The way I see it, good health is much better than a lot of wealth. No

matter how much money we have, we’ll not feel happy at all if we are in poor

health. In order to be healthy, we must keep a positive attitude and have a good

living habit.

Apart from good health, we must be diligent at work. As long as we work

hard, we cannot just make a good living, but enrich our minds.

Additionally, we ought to give our helpful hands to others when they are in

need. While helping others, we can own a good fame as well as get more social

experience. Its really a good way to kill two birds with one stone. Only by

doing so can we enjoy the happiest life.

我的同学——郭叶林，她有一头乌黑发亮的头发，眼睛上架着一副小眼镜，看上去像个小博士，她是一个乐于助人的热心人。

说到乐于助人，还得从去英国游学说起。

在英国期间，我和郭叶林住一个房间。到第三个晚上，我们商量好了，轮流洗头。郭叶林先去洗，十分钟后，郭叶林洗好了，“全副武装”地出来了，只见她头发乱如麻，头上还裹了个毛巾，我嘲笑道：“真像个鸡窝!”而郭叶林只是朝我笑笑，便自己吹起了头发。

接下来是我洗了。我急急忙忙地跑进了浴室，但洗了一会儿，却发现洗发水忘拿了。我想叫郭叶林帮我拿来，但转念一想：我刚刚还嘲笑她，她会不会不帮我拿呀，但最后还是鼓起勇气，喊道：“郭叶林，能不能帮我拿一下洗发水，在箱子的第三格里!”

几分钟过去了，不见郭叶林的身影，就在我大失所望时，只见门“嘭”的一声响了，郭叶林气喘吁吁地拿着洗发水，笑眯眯地说道：“不好意思啊，张徐莹，我刚刚不小心摔了一跤，所以慢了。哦，对了，是这个洗发水吗?”我点了点头，感激的同时，心里多了一丝惭愧。

刚刚洗完头，我裹着毛巾出来了。我看着镜子里的自己，感觉比郭叶林刚才那样子还要难看!

开始吹头发了，只见我笨拙地拿起吹风机，一边吹，一边把头发理顺，结果手都麻了，头发竟越理越乱，我生气地把吹风机狠狠地扔在桌子上。

这时，郭叶林看见了，她放下了手中的笔，面带微笑地走了过来，轻轻地说了声：“我来帮你吧!”说完，就伸出了双手，熟练地拿起了吹风机，另一只手拿着梳子，一边吹，一边用梳子轻轻地梳着我的头发。

这时，我着急地说：“郭叶林，你赶紧回去写日记吧，晚交了老师有会说你的。”她也只是默默地摇了摇头，继续耐心地吹着我的头发。不一会儿，我的头发魔术般地干了，而且梳理得整整齐齐，一丝不乱。我走到镜子前，看着镜子里的自己，开心极了，转身看了看时钟，呀，已经11点了!我转头看看郭叶林，她仍在认真地写着日记。

they make, the more capable they are. Some young people are proud of having many

friends, but only the true friends deserve us to care about. The person we make

must be positive to life. He will set the good example to you and help you to be

a better man. The bad friends will make you perverted, especially for the

teenagers, they can’t make the right judgement and are easy to follow others, so

the friends are very important part of their lives. Once they make the wrong

friends, they will do the bad thing. So we don’t need more friends, just the

its increasing developing speed, some people think that online shopping will

replace traditional shopping. However, as far as I am concerned, it wont happen

Although online shopping is really very convenient, there are still some

strong points of traditional shopping which cannot be replaced by online

shopping. Firstly, online shopping lacks the intuitional impression of goods.

Sometimes the photos offered by the sellers are beautified with softwares, and

you will be disappointed to find the actual item is far from your expectation.

Secondly, returning goods in online shopping is quite troublesome, and sometimes

you only can achieve your goal at the cost of the payment of the postage by

yourself. Finally, there are too many fake products and cheats in online

shopping, and the quality of goods cannot be guaranteed as those in traditional

shops.

