我出生在黄浦江畔的周家渡，回想以前的日子，真难熬啊！冬天，我们都要早睡，如果不早睡，就会体验到真正的寒冷。

冬天的夜晚，北风呼呼地刮着，破旧的门窗被风吹得“咯吱咯吱”的作响，刺骨的寒风使劲地从门缝钻进来，冻得你直打哆嗦，所以我们只能用早睡的方法取暖。

到了夏天，更加受不了！住我们这样的老房子，更让人体会到什么是“冬凉夏热”的滋味。最让人受不了的是雷阵雨，夏天的雷阵雨最多，每当下雷阵雨的时候，我们的屋顶都会漏水，讲到这里，我又想起那次最厉害的台风。雨下得非常大，我家的屋顶仿佛要被击穿似的，雨不停地漏下来，奶奶拿来了所有的盆盆灌灌接水都不够用，而天井里的下水道又不通畅，积水没过了膝盖，家家户户都进水，简直成了汪洋大海。

如今好了，为了给世博让地，我家动迁搬进了新房。它位于世博区，这里都是高楼，空气清新甜润，天空湛蓝深远，仿佛住进了花园别墅一样，耳边传来“呱呱”的蛙鸣声，岸边不时飞来一群群小鸟，它们常常在这里集会，窃窃私语。可惜，我听不懂它们的鸟语，否则…。。
