有一次，我和妈妈一起到一家超市去买东西。一走进超市，我迫不及待地奔向了卖零食的地方，挑起零食来。超市里的东西可真多哪!看得我眼花缭乱。我随手拿起一包冰雪杨梅正准备放进购物篮里，这时后，妈妈走了过来，和蔼地对我说：“楠楠，这东西不卫生，还是别买了吧!”“好，我不买了，妈妈!”“走，我们买别的东西去!”妈妈牵着我的手向卖牛奶的地方走去。来到了卖牛奶的地方，我兴高采烈地奔了过去，拿起了一袋酸奶放在篮子里，妈妈拿过来前后瞧了一瞧，突然眼睛一亮，对我说：“楠楠，你看，这里保质期是14天，它已经过期了，吃了对人身体不好，换一袋吧!”妈妈又拿起一袋酸奶看了看，说：“拿这袋吧，这袋没过期，你瞧!”“哦，我知道了，以后我会记住的!”我附合着。我们又到了卖牛肉干的地方。这里的牛肉干可真多呀，各式各样的，我看着就垂涎三尺。我挑了一袋大包的牛肉干拿在手里，妈妈一看这牌子，就摇摇头，说：“楠楠，这种牌子不好，上回不是电视上说，这牌子不卫生，不要去买，你忘了吗?”“哦!”我惭愧地点了点头。我又拿了一袋上面标着“绿色食品”的牛肉干，放进了购物篮。妈妈看了微笑着点点头。下面，我们又去了卖火腿肠的地方，这回，我不再犯以前的错误，这些要求我都看了一遍，这才把火腿肠放进了篮子。

这次购物，我懂得了许多道理。我们买东西要看好生产日期，和牌子，还要看它是不是绿色食品，不要买三无食品，要注意食品安全， 还要预防“病从口入”，不要让细菌进入体内呦!

每年暑假都是旅游的旺季，经过了一个学期紧张的学习生活，很多家长都会带着孩子出去旅游放松。因此，学生在暑假的交通参与行为比平时大幅度增加。

时下迎来了学生暑假出游的高峰期，很多中小学生都陆续出行旅游。中小学生心智未完全成熟，对有关交通安全知识一知半解，独自出游很难保障人身安全，笔者认为中小学生暑假出游时最好能有成年人带领。

学生外出到一个陌生的城市旅游，总是满怀新鲜感和好奇感，在游玩的时候极容易忽视交通安全知识。学生过马路时不按指示灯行走、三五成群追逐打玩，又或贪图方便游玩乘坐超载、无牌无证车辆等现象较为突出，这样就存在了极大的道路交通事故隐患，造成交通事故发生率增大。所以，学生旅游途中需要看清楚当地城市的交通标志、标线，按交通标志、标线行走。需要穿过马路时，要看清楚交通指示灯，走人行横道。在乡村道路没有交通指示灯的情况下，要自己前后左右观看过往车辆，在确保安全的情况下走过马路，千万不要抱着侥幸心理与车辆抢时间横冲马路。此外，不要乘坐超载、无牌无证或非法运营的车辆，这些车辆的车主注重赚钱而漠视交通安全法规，没有得到法律认可的安全保障。并且在乘车过程中，禁止把头、手伸出窗外，应该坐稳并系好安全带。

出外旅游要注意交通安全，让我们做个文明的游人。

不知不觉，令人快乐的暑假就要到来了，不过，随着暑假的到来，暑假的安全也成了许多人担忧的事情，而我们作为学校，应该更好的做好暑假的安全准备。

尤其是暑期天气炎热，我们要吃干净、卫生的食品，不吃腐烂、霉变、有毒、变质的食物。不能采树上的水果，以免食了施药水果造成中毒。总之我们一定要注意饮食卫生，防止病从口入。

暑假正值汛期，因此，严禁到沟、河、池塘等处玩耍游泳。严防血吸虫感染和发生溺水死亡等意外事故。在家玩水时，也要注意暑假的安全，以防意想不到的危险发生。出去游泳时，应留心泳池周边安全，以及确保水质干净、卫生，避免发生皮肤病、腹泻等疾病。

