滑石板，一个被古代的战士当作的一种娱乐项目，至今却快被世人所忘掉。玩滑石板的人需要惊人的臂力，所以，会这门技艺的人大多数是少数民族的小伙。滑的时候，一个人双脚踩到石板的边缘，后面两人一人抬一支胳膊，把踩在石板上的人推着走。踩着石板的那个人的胳膊必须用力，让肌肉鼓起来。正是因为需要惊人的臂力，才导致这门技艺面临失传。

如果我们不发扬祖先们传承下来的这些技艺的话，他们将会失传，到那时候，我们就再也看不见这些技艺了!

In modern society, the problem of heavy traffic has aroused a wide concern.

Concerning with this problem, different people hold different opinions. As far

as I am concerned, to solve this problem, we need to begin with the following

steps.

First, limiting the number of private cars is a significant step to solve

the problem of heavy traffic. Private car occupies a larger space and it is

responsible for traffic jam to a large extent. Less private cars will accelerate

the flow of traffic. Second, it is also a good means to open up the special

roads for buses. By doing this, the phenomenon that the buses block the street

when passengers get on or get off the buses will not occur again. At the same

time, it will upgrade the efficiency of buses. Finally, reinforcing punish

toward the over-speed cars and drunk driving so as to reduce the rate of traffic

accident, and then decrease traffic jam.

To put it in a nutshell, only we put the above advice into practice

I make some new plans for myself. My first resolution has to do with selfimprovement. I want to join an English club to improve my English. I want to get good grades next time. I like reading very much. From reading science books, I get a lot of knowledge. From reading novels, I lose myself in the stories. I like doing sports, too. It helps me keep healthy. Also I never put todays work till tomorrow. They are all my good habbits. They help me a lot in my daily life.

However, I also have some bad habbits. For example, sometimes I do my homework slowly, and stay up till very late. During meals I prefer meat to vegetables. And sometimes I play computer games too long without having a reat. They are all harmful to my health.

放暑假以后，我的生活开始变得有趣。夏日天气炎热，和朋友去游泳馆游泳是我暑假中最快乐的事。

每到午后1点，约上几个要好的朋友，带好游泳装备，带点零花钱，去95部队的游泳馆游泳。一头扎下水，被太阳晒萎蔫的我们，立刻恢复了勃勃生机，我们快乐得像鱼儿一样，在水里遨游。

我们可以在浅水区做一些游戏，可以在水里打水仗，四溅的白色水花似乎也被我们的快乐气氛感染了，顽皮地活蹦乱跳。

这就是我的暑假生活。

坐在小区花园的樱花树下，鼻尖萦绕着樱花的清香，入目的是粉白的樱花。清新，淡雅，不经意间的回头却被少年温暖如阳光般的笑容怔住，久久没有回神……

我喜欢安静，年纪虽小，却总是喜欢一个人跑到花园里的樱花树下看书。那天，我坐在树的这边，他坐在树的那边。不知是因为樱花的迷人，还是因为我太过于沉浸在自己的世界里，以至于他走到我身边我都不知道。他说“你知道秒速五厘米吗”?

我听到有人说话便抬起了头，可刚抬头就愣住了，那是怎样的笑啊!没有任何杂质，那么纯洁，那么亲切，不虚伪做作。连冬日里的寒冰都被他的微笑熔化了。

后来我们成了朋友，我们住在同一栋楼里。因为我们的友谊，两家渐渐熟悉起来，后来他父母认我做干女儿，而他也就成了我的干哥哥。唯一没有变的是我们共同的喜好——樱花。只是樱花树下的我不再形单影只……

也许是他纯净高雅的笑感染了我。从那以后的很长一段时间我脸上总是挂着微笑。那微笑的味道很甜，很真，就像一颗糖在口中久久不能散去。而每次，无论我遇到什么烦心事都会去找他，他总会把我带到樱花树下，微笑的看着我，静静的听我倾诉。远远看上去，在微风的吹拂下樱花轻轻地飘落，落下一地的忧伤，却在少年暖暖的微笑下慢慢消失，直到少女的嘴角也微微扬起。那么唯美。就算是尘世的喧嚣也不能打扰他们，让人不忍心去破坏。是的，每次他不用说一个字，却总能驱散我心头的忧愁。静静的坐在树下，微笑的看着眼前的樱花雨。

抬头仰望天空，嘴角扬起45度。微笑的味道，真好。