According to the points above, online shopping still needs some

improvements to totally replace the functions of traditional shopping. However,

the potential of online business is so huge that it will certainly take a great

share in the trade market.

The New Year is coming and this term has finished. Now, I can enjoy a happy

winter holiday. In winter holiday, I don’t have to get up early every morning.

It’s the best thing for me. I often get up at nine o’clock in the morning. My

parents go to work so I stay at home alone. I will go out for breakfast. Noodle,

milk and egg are my favorites. Then I go back home to watch TV or meet my

friends. We always have many things to do. My parents would go home at noon so I

have lunch at home. In the afternoon, I will sleep and then do some homework. In

short, I spend most time in playing. I love winter holiday.

Nowadays, with the development of computer, the function of computer has

developed, too. We can use computer to check the instant news, make friend and

so on. The reason why so many people addict to computer is that they like to

play the computer games, there are all kinds of computer games, everyone can

find a game which is suitable to him. Too much involve in the computer games is

wasting time, we should control our habit. First, we must set the limit time on

it, wed better not to play the game over an hour. We have to tell ourselves

that we must stop playing when the time is up, we have another thing to do.

Second, we should go out with friends often, so we can communicate with others,

it makes our mind not focus on the computer games. I am not saying we should not

play computer games, but we should not addict to it.

初一那年，为了学校国旗下表演的节目，班主任从网上找来男女组合的华尔兹舞蹈。我们跟着视频“一嗒嗒，二嗒嗒……”地学。同学们个个左顾右盼，你看我看你没有人要跳的意思，知道后来传来那句：“傻货，都别傻等了，开始跳呀!”看到班主任的到来到，不灵活的小脚不得不开始舞动起来。

刚开始，男女两人都互相拍手时，脚总会不经意地踩到;转圈时，也因没有默契而打结;排队时，也会因拥挤在看起来一盘散沙。班主任看着我们，摇了摇头：“来，都站在一旁给我看好了。”音乐响起，班主任的脚步开始随着音乐舞动起来。当然了，结果并不是想象当中的那么帅气：踉跄的脚步，抖动了舞姿，及没有舞伴独舞的忧伤……台下传来一阵“吁”的声音，但他的脚步却依旧没有停下。

不到一会儿，台下不屑的声音完全停下。随着班主任坚持到舞蹈的最后一秒，我们的内心都为之震撼。尽管舞姿不那么优美，但他依旧尽自己的努力完成表演。这一次，我们没有退缩，而是主动点开了开始键，没有再出现玩笑，也没有了散慢的心境，而是汇聚成了一股坚持不懈，永不放弃的力量。

一周，两周，三周过去了，由原来在地上摇摆不定的脚丫也开始变得稳扎稳打，原来男女两人转圈儿的不配合，开始建立起到双方的小默契，原来散漫的队形也变得整齐有序。

时间就像手中的细沙的，晃眼就溜走了。这不，一下就到了第五周升旗了。同学们整齐待发，男生们打好了自己的领结，女生们扎起了高马尾。精神抖擞地站在了国旗下。等待主持人念到下面有请七年级b班带来的舞蹈——华尔兹。

音乐响起，同学们尽最大的努力完成了每一个动作。当音乐停下那刻，台下响起了热烈的掌声，悬在我们每一个人心中的石子，终于落了下来，我们每个人的心里也倍有成就感。

转眼我们初三了，每当遇到困难时，我们都会想起初一时那场升旗表演，正所谓不苦不累，初三无味，不拼不博，等于白活。

青春不是彷徨无奈，更不是自暴自弃，而是在困难重重的路上，坚定信念，迎难而上。

长袖褪成短袖，时光一点一滴。太多的叛逆将我们的放任不羁磨得失去勇气，太多痛苦榨干了原本直视苍天双眼的泪滴。蓦然回首，童真已去，学习将尊严踩在脚底也许，少年风采，便是化茧成蝶，痛苦而绚丽。

原以为三年是段很长的时光，不想只是一楼到三楼的距离，看着一楼如穿林彩蝶般来往跳跃的灵动身影，心中莫名地升起一种疲惫，似乎自己失去了往日的风采，自嘲地笑了笑，迈着匆匆的脚步奔向教室，今天，还有很多事要做呢。一如既往的沉寂，只听见沙沙的，笔与纸的摩擦声，跳跃进双耳。不知不觉，原本一个个颖脱不羁，风采张扬的少年，似乎也不甘地输给了时光。

The Dragon Boat Festival is a lunar (阴历)holiday, occurring (存正)on the fifth

Festival was interesting and I like it very much.

