9月19日星期四晴

今天是中秋节，我和妈妈吃完午饭后，就开始做灯笼。

首先，我和妈妈一起准备做灯笼的材料。妈妈找来了大雪碧瓶，我找来了剪刀、透明胶、双面胶、木棍。然后就开始做中秋节的灯笼了。

妈妈帮我将大雪碧瓶的上面一小部分剪掉，留下的那部分做为灯笼的主体，从上部分开始往下，用剪刀剪出一厘米宽的须须，将这些须须编成像花篮一样的形状。最后给它装上一根木棍。一个像花篮一样绿色透明的灯笼栩栩如生的呈现在我的面前。

吃完晚饭，我兴高采烈地提着自己做的灯笼和小区的小朋友一起欢度中秋节。大家都好开心啊！

今天是中秋节，空气中弥漫着浓浓的桂花香气和甜甜的月饼味。

吃过晚饭，我和妈妈一起去天台，往远处眺望，灯光像夜空中的星星一样闪烁着，和天空连成一片，我都分不清哪是灯光、哪是星星。今天的月亮特别圆，泛着淡黄色的光晕，像是特意披上了一件黄色的薄纱。

关于中秋节，我知道嫦娥和玉兔的故事，今天，妈妈又给我讲了吴刚砍桂花树的故事，有关月亮的传说还真是不少呀！

我望着月亮出神，要是月亮是一面镜子就好了，我就能在镜子里看到爸爸了，这一次是爸爸第一次没有陪我们过节，他现在正在上班呢，我要是能通过月亮看到爸爸，那他也一定能看到我。

虽然，今年的中秋节有点遗憾，但也是令我难忘的，它让我体会到了与爸爸在家时不一样的感受。

初闻桂花香，转眼间，重阳就到了。“又是过重阳，台榭登临处，茱萸香坠。”每年的九月初九是我国的重阳节，在这一天里，人们会和老人一起登高远眺，遍插茱萸，以愿老人健康长寿。“佳时倍惜风光别，不为登高”。清代的诗人纳兰性德表现了一种离乡的哀愁。让我深深地觉得，陪伴老人是一种多么重要的事情。

还记得在去年的重阳节，我陪伴着外公外婆一起去公园。天上下起了蒙蒙细雨，雨里带来些桂花的香气，金黄的树叶离开了树梢，在空中如蝴蝶般飞舞，最后以完美的弧线又飘到地上，为那灰色的路面增添了些许生气。外公笑着说：“真美呀!还记得我像你这么大时，每次到了秋天，都会和小伙伴们一起去捡落叶。”外婆也应和着说：今年又一个重阳，转眼间这么多年过去了，一切都还是那么美好。唉，只可惜无法与当年的那些老朋友们会面了……我打断他们的话，“你们看这景象多美呀!像一个个精灵在风中舞蹈。再说了，不是还有我陪你们过重阳吗?”外公外婆听了，笑着说：“是啊!有你陪伴着我们，我们也不觉得孤单了。

就这样我们慢慢走着，走到了一棵桂花树下，桂花被风吹下了些许花瓣，有些花瓣粘在了外公外婆的头发上，我笑着对外婆说：“您变成花仙子啦。”外婆听了，笑了一下。“还记得我年轻的时候，有一次也是走在这样的桂花树下，也是被桂花把花瓣吹到头发上，只不过那时我头发还是乌黑的，现在确实满头白发了。”我连忙说：“但是看起来还是很好啊。”一路上我们都在互相说着话，时不时看见几片落叶又从树上飘下，但是却并没有一种很悲凉的氛围，反而是温馨愉快的……

走在公园的小路上，我不免心生感叹，陪伴对于老人来说，才是最重要的呀!老人其实不需要那么多的物质上的财富。她们更需要的是家人的陪伴，以后我要更多的帮助和陪伴老人……“你们走慢点”我发现自己被落到了后面，笑着向前跑去，风中带来些桂花香，细雨打在脸上，凉凉的，很美好……

The Advantages of Doing Physical Exercises

As the proverb goes, “no one knows the value of health until he loses it.”

From this, we know

that health is very important to everybody. But how to keep fit? Many

people believe that sports can offer people health and pleasure. As far as I

concern, I think doing physical exercises have lots of advantages.

The Spring Festival is a traditional festival for all Chinese people. On

that evening there is a very traditional ceremony----Spring Festival Gala, which

is the favorite for many people. It brings so much happiness to Chinese all

around the world .

When asked about their opinion on Spring Festival Gala, people always

reason differently. Some people deem that it should be cancelled, while there

are also other people who argue that it should be continued.

Some people take it for granted that the Gala should not exist because it

is too boring on the evening of the Lunar New Year. Besides, the form of the

Evening seems the same every year. In comparison, there are, however, a large

number of people who hold a different view concerning this issue, they insist

that the Gala must be continued. They argue that it is one of the most important

celebration customs. And they think the Gala is worth expecting.

As far as I am concerned, I am intending to stand on the side of the latter

group of people. Admittedly, the former point of view seems reasonable, but the

latter is more persuasive. Taking the above-mentioned factors into

consideration, I can safely conclude that the Gala just needs a reform in the

future but not to be cancelled.