不玩火，不吸烟，爱护消防设施，发现火情及时报警或呼救。处于火场时要及时呼救，同时用湿毛巾等蒙住脸，迅速逃离火场，切不可逞强参与救火，以免造成不应有的伤害。

自觉遵守交通法规，维护交通秩序，听从交警叔叔的指挥，服从管理。过马路要先左右看，走人行横道，靠右行走。不与机动车辆抢行，不横穿马路，以免发生交通事故。在公路上不闯红灯越线，不追车、扒车、强行拦车，不乘坐二轮、三轮摩托车，和黑车。更不可到铁路附近去玩，以免遭到高速列车电磁场伤害。

这些，都是我们在暑假的安全里应该做到的，而在平时，还有许多的暑假的安全需要我们注意，我们每一个人都要为自己的生命和安全负责。

And there are many food that you can’t see in other cities. It is very cheap that you eat seafood in Beijing. The less money you pay, the more enjoyable you are. Maybe my stomach is ill. Whatever food I eat, I am still thin. And I am too thin, I want to be a litter fatter. So I must eat more.

My dog will be dead. She is very old. We have kept her for ten years. Now her hairs are falling. And she always lies on the ground. She can’t see very clearly. She eats a little. She becomes thin. She was very strong before. She is still guarding my family. She is one of my family member. Now we are all uneasy because she will die. I think you may know my thinking. Even if it is a dog, you can’t forget it. So these days, we feet her the best food.

生命是唯一的，是宝贵的，世界因有了生命而变得更加精彩。

2009年12月7日晚，湖南一所民办中学发生了一起踩踏事件。当天晚上下晚自习时，一名女生下楼梯时滑倒，后面潮水般涌来的人群，一层叠一层的压了上去，导致8名学生不幸死亡，26名学生受伤。8朵生命之花瞬间凋零，类似的校园踩踏悲剧频繁发生，二且迄今为止，尚看不出悲剧被遏制的趋势。

没一起事故都有其“偶然”性，可当一场场事故几乎以相同情节一再上演时，这背后是否存在必然的因素。湘乡育才学校踩踏事故中，虽有四个楼梯口通向一层。因为当天晚上下雨，52个班的学生因避雨，几乎都选择位于教学楼与同学们的宿舍最近的一个楼梯口，导致大量人流度聚集。一场雨就导致同学们下楼秩序大乱，教学楼的规划设计是不是需要反思?不仅是湘乡育才中学，我们所有的中小学教舍的设计，教师、校长及学校领导是否都把恶劣天气等偶然因素考虑进去，对我们学生安全做了无微不至的防护，这显然是学校的领导和市领导特别需要关注的事。

针对预防学生们拥挤，特别是我们中小学生，要格外的注意。防止踩踏事故的再次发生，管理就需从学生们的实际出发。在跑操，集合等上下楼梯活动中，不能强调快速、整齐，适当错开时间。分年级、分班级逐次下楼，要将安全工作的各项职责层层进行分解，落实到每一个班主任、任课教师都要担负起对我们中小学生的安全管理尽到应尽的责任。每一个校领导也都要对师生负起安全责任。保证我们在校时的安全。

在多起校园踩踏事故中，学生下楼时突然跌倒往往成为事故的导火索。可是同学们下楼时为什么容易磕到呢?难道仅仅是因为不小心吗，还有没有其他的客观因素。是不是因为楼梯台阶不防滑，台阶宽度过窄，高度过陡，楼梯间的灯光不够明亮，显然，仅仅这一个个细节，还得请组织专家去做专门的调查和论证。除了楼梯扶手、照明设备、安全出口等硬件因素之外，学校的管理制度也是需要检讨的。

我们学生的安全涉及亿万家庭的幸福，受到党和政府的高度重视，为全社会所关注。这些年来，国家对我们中小学生的安全格外重视。但是，为什么还有类似的校园踩踏事故发生，这对我们中小学生安全构成了严重威胁。景何其惨烈，老师们，要在教学楼楼梯间设置指示，警示标志;告诫学生上下楼梯相互礼让，靠右行走，遵守秩序，注意安全。

校园内是我们学生生活和学习的地方，也是人员相对集中的地方，如何避免此事件发生是人人都应关注的问题，安全工作应做在事故之前，而不是亡羊补牢。频频发生的踩踏事件，也是的解决校园安全问题迫在眉睫。特别我国教育事业的快速发展，在校人数不断增多，学校的管理工作和安全保证工作面临着新的难题。

一次次的悲剧为我们敲响警钟，保障学校安全，保障我们学生的生命安全，是家长们和老师们共同的责任。学校安全事关人命，安全重于泰山。我们一定要保护好自己的生命安全，避免意外和危险发生，让家长和老师们放心。