The Chinese Dragon Boat Festival is a significant (有意义的)holiday celebrated

(庆祝)in China, and the one with the longest history (历史最悠久). The Dragon Boat

Festival is celebrated by boat races (龙舟赛) in the shape of dragons. Competing

teams (竞争团队) row their boats forward to a drumbeat (击古)racing to reach the

finish end first.

The boat races during the Dragon Boat Festival are traditional customs

(传统习俗)to attempts to (试图)rescue (搭救) the patriotic poet (爱国诗人)Chu Yuan. Chu Yuan

drowned (溺死) on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month in 277 B.C. Chinese

citizens now throw bamboo leaves (竹叶) filled with cooked rice into the

water.

Therefore the fish could eat the rice rather than the hero poet. This later

on turned into the custom of eating tzungtzu and rice dumplings(棕子).

The celebrations is a time for protection (防护) from evil (邪恶) and disease

(疾病) for the rest of the year. It is done so by different practices such as

hanging healthy herbs on the front door, drinking nutritious concoctions (营养品),

and displaying (展示) portraits (画像) of evils nemesis(邪恶报应), Chung Kuei. If one

manages to (成功做...) stand (直立)an egg on its end at exactly 12:00 noon, the

following year will be a lucky one.

Today, people eat bamboo-wrapped steamed glutinous(粘的) rice dumplings

called zongzi (the food originally intended to feed the fish) and race dragon

boats in memory of Qus dramatic death.

Nowadays, house husband has become a hot phenomenon in modern society. As

we all know that no matter what country, it’s a tradition that men play a core

role in family who always take the burden to earn money to support their family.

But things are kind of different as society develops, more and more men are

beginning to take over housework while women go out from house. In my point of

view, I think this is not a big deal.

In the first place, house husband may be a shame title for men, but when it

comes to money, there is no room for reputation. As society develops, the life

standard are rising, and everything for living is much expensive than before, if

couples want to guarantee their life quality, then they should let the one who

earn better to work, although the one is female.

In the second place, it’s fine for women to support family as long as they

earn better than men. In the past, women always were treated very badly, and

they got no rights to be educated, to work. In some countries, they can’t even

show their face to others. A traditional female role is to stay at home, taking

care of children and do all of the housework. But now, lots of women have a good

job, so that they totally have the ability to be the economic backbone.

Therefore, in order to take good care of family, men are likely to stay at home

to do housework. I don’t think it’s a shame for men, because no matter what you

do, as long as you do it well, you are successful.

To sum up, people should change their opinion about core role of a family.

It’s acceptable for women to support the family, and there is no shame for men

to do the housework. As long as you remember life quality comes first.

转眼我已经五年级了，明年就六年级了，六年级上完就初中了，只有不到两年时间，我就要毕业了，意思就是说我还有不到两年的时间就见不到周老师了。于是我的脑海里出现了一个奇怪，又无法实现的念头：到了初中，周老师，成了我那所初中的教导主任，到了高中，周老师，成了我那所高中的副校长，到了大学，周老师就成了我那所大学的校长，我大学毕业，周老师，创立了一个大公司，变成了一家大公司的董事长。而我成为了周老师的员工，经过我们的努力，周老师的公司签订了一个1亿的合同，为了庆祝，周董给了我们全体员工升了职，还发了奖金，而我被升为了总经理。

这是一个美好的幻想，虽然无法实现，但这就并不意味着我们能不去努力，幻想总是与现实世界不同，但是爸爸妈妈曾对我说过，只要我们去努力，朝着那个目标前进，说不定就能成功，所以去加油吧!
