这次小练习中，那道题的单位名称除了有两人漏了没写外，其余同学都写正确。我想：这是陈嘉红考试时提醒的`结果，下次遇到这样的题目，如果没有人提醒，肯定会有很多学生写错。因为以我的教学经验，关于钱的单位名称，如果问题中没有明确的单位名称，只是问“有多少钱”，学生往往把“钱”当作单位名称。而且无论老师如何强调，总有许多学生写错。

但是我想错了，在后来的几次有关这类题的练习中，居然没有学生出现这样的错误。以前需要我花费很多精力，再三强调还要出错的内容，我的学生陈红一句话就把所有学生教会了，简直难以置信。其实学生就是这样，同学说的话，同学讲的方法，往往比老师教的记得牢。

有些思维敏捷的学生(像陈红)经常能在老师讲之前就理解老师出题的意图，而且经常控制不住自己，把自己的想法说出来。对于这样的学生，老师往往对他们进行压制，不让他们把自己的想法过早地说出来，怕这样影响自己的教学程序，怕自己的秘密被揭穿。其实这些学生的话比老师的更能引起学生的注意，他们的方法更能使学生接受。真是“有心栽花花不成，无心插柳柳成荫”。

我们应善待这样的学生，善待这样的插嘴，好好利用这些资源，因为这样经常会得到意外的收获。

当今中国的教育用一句话来概括就是：模式化生产。

打一个比方，如果学校是一个工厂，那么老师就是工厂的工人，学生就是从生产线生产出来的产品。同样的模子把我们打造成了千篇一律的读书机器。

如果说生产产品是为了合格出厂，那么培养学生则是为了“达标”，培养书呆子。为了达到这一目的，我们的老师可谓是费尽了心机：今天让你买资料，明天周末补课。惟恐自己的学生“饿”着。而我们的家长也今天送补习班，明天请家教，惟恐自己的孩子“吃不饱”。

对于那些面临“殿试”的“贡生”们，学校还给予特殊照顾：取消一切与考试无关的课程。如果某个老师特别偏爱你的话，那么你幸运了：他将会另行给你“加营养”。你可不要轻视了这些“营养”，说不定它又是通向某某大学的钥匙，也许你在“殿试”的“八股文”中就能用到。这个时候，你也不用感谢这个老师，因为他们的目的是为了更多的培养“状元”，至少也是为了更多的培养“进士”。

这个时候，喜欢看书的同学可以不用担心没有书看了：你会有大堆大堆的资料看。到时候你也许会觉得一天25小时都还少。而对于喜欢画画的同学，你也会充分发挥你的特长：你可以画几何图形画到“呕心呖血”’“手无缚鸡之力”。而视力超好的同学也不要得意，因为你很快就会因秉灯夜读而架起“望远镜”。请不要多虑，这绝对不是学校抹杀了你们的特长，这是学校为了让你充分展示你的特长而特意为你提供的舞台。
