该煮汤圆了，奶奶在汤圆下锅前轻轻捏了一下，使其略有裂痕，对我说：“这样煮出来的汤圆里外皆熟，软滑可口。”奶奶待锅中的水煮开后，放入汤圆，用勺背轻轻推开，让汤圆轻轻旋转几圈，不致粘锅底。旺火煮上一会，煮至汤圆浮起后，便立即改用文火。否则，汤圆不断翻滚，受热不均匀，煮出的元宵外熟内生不好吃。每煮开一次奶奶都要点入适量的冷水，使之保持似滚非滚的状态；水开两三次后，再煮一会儿，奶奶就把汤圆一个个捞出来，放在碗里，让我们去吃。我尝了一口汤圆，汤圆质软柔滑，香甜可口，味道好极了！

How is everything? I’m glad to tell you something about my favourite season——spring.

Spring comes to Canada in March. The weather is warm and sunny. People feel comfortable. But sometimes the temperature can be as low as -15℃ and it even snows. We won’t see flowers until May or June! 我最喜欢的节日是春节，因为春节可以吃很多好吃的，还能放鞭炮，在春节里也会发生一些有趣的事情。
