我们是一个大集体，一起哭，一起笑，心里每次想着要放弃，最后都坚持了过来。

感恩。每次集合、宿舍内务检查，我们都会犯错误，教官总会惩罚我们，可唯有一次惩罚是最温柔的——写封信给父母。这让同学们绞尽脑汁，亲密肉麻的话我们怎么好意思写？而且还要拍照发给家长。可经过教官给我们讲大道理后，全班同学都答应教官，下午集合前会交齐。在午睡前，我想了许久将信写完了，也把我十五年来想说的话都说了。

团结。我们班一共有三十二名同学，我们互相帮助，有福同享有难同当。在训练时，只有将动作做到一致了，完美了，才可以休息。这不仅能训练我们的毅力、耐力，还增强了我们的凝聚力和战斗力。每天中午吃饭前还要进行唱歌比赛，哪班唱歌声音大，哪班先吃饭。我们教官说，唱军歌吼出来唱就行了，于是全班同学用自己最大声吼出来，有的还爆青筋了呢！虽然我们班没有第一个吃饭，但是我们班团结的力量是每位同学都听得见，看得见的。

军训四天，我晒黑了许多，但我觉得一点也不亏，至少我学会了很多，明白了许多道理，希望同学们的高中三年能像军训一样咬牙坚持下去，用尽自己的所有力量。在高考时，考出好成绩，考个理想的大学。

Everyone can do something for our environment。 For me， I should try to save electricity in my daily life。 For example， if I am the last person leave the classroom in the evening， I will always remember to turn off the lights。 In order to protect our forests， I will use paper wisely。 I should try to use both sides of paper whenever it is possible。 I will not use things like paper cups and disposable chopsticks because they are made of wood。 I believe that doing all these small things will improve our environment and help make our world a better place to live in。

功夫不负有心人，通过我们方队105条心的共同努力，在今天的考核中夺得第二名的好成绩，但我更期待的是明天的汇演，我希望我们方队用最好的精神状态去迎接它，迎接明天的第一。

军训生活已经接近尾声，我的感触却越来越多，一位教官讲得好“军训对我们学生的学习并没有多大帮助，但它的可贵之处就在于它可以培养我们雷利风行，百折不挠的精神。

对我而言，两个星期的磨练，顽强了自己，使自己在精神上更加坚强，军训磨练了我们的意志，增强我们的体魄，成就了我们不怕苦，不怕累的精神，以后的学生中，缺少不少这些精神，在军训中，我们苦过也乐过，笑过也哭过，当我们回过头来，再看看我们这一路是如何走来，心中又莫名地升起一种不舍，再也不是刚开始的厌倦了，因为见到彩虹后才会珍惜风雨中的磨难。

军训就快结束，但它也留下了许多，军训为我们成为一名合格的大学生打下了坚实的基础，为我们成为合格的通农人提供了强大的动力。

军训，只是我们人生中的一段小插曲，但是我却觉得受益终生!我会永远珍藏这一段美好的经历。

今天，我以一个志愿者的身份来到了乡下，到了陈爷爷家。

陈爷爷家房子不大，走进门，映入眼前的却是，阴暗狭窄的大堂，我敲了敲门，礼貌地问了一句：“陈爷爷在家吗?”

一个房间里走出来一位老奶奶,她热情地招待我，问我：“小朋友，你是谁，是来干什么的?”“我是志愿者，来帮助陈爷爷的。”“哦，陈爷爷在那个小房间里呢!”说着，她便向一个小房间指去。

我向奶奶指的地方走去，看见的却是在厨房忙东忙西的陈爷爷，我叫了一声：“陈爷爷。”陈爷爷回过头笑咪咪到看了我一眼，我发现陈爷爷既是一个残疾人，真是不可思议，赶紧走上前说：“陈爷爷，你歇会吧!我来帮你吧!”“小朋友你真懂事，谢谢，不过我的身子还硬朗的很。”看着，我真为陈爷爷心痛。

我趁陈爷爷在厨房里，我拿起拖把、扫把、撮箕，开始打扫卫生，爷爷看见直夸我棒。

我从这次志愿者活动中感受到了，人不管贫穷富贵，不管健康，还是残疾，只要帮助别人，自己会快乐，别人也会快乐。帮助别人就在一念之间，说起来容易，做起来有点难，要有帮助别人的勇气和力量,要有坚韧不拔的毅力，持之以恒的决心，才能真正做好一个合格的志愿者!

