一直对三毛疏于了解，只听说过她的洒脱与执着，于是我怀着兴奋的心情翻开了《撒哈拉的故事》，品味她在异国他乡的生活。

虽然在这本书中更多的是简单平实的语言，却能够把奇异的沙漠和浪漫的生活描写得淋漓尽致。真可以说读起来令人舒畅，放下时让人为之震撼。

初读伴着轻松的心情，《沙漠中的饭店》、《悬壶济世》、《沙漠观浴记》等展现了在沙漠生活的趣味，也使我觉得荒凉的大漠别有一番风情。到了《娃娃新娘》、《荒山之夜》、《死果》，渐渐暴露出来的是沙漠的残酷，我一度放下了书，不愿再去感受三毛那艰苦的日子。再次拿起它，读了《沙巴军曹》、《哑奴》等又令我的内心久久不能平静。

我记忆最深刻的就是三毛的善良。她在《芳邻》中写到了和撒哈拉威人做邻居的经历，他们总是来要千奇百怪的东西，又偷吃天台上的水。不过，三毛并不气恼，反而感谢这些邻居让她沙漠的日子变得五光十色。在《哑奴》中，三毛不顾当地人的劝告和哑奴一家人成为了好朋友，一直无私地接济他们，却在羞愧自己无法帮他们脱离奴隶的生活。同时，穷得连身体都不属于自己的哑奴全力的回报，也令我动容。

这里常年干旱，当地的居民浑身上下充斥着令人作呕的气味。直到一个名为“泉”的浴场出现，撒哈拉人洗澡的秘密才被作者挖掘：他们准备好冷水，在温度极高的房间用石片来回刮去身上的污泥再用冷水清洗。那浓稠的黑汁顺着皮肤滴落地板，形成一小块污块。更加无法想象的是他们用水管伸入体内来清洗身体内部。

3、开创地区新型合作

中国改革开放是当今世界最大的创新，“一带一路”作为全方位对外开放战略，正在以经济走廊理论、经济带理论、21世纪的国际合作理论等创新经济发展理论、区域合作理论、全球化理论。“一带一路”强调共商、共建、共享原则，超越了马歇尔计划、对外援助以及走出去战略，给21世纪的国际合作带来新的理念

比如，“经济带”概念就是对地区经济合作模式的创新，其中经济走廊——中俄蒙经济走廊、新亚欧大陆桥、中国—中亚经济走廊、孟中印缅经济走廊、中国—中南半岛经济走廊等，以经济增长极辐射周边，超越了传统发展经济学理论。