我提心吊胆地拆卸信，瞄了一眼开始，泪珠就潮湿了我的眼圈，内心宁静了一会儿才鼓足勇气抽离出来那封沉重的一封家书，边拿手抹着泪水，边用认真仔细的双眼读着那不同寻常的信，见到到数第二段时，我不敢再往后面看过，那一瞬间就趴到了桌子上刚开始痛哭流涕，内心是多么的的想对妈妈说：“母亲，我长大以后，不象之前那般粘你呢，我学会没有你自身也可以高兴快乐的生活。”害怕真正地去对父母说，只能够在没人的状况下，自身细声嘟囔。

大家不仅看过封一封家书，归还王子涵过去了一个十分不同寻常的生日，子涵踏入演讲台说：“忽然叫成上场，认为自身犯什么错误了呢！”此次在军营生活给同学们过生日、给她唱生日歌、给她送上祝福词，还给她了一个小惊喜，我发现了王子涵的面颊旁含着泪，双眼模糊不清看不清楚，自身内心也十分兴奋，她带著泪水返回坐位，拿手轻轻地抹着双眼，我也不主动擦了擦泪水。

此次主题活动大家都留下了泪水，留下了微笑，留下了想念，自然，大家每一个人也没有荒度军训的每一天，在这儿大家获得了无穷的发展！

Recently， a popularserioushot topic es into the eyes of our universal

bodies as the cartoon depicts。 From the picture， we can see that a middle-age

housewife， perplexed and terrified， is picking out her daily diet from a pile of

undesirable things， such as illegal-cooking oil， fruits with excessive pesticide

and the like.

It seems that there are many factors can be mentioned and accounted for

this kind of case， and in my perspective， the followings are the obvious and

have a far-fetching influence. On the one hand， the merchants in an increasing

number are aiming at maximizing their profits with the minimal principal in the

wider ranges of petitive and more open social background。 On the other hand， it

is the inplete system of law that has less supervision of the producing and

processing of modities.

Considering all the points discussed， it is highly sensible that we should

take prompt measures to resolve this problem. In the first place， more bettering

policies should be brought forward.In the second，more moral schooling should be

applied in all munities。 Only by enforcing these measures， can we effectively，

efficiently， and eventually solve the problem.

我做为烟台开发区一中新生开始了“开学第一课”。在这第一课中，我们主要进行了严格的军训，从中我学到了“有志者事竟成”;我们还学习了校规校纪，我明白了“没有规矩，不成方圆”。 军训可真累啊!第一个动作站军姿就把我们难住了。我们在炎热的天气下能坚持下去吗?刚站了不到十分钟，我们就有点坚持不住了，教官看见我们很累，只好叫停，然后教导我们“坚持到底就是胜利”“只有持之以恒，才能有志者事竟成”。

第二天、第三天……，我们用坚强的意志支撑着自己，我们练成了由军姿站不到十分钟，到坚持二十分钟、三十分钟都不喊累的真正的军人。军训，磨练了我们的意志，强健了我们的体魄，更让我们知道了“有志者事竟成”的真正含义! 我们开始学习校纪校规了，我们使用幻灯片学习，图片的下方有一行醒目的大字“没有规矩，不成方圆”，它的意思是做任何事情必须要有规则、做法，否则一事无成。在社会上，如果没有了法律法规，人人为所欲为，社会肯定就动乱了;在学校，如果没有校纪校规，学生上课不上课都行，上课听课不听课都行，到学校还怎么读书!所以，只有遵守校纪校规，我们才能在老师的教导下成长为德智体全面发展的好少年!

在五天的“开学第一课”期间，我学到了很多以前没有学到的东西，“有志者事竟成” 、“没有规矩，不成方圆”，将会成为我的座右铭。

It is known to all that Christmas Day is on December 25th. It is the

biggest day in the western countries. But not so many people know about the

White Christmas in China. The day before Christmas Day, if it snows, then the

world is in white color. People are happy about that, because they think it

means the happiness and luck. So that’s the meaning of White Christmas. It

always snows a lot on Christmas Eve, because it is in winter in the western

countries. All the families get together and enjoy their moment while watching

the white snow. What an enjoyable atmosphere for a family.

China has the history of more than 5,000 years. Many foreign people are

attracted by this big old country. They come here and want to know about the

traditional culture. However, Chinese young people dont show much interest in

the old culture, instead they chase the fashion and some even abandon the

precious culture. For example, paper cutting, one of the excellent arts that is

inherited by our ancestors. Many foreign media speak highly of this great

handicraft and they are astonished by the wisdom of Chinese people. I have seen

this art when I stay in my hometown. Only few old people can do it. They just

take it for killing time. Paper cutting is like the old fashion and is forgotten

by the young generation. The media should report more positive information about

the traditional culture to inspire the young people to learn.

今天是我期待已久的军训。在我的脑海里，因为我从来没有过军训，所以我把军训想象的很完美，但是当我真正亲身经历的时候，我发现它和我想象的正好相反。

清晨，一缕阳光直射进我的房间，鸟儿清脆地鸣叫着。好奇心让我七点起床，我兴致勃勃的来到学校体验军训。一开始我们站军姿，虽然只是站军姿，但也是极其累的。刚开始，我们并不是很累，但是到了十二点，我们的体力似乎已经消耗殆尽，天气也很”。大家在风中瑟瑟发抖，鸡皮疙瘩掉了一地。军姿站姿的结果，腿要直，腰要直，手要伸直。不一会儿，整个人都会腰酸背痛。可是，我动不了，只好坚持。就在我走到最后一刻的时候，我坚持不住了。突然，韩老师走了过来。我心想，一定不能让老师带我去找马若菡。我还是坚持住了，因为我不想做老师当面的，背后的人，所以我坚持下来了。当高教官吹响哨子的时候，我的身体像是被重重的释放一样蹲在了地上。那一刻我心里想：因为我和以前的竞争对手分开了，但是他们都在不同的班级，所以我不仅个人不能输给他们，整体上也不能输给他们。也许这就是我的动力吧！指导老师高兴地对旁边的我们说：“学生真厉害！坚持必胜，加油！“当时心里有一种甜甜的成就感。导师跟我们说，他说我们这一代人衣食无忧，好幸福，可是他们不知道什么时候有福了。他们小的时候比我们苦多了，跳来跳去。他们还说我们这一代人身体素质太差了。然而，经过我的努力，好事多磨。今天，我的名字终于被光荣地写在了老师的表扬纸上。不仅明白了成长的道理，还收获了一个新朋友，就是我现在的同桌。今天，我们一起努力过，一起欢笑过，一起战斗过，一起聊天过，渐渐成为了朋友。我希望我们的友谊会发扬光大。

这次军训让我受益匪浅。虽然每个环节都很辛苦，但我都煞费苦心，每个动作的细节都充满了甜蜜的味道。有句话叫一百个问号之后才诞生真理，这句话本身就是真理。我们就是那一百个问号，申请的真理是努力不一定成功，但努力不会成功。所以，就把这两句话一直记在心里吧。如果马汉争取明天的军事训练，我的名字将会在光荣的纸上！
